"Holiday Inn Express Grand Blanc - Rude Check-In"
The hotel was your average Holiday Inn Express. But, a couple of downsides. On check-in, the front desk person asked for my credit card and id, then proceeded to start counting the change in her drawer. I only took a second to get my credit card. Wait to count your change until after the customer is gone. The room had no shampoo. And I received a copy […] of a bill for a different amount than what I prepaid. "Great stay"
My hubby and I just wanted a weekend getaway form the kids. The room was quite clean, and the pillows were WONDERFUL. We could not hear the kids next door, who had been running through the halls earlier. The staff was very nice. I will be coming here again.

My husband and I had a great one night getaway. The jacuzzi was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was extremely quiet so we had a great nights sleep!

"Location & newness of hotel"
The hotel is located right off I75 @ Grand Blanc which is about 20 miles south of Frankenmuth. It is much cheaper to stay here than the hotels @ Frankenmuth & Birch Run areas. The hotel is new, less than 5 years old & has a very nice & clean breakfast area. Recommend this hotel.

The beds are extremely comfortable. I'm happy that they double sheet and don't use bedspreads. Love the choice of pillows (firm, soft, etc.)

After a long day of travel and car trouble, my husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi in the room we booked through hotels.com. We entered our room to find out there was no jacuzzi and the beds were rock hard. With both of us having bad backs, it made a bad ending for a rough day. Friendly staff close to shopping and sight seeing areas. Need wine bottle opener for guest use. Would re book here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful; the morning breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel like this; and the room was very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Easy access to I-75.

"Holiday Inn Express - Grand Blanc"
The hotel was convenient and quite nice. Just a couple of problems... it is right off of 75 and it is VERY NOISEY with trucks passing by and also my bed had a mattress pad on it that was plastic!!! So every time I moved I felt like I was sleeping on a plastic TARP! Other than those couple of things it was nice.

"great place"
It was a great place to stay overall a well kept place with friendly staff. it was about 10 min from the renisance festival which is where we went and very convienent. i would recommend it to anyone.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. We checked in late but without any issues. The room was nice and CLEAN. I would stay here again.

"nice area"
We were attending a graduation in Flint. We didn't want to stay in Flint itself - not the safest place in the world and our previous stay in Flint was not very enjoyable. This was a better option. Close to Flint, but a more pleasant area.
"Outstanding staff and great room"
Very nice hotel, and even better staff. The only problem was that that we heard very loud voices in the hallways and in the next room. But the noise was not a continous bother. Overall, we loved the hotel.

"Great Room, Hotel and Exceptional Value!!"
The rate was an incredible value for the money. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The hotel was right next to I-75 and close to both Holly and Grand Blanc. The staff was very friendly. A Wonderful experience.

Clean, quiet stay. The hotel was completely booked and yet we never waited too long for an elevator, there was plenty of room at breakfast, and it was quiet. Unique wooded setting, yet easy access to the highway and plenty to do in town in the other direction. Hotel is no frills, but worth a good night's sleep with comfortable accomodations.
