Stilgemäßes Art-Deco-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt mitten drin in Miami Beach. Sehr schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Zwar ist das Personal viel Kommen und Gehen von Gästen gewöhnt, trotzdem noch positive, freundliche Routine.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Hervorragende Lage ein Block vom Ocean Drive und dem wunderbaren Strand entfernt. Äußerst freundlicher Service. Die Standardzimmer sind klein aber sehr zweckmäßig und nett im Art Deco Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Es werden kostenlos Liegen und Handtücher am Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste die direkt in der Nähe des Art Deco Viertels übernachten möchten.

Die University of Miami grenzt an den eleganten Außenbezirk South Miami, in dem es noch Gebiete mit Häusern im mediterranen Stil aus den 1920er Jahren gibt. Dieses Gebiet ist auch von großer archäologischer Bedeutung. Im Deering Estate in Cutler gibt es Spuren menschlicher Existenz, die bereits 10.000 Jahre alt sind. Außerdem befindet sich hier ein Grabhügel der amerikanischen Ureinwohner aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. In der Nähe davon tollen 400 Primaten durch den Monkey Jungle, der ebenfalls ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel in dieser Gegend ist.

We went there for my mother's birthday, just for a quick relaxing get a way. The hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed ourselves and were able to rest and relax. I look forward to staying again.

After a very long day of travel, I was really bummed out to find the room I was checking into was located on the first floor, right next to the hotel lobby. It was loud at all hours of the night and day. It seems that when you book a room on hotels.com, the hotel will put you in an undesireable room that they have trouble filling. "Not bad"
Arrived at 1 pm but could check-in until 3 pm, which is the stated check-in time. Looks like they were backed-up cleaning rooms. On Sunday morning we were woken up by the maid service trying to clean our room.
Only complaint is they didnt' have correct room, we requested 2 queens, they gave us 1 king. I was travelling with my son so we really each wanted our own beds. However, they did provide a cot. Other thing is that the soundproofing in rooms is terrible, very noisy with outside hallway noise. Doors slamming, elevator dinging, talking, etc. Surprising […] for a newer hotel. Mehr

"Very friendly staff"
We found the staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The hotel was full and we were originally given a room close to the elevators, but when we explained that we hadn't slept for 15+ hours, the manager duly appointed us a quieter room on another floor.
A very clean hotel and accommodating staff. I would definately stay there again. The location is fairly close to the Everglades and the Florida Keys.
Very nice and clean with lovely staff, but breakfast on styrofoam plates and a drive everywhere.

"Good Value for Money"
Spent 4 days. Hotel is relatively new. Great for the price, paid breakfast included. On a sour point, we were locked out of our rooms on the day of checkout. Checkout was 12 noon, we returned to our room at 11:45 am to discover the rooms were locked. The front desk staff said it was because we were due to check out and offered no apology. "Pleasant & Clean"
The Hotel was very nice, it was quiet, clean and easily accessible. There were some very nice Restaurants within 2 or 3 miles... a great Peruvian one very close! Only problem for us was they charged $30.00 extra for a King Bed, otherwise we could have gotten 2 Queens. We will definitly keep this in our repertoire for hotels to stay in while visiting […] Miami. Mehr
"Perfect for our trip"
This hotel was perfect for visiting family in Miami. It gave us our own space and was close by. The neighboring area has a mall that has restaurants, shops and Costco. The hotel staff was very accommodating when our room was not exactly what was pictured on Hotels.com . We had booked a room that was pictured to have a king bed and sleeper sofa...The […] room that we were first provided matched the written description but not the picture. The hotel completely understood the confusion and the fact that we are traveling with a child that needed a bed of her own. The hotel overall was a good value and I would recommend to others! Mehr

My stay in this hotel per one week was very nice, it has a nice pool, breakfast and good service I would recommend. The only thing is if you stay there more than one week you will get tired of the same breakfast.

The location of the hotel was good for me, it was not too far away from the airport. The thing that stand out for me is how clean the bathroom was when I arrived. Good job. Keep it up.

"So close, yet so far...Overall Great hotel"
The hotel was great. We were able to check in early, the breakfast was good & warm (eggs, bacon, bagles, pastries, etc). The room was big and very clean, plus it was in a great neighborhood (Kendall area). If you have never been to Miami and are looking for the "South Beach" experience, this hotel location is NOT for you. They have other locations closer […] to the beach area. However, if you know Miami, you can save A LOT of money by staying in this location as oppose to the beach location. We took US 1 to I-95 to get to the beach and it only took us 25min. which in Miami traffic anywhere can take 2hrs. Also, look for other deals online, Hotels.com was able to match the price from another site we found and it was well worth it because using hotels.com counts the stay towards the rewards program. All you have to do is call their 800# & speak with a rep. The transaction was easy & I did receive money back for the price difference. Mehr

"I like the New Holiday Inn!"
The breakfast area had a good selection of items (more for cold items), hot and cold. The setup of the space was a pleasant mix of dining tables and couches that was open all day. There was a TV setup up as well. The only thing I would request is that a "green" policy be put in place: giving guests the option of reusing towels, using same sheets, NOT […] getting rid of soap after 1 day's use (I thought it was really wasteful). The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is friendly. It is close to shopping and main roads, but tucked away enough not to hear the traffic. The price is seasonal, but we have never found it is over priced.

C'est ma 4ème visite dans un hôtel de cette chaîne, et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Cette fois encore, la chambre était grande, moderne, la salle de bain spacieuse et pratique. La literie était très bonne, et le matelas particulièrement ferme. Le petit déjeuner fut aussi mieux que ce que l'on attend d'un repas gratuit, et pour une fois, pas de problème […] de place pour le prendre assis. Le WiFi (également gratuit) était rapide. Petit bémol: nous étions à côté de l'ascenseur, et c'était quand même un peu bruyant. Mais les chambres sont bien insonorisées (ou alors, nous avions des voisins très tranquilles), et la clim pas trop bruyante. Mehr
