Unhelpful front desk - refused to change rate to include parking for the week. Nice breakfast staff, but not front office.

In our room, the wall were quick thin. The person in the next room had a weird squeeky sound that we couldn't tell if it was the bed or something in between the wall. It sounded like a geiger counter for toxic waste. The room we were in must have had water damage, there was a slight musty smell. Great location to Hancock airport, excellent park and fly deal, great breakfast

The person at the front desk was irritated by questions about the hotel location when we called to confirm how to get there and then continued her stellar customer service throughout our check in experience. The morning front desk associate seemed to be a bit bothered by our presence and continued the 'stellar' customer service theme. On a side note, […] the airport shuttle driver on the way to the airport was great! I have never stayed at the Best Western near the airport @ Syracuse, but it's closer and I will try it (or another hotel) before I stay at the holiday inn express. Mehr

This hotel is very smokey. All floors are considered smoking floors with non smoking rooms dispersed throughout them. It didn't matter which floor you were on the smell of cigarette smoke would seep into your room. I tried 2 of the floors to no avail. If you don't mind smoking this hotel is perfectly fine. Our recent stay was very disappointing. We had 5 in our room: 3 children 2 adults. Our room was advertised as a king with pull out queen. The pull-out was double with springs clearly visible through the fabric of mattress. The pull-out did not lay out flat. Room smelt of smoke everytime the air conditioning kicked in. For the price, this was a good clean hotel, very close to the airport. Airport shuttle. Indoor pool and fitness room. Wish they had room service, but staff was very friendly.

Hotel is very close to the airport, highways and shopping. Breakfast could be better.

Absolutely great hotel! Would definetly stay there again. The service was great, the hotel was very clean, very reasonable pricing and the complimentary breakfast was the cherry on the sundae. So thanks for the great experience, would definetly recommend to friends and family.

Hotel breakfast - began at 5:30, but at 5:45 we couldn't even get orange juice - very watery.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean and quite comfortable and the free breakfast in the morning was hot and quite good. The staff was very friendly and helpfull as well. I would definately stay there again if ever in Syracuse.

Very well looked after, great rooms, breakfast included, everything included and a pool as well! This place is just as good as a 4 star hotel with better staff well done and I will be back whenever I am up in syracuse.

This was exactly the same price as Best Western, but a lot better. It has an exercise room and indoor pool, they shuttle you wherever you want, you can leave your car for months, and it's close to nice restaurants. The morning breakfast was skimpy, but not as bad as Best W. The staff was good.

The hotel was beautiful. The room very clean. The king size bed was wonderful! A refrigerator and microwave in the room would have been helpful, though. The breakfast area should be bigger...what a cluster! Good food to start the day, though. Very good selection of breakfasr fare.

Close to the Airport. Unremarkable American motel. The hot breakfast was a nice touch.

As we checked into the hotel everything seemed fine. However, after we were in our room for a while we soon realized that we had been given a non-smoking room on a smoking floor. As the night went on the entire floor, including our room, smelled of smoke. While I understand people have the right to smoke and have the right to a smoking room, why put […] non-smoking rooms on a smoking floor? The rooms are not air tight so the smoke is going to travel. In hindsight we should have requested a different room, but seeing were were only for for a few hours in order to get some sleep before our 6AM flight the next day we dealt with it. We did bring it to the attention of the desk clerk the next morning and she did offer us a refund but again seeing we chose to put up with it we declined. They did take some off the price though. We were not looking for them to do that however, we will not stay at that particular hotel again. Mehr

The Holiday Inn Express in Syracuse, NY is a good choice when flying into Syracuse Airport. The shuttle was there quickly, we had come from Walla Walla,WA, and our body time was 3hr.different. We were hungry, and there is quite a few choices within walking distance from the motel to get food from. My nephew came with us at the last minute, he's 6'6" […] and they brought a rollaway bed in to accommodate us. We went away feeling like they cared about us and our comfort. Mehr

Located just off the interstate. Convenient to the mall and other area attractions. Laundry facilities on site. The only problem I had was with the wireless internet, but the staff gave me an ethernet cable and that solved the problem.

Great Staff, Clean, comfortable hotel....what more can you ask for? Will be back for sure!

After my flights being delayed, I just wanted to relax in my room with no worries. They forgot to put Shampoo in the room and on top of that, the bottom of my shower curtain was moldy.

this is a decent hotel with a very friendly staff! Convenient to Syracuse University so during busy move in and family weekend when all the hotels are so expensive this is a good deal. I think it would normally be overpriced a bit for the local area BUT when all other hotels raise their prices so much during busy times, this only a little so it makes […] it a great deal. Only complaint was when the room was made up during our stay, the sheets were nt changed, the shampoos and cond, facial clothes not replaced etc. That is annoying.but we will sty there again. Mehr
