Wir sind ausgesprochen zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Da wir zweimal schon ein Extrabett im Zimmer bentigten. diese wurde sofort umgesetzt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dienstleistung wir hier sehr hoch geschreiben. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt

Comparied to what is avalable in Moscow for this price, this hotel seemed like a pretty good deal. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was included and reasonable.

Good Hotel staff very helpful, close to the Metro and shops so very useful location. Also the same Metro line to the train station where you can connect to the Airport. Nice fruit trader across the street along with a few other traders. Eating in restaurants is generally expensive compared to the UK so useful to have. This hotel is nearby the metro, starbucks and some nice restaurant. But the breakfast cost is quite expensive around 950 rub.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Really loved this place. It was an oasis in the chaos of Moscow. The Hotel upgraded us to a suite! Gratis! Very nice, luxurious, accommodations. Very helpful staff at the reception. My husband, mother and I found this hotel an excellent place to stay for Americans in Moscow. Not only were were 5 minutes away from metro, but in between there were restaurants and a gourmet food store. One of the restaurants was a cafe' that served food for all meals and requirements. We ate there for breakfast: pastries and cooked meals; lunch: sandwiches, […] salads, soup; and dinner: hot meals. The staff there were great and we created a rapport with them. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Moscow. Warning: everything at the hotel costs a fortune (water, drinks, food, internet), so stock up at the market before getting back to your room. Just stayed here for one night for convenience to airport train station. Great location for the aero express but not within walking distance to major tourist sites. Clean and comfortable room - usual holiday in - was great however the service at the reception desk was rather slow, I had booked through hotels.com for 3 people the website specified we […] would have a fold out couch and double bed. When we got to reception they didnt seem to have a room organised for our arival or hadnt expected 3 people so they were on the phone to housekeeping to arrange a room. This might be a russian thing though as check in disasters happened everywhere we went! Also at no fault of the hotel, but there were MAJOR road works all the way from the station to the hotel which makes the area seem horrible, hard to drag a suitcase, cross the rd etc. It looked like they were extending the metro or replacing main sewer/water pipes so would reccommend staying clear of this area for at least another year. We had recently stayed 2 nughts in the Holiday-Inn Moscow Lesnaya Hotel and the stay was great ! The hotel is new and clean , the rooms were beautiful , clean , comfort and very good ! It is a typical business hotel close to the business district with reasonable number of places near by (albeit a little expensive) to grab a quick bite / breakfast. The only thing that did not work for me was 1) The room had light curtains and sun would pour through the window waking me up at 5am 2) Construction work was happening near by and I could […] not open my window (noise & dust) 3) There is no swimming pool to relax in after a hard days work, although there is a gym. Rest was fine. It is relatively close to the metro station and hence town centre was easy to get to. Beds were comfortable and the TV was tuned to many English news channels. The room was smelling like an ashtray and the minibar didn't work for all of the stay. They didn't even offer a bottle of water. If you can't sleep with too much light be carefull here because curtains are useless since they are yellow. The only positive thing was hotel staff
