I went with my children and most of our needs came with us. The hotel was to shower, sleep, if you see what I mean. For the price, I frankly don't have any complains, no hidden fees or anything at all. It was also quiet.

This hotle was in good shape for the price. The staff was great I had to check out at 615 am. The staff made sure there the drinks and food was out for me at 6am.

It's not a five star, so don't expect it! The place is decent and the people running the hotel are very nice.I would stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was horrible!!!!! I did not even stay me second night. Not at all what the pictures looked like on line. Also did not like the fact of having to pay up front before my stay. Hotel must have known that if I didn't pay I would not have stayed at all once I arrived!!!!! The people running the hotel were very nice and accommodating. But we had to go to them for things needed in the room that were not there. The towols were small and thin. You could not drie off with them. We went to them for cups, towels,about the tv,the room being quit chily, (on the cold side). Our bed was never made in the three days we were there. […] The only thing they did in the room was give us clean towels and empted the wast can. Mehr

Convenient , close to restaurants and Hershey attractions. Economical and clean! Not fancy but a good place for the night.

The Staff wonderful the hall smells .The hotel out side is the dumps.

OK FOR SHORT STAY IF CLOSE TO DESTINATION. OLD FASHIONED, LOW BUDGET, BUT CLEAN.

The hotel is simple but offers a good value for the money. THe bathrooms were a little outdated but clean. I apprecaited the mini-fridge and microwave included in the room and was really pleased with the free internet access. It's close to Hershey attractions and located in pretty surroundings. I'd stay there again.

The motel is sufficient for a trip where you will be sightseeing and will only need a place to sleep. Bathroom was clean but old. Great coffee in the morning.

It was close to my destination.

Lights could have been better in the room.

Overall the hotel is acceptable

Hotel staff was very polite, The rooms work lame, the beds were comfortable. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, The complimentary breakfast consist of donuts and coffee But overall a very good value for a 2 night stay And only about 10 minutes from hershey park.

This hotel was really a great value for the money. Close to lots of things to do. Clean pool. Friendly staff. We had a slight issue with the first room we were given, but the staff was very accommodating and switched us to a new room with no trouble. Shower pressure was great. AC worked good.

It was a best value if you enjoy the size of the motel , cozy not crowded. It was in a great location. convenient to all Hershey has to offer. Thank You, Hotels.com, you have not disappointed us yet.

Clean enough - bed was fine. Didn't get a chance to use the pool - only stayed one night. Desk help was right there.

clean room. friendly staff. Water pressure in shower very low. air conditioner VERY loud!!! For a place to sleep it's OK.

The hotel was close to where I needed to be. Hotel does need some renovation and needs to be updated.

The whole place needs an upgrade inside and out. Very old looking... carpets were not clean... room was very small... bed was so uncomfortable... I want my free Kindle !! I will NOT ever stay there again.. AV

My 8 yr old daughter and I stayed one night to go to the Chocolate Factory. I agree about the smell in the rooms... and my daugher wouldn't take a shower because it looked dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cheapest price in area for us so it suited our needs but wouldn't recommend for longer stays.

Hotel room had a misty smell, but overall a great deal for your money..

We stayed here for 2 nights. It wasn't a brand new, updated room/bathroom but it definitely was good enough for the cost. After being at Hershey all day for 2 days straight it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable room. No complaints here. I would definitely stay there again. Only about 10 min from Hershey.

First the good things the location was close to area attractions in Hershey, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Gettysburg. The furniture was good and the room was clean. The problem was the room was really small only one nightstand and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were so flat it took three to make the size of one. The sheets were cheap and very […] thin and bedspread was a nylon uncomfortable material. I hated being in that room it was just depressing we only slept there we did not linger. Ideal location and low price and clean but I need to be comfortable and I was not. Mehr

I was very happy about how clean this hotel was and how convenient it was to get to Hershey Park. It had everything I wanted in a hotel.Very comfortable and excellent price ! I would stay here again.

Having stayed in my share of older hopefully quaint hotels please understand that I did not have expectations of the Ritz. However,,, the bed was rock hard, the sink was literally hanging by a thread, the television remote was difficult to use. The general interior was lets say neglected. More dumpy than quaint. Stay away.

A friend and I were planning a weekend at Hershey Park and as poor college students, we couldn't afford much. This hotel was better than we expected! It was a great value for the price. The room was comfortable and the location was very conveniently located. Everything was clean, the only issue was that the room smelled a little musty. The staff was […] friendly, but when it came time to check out there was nobody at the desk and we were waiting with three other guests for about 10 minutes. This hotel was bug laden and was not clean at all. After checking-in and driving around the area we realized that there were several other hotel/motel b&b options for about the same rate that actually looked clean. It was very apparent that they did not clean our room and had re-used the bedding. We found a bed bug and hairs all over inside the sheets. […] We actually had to drive to WalMart and buy sheets so that we could sleep. I will never stay at an America's Best Value Inn again. Mehr

The staff there were very helpful! The pool was great! Good value for the price.

the people working there were very nice but the rooms were not kept up well. bathrooms looked dirty. toilets little and short sinks. little bathtub. floor of bathtub dirty looking. we had to wear flip-flops when we took a shower. alarm clock didn't work. remote didn't work but they fixed that. paid quite a bit for the room and not worth it.

Room was clean and comfortable, pool was clear and refreshing. Would defiantly stay again!!! Read some of the other reviews and can only say don't expect a castle when you are only willing to pay a minimum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Hotel was 6 miles from Hershey. Nice but not fancy. No ice in ice machine, no window shades behind curtains, breakfast was coffee, OJ, and honey buns ?? I would stay again. Nothing great but cheap.

Condition going downhill. No coffee in rooms, only at front desk starting a 7a (I'm up a 5a). Stayed one week - neither the sink nor the comode was cleaned during that period. Feet got "black" from dirty carpets. Bed was only made - never changed. On the + side, they did give me a coffee pot after the 2nd day.

If you are on an extreme budget, OK. You'll be gone 15 minutes after you wake up.

The sheets were obviously soiled. I rang the front desk bell several times because no one was ever around to help. The front area smelled like curry.

The location was great for Hereshey everything else about the place was not. No breakfast in the morning even though they said there would be. The bed was horrible I preferred sleeping in the chairs. The non smoking room smelled like smoke and pool was so dirty we would not even use it. Not a good place to stay unless you just need the good location […] to the park. Mehr

Check in/check out was quick and easy. Friendly desk person. Convenient location for Hershey/Lebanon and even Harrisburg. Motel is older and could use cosmetic repairs. My room was clean, all appliances and bath fixtures worked and the bed was comfortable. Being right on the highway, I was pleasantly surprised that there was only minimal road noise. […] Room is on the small side, but for just myself I had room enough. My family and I recently stayed at this motel and it was awesome!!! What a bargin!!! Our room was immaculate and the pool was incredible!! If we ever come back up to PA, there is no doubt that Americas Best Value Inn in Palmyra, is where we will stay!!!!!!

The room was clean. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, however for the price it was fine.
