It was a pleasant stay since I had my Administrative Assistant Conference at this Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. Everything was well taken care of with my reservations. I really enjoyed my stay.

I had reservations at another hotel, I was completely disgusted by the quality of the hotel was nothing like the picture. Called Hotels.com and were so kind and immediately fixed the problem by finding another hotel. We choose the Holiday Inn the staff was amazing especially Adriana (I belive) she made our stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean, […] the bathrooms were clean, the shower tub was also clean, I didn't feel dirty coming out of the shower. We had breakfast and although kids eat free it was still pricey. Mehr

The hotel was probably nice when it was new but the management has not maintained it as they should. The ice machine on my floor was broken. The heating and cooling unit sounded as though it would self destruct each time it started. One of the sheets on the bed had a three inch rip in it.

Enjoyed the stay, great location.

Everything was great exept for the piegons which roost on the edge just below the rooms on the 6th floor. Avoid these rooms unless you like the sound of them cooing all night

Bed was very comfortable and room was in a great location. Could see the Sandia Mountains from our room...Would definitey recommend this hotel and the price was increditable and got there just in time for there hot cookies...

The front desk was very friendly and informative when asked a question about the surrounding area.

Our family stayed here during the last weekend of the Balloon Fiesta. The room was clean and very quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was a little difficult to get to, but overall stay was great.

the walls were not sound proofed enough. i could hear everything in the hallways and the rooms on either side of us. when i told the front desk i didn't get any sleep because the rooms were too noisy, their response was that the "neighbors" had checked out, therefore not able to bother us our second night there. the only way we could sleep was to turn […] the A/C on for some white noise, and we still heard the neighbors! Room was by the elevator...didn't get any rest, very loud. Hotel would not honor guarantee

Elevators too loud, i booked a king bed and got a room with two double. staff not professional

We stayed here because the pool had a slide. Its always caught my kids attention from I-25. We were really disappointed with the size of the pool once we got a chance to use it. It was very small to begin with, and the slide took over a third of it. Plus, it was always crowded day or night during our stay. It was definitely a family oriented hotel. […] There were children everywhere. Some with supervision and some without. Our room was clean, but it was missing an alarm clock (didn't realize this until the lights were out) and the bed lamps didn't work. The curtains were torn, which allowed a little light to come in, in the morning, but it wasn't a big deal. I think the previous tenants must have had a good time in the room and the staff didn't catch the small problems. If it wasn't for the discounted price, I wouldn't have recommended it. Mehr

the only complaint I have is that the pool's slide wasn't open on the Holiday - Monday. I think that when Holiday's fall on Monday, the weekend should include this day, since we stayed specifically at this hotel for the pool and the slide for our children. They enjoyed swimming anyway but the slide would have been an extra gift.

SENT MY HUSBAND TO PICK UP MY GRANDSON AND HE STAYED OVER AT THIS LOCATION. WHEN HE CAME HOME HE SAID THE STAFF WAS NICE, ROOM CLEAN. THIS IS FROM A MAN THAT REALLY DOES NOT LIKE ANYTHING. SO IF HE SAYS IT WAS NICE YOU SHOULD TRY IT.VIEW FROM HIS ROOM WAS NOT GREAT BUT HE DID NOT MIND.

Torn curtains, torn shower curtain toilet water leaks to name a few. Will not return.

check in process long, Room were not clean, unfriendly staff. very noise and odd location. phone did not work and front desk indicating to people that call me, that i was just a busy person. moved to a room that had a working phone paid for a king was placed in a double bed. when i returned at night from a long day after being told they would move my […] luggage. yes my luggage remain in the first room. manager not concerned with issues. everything was fine excluding 2 things: 1) No free breakfast 2) Walls are thin --- toddler kept me up between hours of midnight - 2 AM. I had an early 8 AM meeting. Called to complain twice. Night manager recorded my calls and he went to the room to get them to silence the child. Didn't work. Hotel offered a free breakfast ($20.00 value) or free dinner. […] Room was Not Compted. Good, the room had a small refrig. and microwave. I will stay there again. Mehr

Hotel is nice; however, this stay was a bit unsatisfactory. The hotel room was hot, we turned on the air conditioner and a few minutes later when I walked by the window where the air conditioning unit was located the carpet in front of the unit was soaked. Turns out that the air conditioning unit had frozen up and was leaking. We slept with the window […] open and could hear traffic on the freeway and around the hotel at a very early hour in the morning. Also, the shower head when turned on squirted water out of the top and over the shower curtain and rod. The drain stopper to the sink didn't hold in place. Mehr

I was very very pleased with my room. It was light and airy, spacious, great bed and pillows. I ask for a room on the north side, high up and could see the balloon festival from the room. It is very convenient for the festival (altho traffic is horrific). Alll of the front desk personnel were pleasant and very helpful. Room service was just OK.

The fire alarm when off every night that I was there at 9:30 pm. So annoying. Also the night staff couldn't help me book a conference room the next morning.
