Wir haben 3 Nächte da verbracht und wuerden es nicht weiterempfehlen: - Das Bett war ein Bettsofa dementsprechend nicht sehr komfortabel - Die Kueche war nicht in sauberem Zustand - Im Flur herrschte komischer Gestank Fuer eine Nacht ok aber mehr nicht..

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, weil die Lage sehr ruhig ist und der Weg ins Stadtzentrum nicht weit. Wer die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen möchte, nimmt die Straßenbahn schräg gegenüber. Klasse war die Pantry zur Selbstbekochung und der Innenhof für Frischluftbäder. Wir sind begeistert über das Preis-Leistungsverhält- nis !!!!!

Nettes kleines Appartmenthotel für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Studios sind ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass auch Selbstverpflegung gut möglich ist. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und die Küche ermöglicht die Zubereitung kleinerer Menüs. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann Montpellier vom Hotel aus sehr gut laufend erkunden (in […] 15 Minuten alles erreichbar). Große, gut eingerichtete Appartments, leider ein bisschen außerhalb vom Zentrum. Mit der Straßenbahn, die nicht weit entfernt losfährt, kann man aber das Zentrum auch schnell erreichen. Nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof. Check-In schnell und unkompliziert, neu eingerichtetes Appartment, sehr sauber.

We got in trouble to find the hotel. Regarding to the information in site and also picture( La Comedie square)we thought the hotel is located around the square but after finding the right location we realized must go is atleast 15 minutes far from of hotel on foot.

I would not recommend staying here. My only joy was leaving. The studio bedroom is a pull-out from the sofa, extremely uncomfortable. Room had an odor and the floor was dirty.

These are apartments situated just out of the centre of the city (about 15 mins walk). The room was very clean and the kitchen too. I think having the kitchenette would be very handy for longer stays and travellers on a budget. In fact the whole hotel was great vaule for money. I picked this hotel as a somewhat cheaper alternative to the hotels in the city center when attending a conference at Le Corum. NOT WORTH IT. For the few Euro/night we saved, we were well outside the beautiful and bustling city center in a hotel completely without charm, with hallways that literally reeked of must and old smoke and that were dark as […] caves until you walked far enough in to trigger the motion sensor lights. The suite is a roomy enough bathroom, nice kitchenette (not really necessary for our trip), and a tiny bedroom/sitting room. The "double bed" was a hide-a-bed with a trundle. Even when the trundle bed was tucked away, it was hard to reach the closets, when it was open it was impossible. At least the smell was not as bad in the room as it was in the hallways, but it was not great. The air-conditioner worked well, though! Internet is "available" for a very reasonable fee (2 Eur/ day, compared to 20+ Eur in Paris), but we could not get it to work with my computer, even with the help of the staff. The only two real positives I can report are that the air conditioner worked really well, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful (and speak English). The location is geographically not far from the city center (about a mile) but it feels like it's a whole different world. The city center is charming, lively, and fun... the neighborhood where this hotel is is just kind of sad. Technically this is an extended-stay hotel... and for those who are sojourning in Montpellier for a long time, those few saved Euro a night would add up and might make it worth it, but DEFINITELY NOT for a short stay! I booked this hotel for two nights, but it was so inadequate, and in such a dangerous neighborhood, I refused to stay. It didn't have a proper bed, only a sofabed, the AC was blowing out roasting hot air. The floor the room was on reeked of cigarette smoke, and the internet didn't work. In essence it didn't live up to any of the conditions on which I booked. I was looking for a Hotel, not a short term lease on a small studio apartment. To be fair, the gentleman at the reception was courteous and very well mannered, even in the face of me being most annoyed at the predicament of being in Marseille at 8pm and finding I have to book alternative accoidation. I would have preferred a hostel or budget hotel in the town centre. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the downtown area, OK but not ideal for a short-stay visit. The studio apartment is a bit too small for the furniture - you can't use the table and chair properly because they don't fit in the space not taken up by the bed. not clean, very hard to get extra towels. receptionnist very arrogant . what they call appartment for 3 is for 2 maximum. one of the my worst experience

If you are looking for an apartment that you can make your own simple food in then it is a good place. We had a double twin room. And just be aware that it is a sofabed and when the bottom bed is made there is very little room to move around. As it was stated before this is not your regular hotel, but a long term residence facility. It first became apparent in the lobby during check-in when we noticed people checking mailboxes on the way out. Extras such as internet, phone, breakfast, and parking are not included in the nightly rate. We bought parking, breakfast, and internet, but had to […] come back down to front desk twice to get internet to work. First, we never got credentials to log on, second time we noticed that LAN cable was missing and we didn't have our own. Rooms are small and very modest, so when you unfold a bed from underneath (it's a pull out uneven double bed), it is practically impossible to move around a room. The kitchen is well stocked and long term vacation, a week or more, should not be a problem. There are at least 2 supermarkets around the corner, but they all close at 8:30pm (just like about everything in France). So, if you didn't get your shopping done in time, the only other places to eat are at Place de la Comedie, which is surprisingly lively and entertaining place to be in the evening of any day. Mehr

Hotel is fine if you know what to expect. Rooms are very small and basic (the sofa-bed when pulled out takes up whole room such that even the desk chairs can't be moved!). Bathroom was not very clean. Convenience of the kitchen was helpful though (but worth taking your own mugs if you want a decent cup of tea). walking distance to the historical city centre. 200 m to the next trram station (Line 2). The service was nice, the room quite small, and especially the bath room could have been a bit cleaner. You could have internet, but you have to pay a little extra for it. In overall it was a good stay.

Très bon concept d’accueil et une bonne situation de l’hôtel de Montpellier. Mais quelle idée de faire coucher ses client dans une ... banquette avec un dossier en bois qui prend 10 % du matelas. Je ne parle pas des "lits jumeaux" annoncés (ce que je recherchais) : en fait un lit gigogne, un tiroir. Vraiment dommage.

hôtel bien situé,calme, proche centre ville. pratique pour visiter à pied. La chambre est bien équipée, le seul "HIC" le manque de confort du lit, je ne m'attendais pas à avoir un canapé-lit, matelas trop mou.

L'accueil du personnel est parfait. La chambre est un peu petite, il n'y a plus de place quand le lit-canapé est ouvert.

Proche du centre ville, propre, calme mais chambre un peu petite. bon confort, personnel sympathique

Très bon accueil. Hotel calme et très bien situé dans la ville.

Rien de rare dans cet hôtel ou votre lit n'est qu'un simple canapé convertible assez inconfortable. Pour une nuit c'est bien quand même. Appréciable, la cuisine équipée (même d'un mini lave vaiselle) et la proximité de la gare sncf (ce que recherché avant tout).

Les studios sont tres, tres, tres petit, juste de quoi tourner autour du canape lit, en gros, lorsqu'il fait beau, ca gene pas trop, on se fait un petit repas tout simple et au lit! mais pour les jours ou il fait moins beau... y a peut etre moyen de se trouver quelque chose de plus grand. Il fait propre dans les grandes lignes mais au detail, il faut […] pas etre maniaque! L'etat des lieux est fastidieux et nous force a trouver les details qui laisse a desirer mais qui sont surtout d'usure generale d'utilisation Le personel est tres sympa et aide bien. Si l'hôtel est très bien situé - à minutes du centre - la literie est déplorable et la chambre très exigüe... Impossible de dormir, à chaque fois que l'on voulait se retourner, le lit grinçait horriblement et on prenait les ressorts dans les reins!!

Propreté douteuse, odeur de cigarette, plaque pour la cuisine sale

30 mn à pied du centre historique ( comedie ....) la premiere photo ne correspond ni a l'hotel ni a son environnement proche

assez bon rapport qualité prix cût du parking et du petit déjeuner élevés

Le canapé lit.... nous avons trouvé que c'était exagéré surtout qu'une fois déplié on ne plus s'assoir au bureau

Nous avons eu du mal a trouver l' hôtel dans montpellier il n'est indiqué nulle part. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés pas de «bonjour» de la part des hôtesses plongées sur leur ordinateur.une fois dans la chambre une odeur immonde...le refoulement des canalisations de la salle de bain...une chambre minuscule ou le canapé lit était déplié et prenait donc […] toute la place. Nous avons tres mal dormi, on sentait les ressorts en fer dans le dos, et le grincement était très désagréable. La atencion en recepcion muy bien, pero a nosotros no nos limpiaron la habitacion ni nos cambiaron las toallas.

Il ne faut pas être regardant sur la propreté, les moquettes sont sales... L'hôtel est plutôt calme.

Hôtel bien placé (gare,centre ville possibles à pied ) , au calme , tous services sur place , chambre fonctionnelle . Je réserverai à nouveau lors d'un prochain déplacement . Type d'hébergement conseillé .

J'ai passé un séjour agréable avec mon fils de 17 ans on n'était pas souvent dans l'appart. Le plus gros souci si on peut appeler cela comme ça c'était le lit gigogne pour moi qui suis pas très grande ce n'était pas un problème mais pour mon fils qui mesure 1,87m c'en était un car le lit était trop petit, donc trouver une solution de rechange. Faites attention ! - Canapé convertible inconfortable et grinçant, c'est pas le top pour une nuit romantique ; - Trous, brûlures de cigarettes sur les draps (oui oui !) - Charte hygiène à revoir ...

Hotellet var helt okej i förhållande till priset- vi fick det vi betalade för varken mer eller mindre. Vi var dock missnöjda med hotellets läge- beskrivningen 'nära Place de la comedie' stämmer inte riktigt. Det är ca 20 min gångväg dit genom halvroliga kvarter.

Fonctionnel. A part le lit (canapé convertible) qui surprends un peu mais qui reste acceptable pour passer quelques nuits. A 5mn du centre ville.
