Candlewood Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport/Cruise - Fort Lauderdale

There was some trash left beside the chair in the room and the chair itself should be replaced since people over time have peeled away st its facing. overall the room is good for the area and price not too bad either. would stay again.

We were forced to find a hotel last minutes due to our house was under construction. We were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Also, It was in a decient neihborhood.

First let me say, this place was clean. Some of furniture needed to be replaced and I found the bed to be too firm for my back, BUT, it was clean. The location is great, safe neighborhood, local places to eat. Short drive to Ft Lauderdale Beach. Will definitely go back, and recommend it.

Wonderful everything: friendly, clean, great location. I would recommend to others highly. One inconvenience: Cellphone dropped calls in the room. However, local calls were free. Great place-- 2 thumbs up.

Even if you don't have a pet this is a full service inn. Great for the price!

RIght down road from cruiseport and accross the street from a shopping plaza. Easy walk to groceries, clothing whatever you need last minute.

Was very convenient to check in and out. Good service when at the desk. Easy location to find and easy to get to airport.

No complaints... Room was spacious and very clean. Close to the airport and also had a shuttle service. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area

...but they need to replace the shuttle driver who cant speak english. May was awesome, found us a box to substitute for lost luggage, coached us on best pizza, even put it in room and ice cream in freezer to SW and surprise my weary guests. Clone May!!

I never expected this hotel to be such a great experience in many ways. Cleanliness is a characteristic of the place, besides, the bedding was gorgeous, bathroom was elegant, the place is quiet and close to the airport. From now on I'll always stay at this hotel when I visit Ft. Lauderdale.

Nice hotel and close enough to everything.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the Italian restaurant across the street in the strip mall for dinner. A convenient location and comfortable room.

This hotel was very clean, a plus! The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud in Heaven. The staff was courteous and kind. I would give this location 4 stars as comparable to any other 4 Star Hotel. I would definitely sleep here again! Thank you!

We stayed here a very short time, only one night before our cruise. The hotel is close to both the airport and cruise port. Free airport shuttle, however their cruise port service is $8 a person, something to keep in mind if this is your reason for staying. Other hotels in the area have free cruise port shuttles.

We liked everything about this place. Our arrival was at 10.30pm and the airport shuttle was already there so we did not waste any time at all. The suite was very clean. There was only one problem with the sofa bed. The mattress was only single. We called and right away within couple minutes someone was at our door with a key for another room without […] extra charge. So we had 2 suites for the night. I booked 3 rooms for family members for 3 days. Prior to check-out, I needed an additional 3 rooms...No problem. The desk attendant honored the same rates for all the rooms. Next, 4 of my family members had to extend their stay for an additional 5 days. Unaware to the attendant, my stay was a result of a family emergency. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service from the airport. Very nice hotel and I only was there for 7 hours. Desk clerks were all exceptional

Great value. Hotel is clean and very nice. Rooms a bit smaller than expected. Kitchen is very functional and well provisioned. Grocery, restaurants and adult activities (clubs, pool, bar or two) all across street & easy walking distance. Rooms are not serviced daily, but you can change towels, etc at front desk. We had a great time.

Great location in relation to Ft. Lauderale Airport. Quiet street, quiet hotel. Room was amazing, very clean. Staff was friendly. Not the hotel you want to stay at if you are traveleing for a long period of time as they do not have any housekeeping, carpet was fealthy, refrigerator was not working and never got fixed after requesting to have it fixed or replaced.

We had just got off the ship in Miami and our shuttle brought us to our hotel. We knew we were early and expected to wait. Instead, the staff sent us to KiKi's for lunch with a complimentary drink! When we got back, our rooms were ready (only gone about 30 minute) and everything was PERFECT! Clean and well kept. We couldn't have asked for more. Superb, new hotel with mini suite with full kitchen with utensils, nice high speed internet, beautiful furnishings. Can't be beat for the price! it is close to airport but our taxi driver couldn't find it despite us giving him directions and showing him a map of where it was! My various stays at this hotel have been amazing! Very clean and the staff was very nice. Very well worth the price. The location is perfect for travelers of the Ft. Lauderdale Airport, the complimentary airport shuttle service was very good and fast. I am definitely going to recommend this place and staying there myself for sure!
