This hotel is impossible to get to. One of the most frustrating experiences when you are tired and want a warm bed to sleep in. It's location is right beside the airport so planes do wake you up. I would recommend this hotel, but I wont since it is quite pricey and the hotel does not make help to let you find it. So much construction around the area […] it is confusing to get anywhere. Mehr

Very clean Hotel, Friendly and helpfull staff, One of the staff, who was a receptionist taught us some french frases at the first moment . Also she welcomed all of us pleasently.

I really recommend this Hotel. It is very confortable and clean. The only thing that you need to be aware is because a lot of highways repairs, it is very difficult to access it. Even your GPS can be confused. You need to make several turns to access it. I think when the works will finish, it will be easier to find it.

There was a lot of construction going on around the airport. It made it difficult to get to the hotel. There were several weddings or events going on making it loud and very full. But the shuttle to the airport is convenient and the rooms are comfortable.

Well as expected, when the name "Marriott" comes, the hotel is clean and well maintained. The problem is every 5 minutes a train passes by the hotel! It's very laud and you can't leave your window open :( The breakfast was fair not the best but very clean and adequate. If you are booking through expedia, your parking is not included and you must pay […] extra fees. The whole city is under construction and our GPS was way confused and redirect us a thousand times ... the included as well! The old highway exits do NOT exist anymore or they are closed for construction especially around this hotel. So beware, a 2 minutes route might take you 20 minutes! especially is you are in hurry to catch a flight! Overall, for one night stay it's a good hotel but for extended stay you might want to consider booking another hotel. Mehr

No worries. Comfortable.

We stayed at the Fairfield in downtown Montreal, close to the airport. It was by far one of the cleanest, friendliest hotels we've stayed at. We were there to attend the U2 concert and while it wasn't too far from the venue, getting to and from the concert was very difficult due to road closures. But this has nothing to do with the hotel. This was the […] first time I've stayed at a hotel where there was zero, and I mean, zero dust on the furniture, the bathroom sparkled, the bed and pillows, for once, comfortable!! The breakfast (included in our room price) was excellent. The only thing I might suggest is that there be a hot option to eat, for example, bacon or sausage, some type of omlett. But truthfully, this did not matter to me, I would stay in this hotel again and again regardless of its location. Well worth it. Mehr

The city of Dorval experanced some major water problems during are visit, the hotel was vary helpfull supplying us with drinking water. The continetal Breakfest was ok I would like to see more choices mabe some walfes makers.

Rather than rush to the hotel after our cruise we elected to stay a day in Montreal and fly out early the next morning. Perfect hotel. Got early check in, easy bus and metro ride into the city, and hotel shuttle to airport the next morning.

The staff at the hotel only speak French and the one person that did spoke English was out. The hotel is crowded with people and i couldn't even get into the room where they were serving breakfast. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. We found the swimming quite small for our needs.

Excellent location and very convenient and friendly service. Car was exactly where i left it and nice to keep my keys.

Clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, good temperature control in the rooms (often a problem in hotels) the food at the lounge was good, excellent airport shuttle service, stable internet connection. If you need to be by an airport this should be a top choice. Along with the important reasons (to me) I listed above the rates are very good. I will […] stay there again for sure! Everything about this hotel was great. The Room was great and the beds comfortable. The continental breakfast was much more than sufficient. The staff was extremely helpful. The airport shuttle runs 27/7 on demand and will run you back and forth without question. The reason I say this is that there is an express transit bus from the airport to the downtown […] Montreal area and it also runs 24/7 the cost is $7.00 and it is a 24 hour daypass good on all metro transit. Nice, clean rooms, good breakfast. The swimming pool was a bit small but fine for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were not able to recommend a decent restaraunt in the area, so we had to do our own research. Overall a good hotel, I would recommend.

This is a good hotel with a great staff. Its location is currently a mess, due to highway construction all around it, but that should improve greatly as the outside work gets done. Noise wasn't a problem, even though I could watch airplanes landing and departing -- which I like to do. (Couldn't see the runways, however.) The morning breakfast nook tends […] to be crowded, and staff is running hard to keep up with all the diverse cultural habits of the users. Despite heavy demands and wonky computer systems (at times), the front desk staff kept things clear, with minimal waits. I drove daily to the downtown area, and that was a hassle, with complicated traffic patterns (due to the construction), poor road surfaces in places (A-20), and French-only directions on the highways. I never saw any indication of shuttle or bus service alternatives, although I didn't look hard for them, since I had my car. A shuttle to the airport, and a relay to a downtown bus might be a good alternative for some visitors. The price was certainly WAY better than staying in a comparable downtown hotel, so I didn't object to getting nailed for parking at both ends. Mehr

Wonderfully maintained lobby, public areas, and room. Clean bathroom and beds. Large screen TV. In-room and downstairs coffee 24/7. Free breakfast was great and well-stocked (be prepared to wait if you want to use one of the waffle makers). Neighborhood is what you'd expect: the airport. Unsure if it was because of construction or what, but if you don't have a GPS, be patient and follow the directions you got. Stayed here the night before a flight out and we would stay here again if that was what we were doing again. Don't stay here if you're planning to visit downtown Montreal and stay in the region for more than 1 night, unless you know what you're up for: this is a beautiful and clean hotel with helpful staff, but not an area attraction (or near any)! Fresh, clean, and friendly place to stay near the airport. Great shuttle service to and from, happy pleasant staff, rooms are clean and modern, and this all makes it the best cost value in that area.

The hotel was very good, only two things could be improved: 1. Breakfast serving area was very small so it was very crowded and difficult to get at the very limited selections. 2. Hotel entrance was very difficult to find from Highway 20, you actually have to enter from the Best Western and exit at the back to get to the hotel, this should be explained […] in the reservation documents. I tried going around the roundabout as shown in Google maps and wound up at the airport. Mehr

Excellent choice for an overnight stay before a flight at the airport. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. My only complaint would be the noise level outside the hotel,however, this should be expected when you are near an airport .

Located immediately at the entrance to the P.E. Trudeau Airport grounds, this Hotel is bright, fresh, very clean and great value for its cost compared to those within 4km. Upon arrival, you are greeted with smiles and a welcome like you own the place. Everyone here takes responsibility to make this a winning property, and that is very impressive. The […] lobby has style and is laid out with a modern eclectic feel, with a modest lounge/bar area appropriate for this level of property. The rooms are kept very clean (bathroom included) to maintain that "new hotel" feel, and the bedding and linens are high quality. This is great for the business traveler who wants 4+ star quality on a 2 star budget, or leisure travelers who want a fresh welcoming place close to the airport. In 2 years of monthly visits to Montreal, I have tried them all in this vicinity for business and holiday travel and will return if the rates stay below similar/higher type of properties. Mehr

Very Clean, very friendly and helpful, good amenities, comfortable and pleasant rooms, very good & stable room heating & cooling, with an overall fresh modern feel. This is the winner in this price range near the airport. Have paid more for a lot less at most major chains in this area around the airport.

Very clean, very courteous, all the right accouterments for Business travel. PLAN TO PAY for parking over and above room cost, which is typical for all hotels near the airport entrance, but worth the $8 inconvenience.

Hotel was overbooked and they did not have a portable bed for my daughter. Customer service rep (I beleive her name is Aisha) went beyond the call of duty and found a hotel where she could borrow that bed.

(1) The spaghetti interchange leading to the hotel is impossible to navigate without a GPS. Don't try it if you don't have a GPS. (2) The neighborhood is filled with closed/for rent buildings. It is convenient to very little. (3) The breakfast nook is too small for the size of the hotel. If you arrived for breakfast in the last hour, you would have […] a line of 40 people. (4) They deactivated our room keys because they accidentally gave us too much money when they changed currencies for us--which was quite rude given that it was their mistake. (5) They charge their own guests to park in the hotel lot while they are staying at the hotel. Mehr

Very pleased with the hotel, staff and price. The gym has high end tread mills so you can get in a good run. There are railroad tracks near the hotel, but they will equally affect any of the airport hotels.

Room was clean and quiet considering it is so close to the airport, like 2 minutes. Not many places to eat close but there is a little Italian place within walking distance. It was run by a father and son, the food was excellent.

The hotel is very nice, has free coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. Nice and clean pool. The only thing is we have to pay $8.00 a day for parking which we didn't know. Also, check in time was delayed for 2 hours. We supposed to check in at 3 pm but our room was not available until 5:00 PM.

De tous les mariott, ce n est pas le meilleur, le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer et certains membres du personnel à l'accueil n'ont pas l'air très soucieux de votre confort.
