Hotel in bester Lage zu Strand und Innenstadt. Die sanitären Einrichtungen (Dusche) bleiben hinter dem Standard zurück, den man in Hotels dieser Preisklasse erwartet und erwarten darf. Beim Duschen setzt man das Badezimmer regelmäßig unter Wasser, keine vernünftigen Duschköpfe. Im Übrigen ist das Zimmer nicht zu klein, der Service ist aufmerksam. Leider mussten wir zum wiederholten Male feststellen, dass das Buffett im Restaurant des Hotels nicht warm genug war. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, aber auch nicht preiswert. Mit diesen leichten Einschränkungen ist das Hotel jederzeit empfehlenswert. Es war mein vierter Aufenthalt im Renaissance in Tel Aviv.

Wir haben unsere individuell geplante Reise in Tel Aviv begonnen. Das Hotel liegt im jeminitischen Viertel und ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der Strandpromenade gelegen. Das moderne Tel Aviv wie auch Old Jaffa können von hier aus sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es können aber auch Fahrräder im Hotel für kleines Geld ausgeliehen werden. Das relativ kleine Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern wird von ein paar netten jungen Leuten geführt, die auch mit Rat und Tat und vor allem guten Restauranttips sehr hilfreich sind. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber, die Größe der Zimmer entspricht dem Preis. Wichtig: Da wir am Freitag während des Shabat in Ben Gurion ankamen, war der Shuttleservice des Hotels sehr wertvoll, da hierduch sehr viel Zeit gespart werden kann. Bequemer wars ebenfalls.

Hotel liegt etwas am Ende der Hajaarkon Street. Ins Zentrum ist es ein gutes Stück. Hotel aber sehr günstig und ordentlich, freundliches Personal. Nachteil: kein Parkplatz vorhanden und Hotel etwas versteckt an Kreuzung.
Lage
Ben Yehuda Apartments in Tel Aviv befindet sich in der Nähe vom Meer in der Nähe von Ben-Gurion-Haus, Rabin Denkmal und Kunstmuseum Tel Aviv. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Azrieli Center und Eretz Israel Museum.
Ausstattung
Die Unterkunft Ben Yehuda Apartments bietet Folgendes: Concierge-Service, Unterstützung bei der Tourenplanung/beim Ticketerwerb und Friseursalon. Die Zimmer bieten Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die 45 klimatisierten Zimmer im Ben Yehuda Apartments bieten Folgendes: Kaffee-/Teekocher und kostenlose Toilettenartikel. Im Zimmer steht Ihnen ein kostenloser Highspeed-Internetzugang (W-LAN und Kabel) zur Verfügung. Satelliten-TV-Empfang steht in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Alle Zimmer verfügen über folgende Ausstattung: Schreibtische und Direktwahltelefone.
Zur Ausstattung der Kochnischen gehören: Mikrowellen, Kühlschränke, Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck und Küchenwäsche (Geschirrtücher, Spülschwämme usw.). - Für den Preis ist es echt okay. Strand Dekel ist fußläufig zu erreichen und sehr ruhig. Der "Strand" in der Nähe des Hotels ist Mist! - Frühstück ist gut, Abendessen schlecht - Fitnessstudio ist eine Frechheit (2 veraltete Laufbänder, ein Fahrrad, Eine Multianlage ohne Gewichte) - Internet WLAN gibt es in der Lobby

"Ben Yehuda Apartments - good location"
Good location, close to the beach, a number of good restaurants around... Local busses are available just outside of the hotel, car rental stations are nearby as well. Great and very helpful office staff who helped us with different issues. We arrived at night, but the keys were there waiting for us, even though the office is closed at nights. The apartment […] was OK, kitchen equipment is simple, but it works fine to fix a smaller meal like breakfast... Bring some AA-batteries with you - if the air-conditioner doesn't work, this is what may help according to our experience:) Cleaning of the rooms could defenetely be better - our apartment was cleaned every 2-3 day (as promised), yes we got fresh towels, but the floor was still sandy... However, this is what we experienced before even at more expensive hotels:) Generally: a good value for money! Mehr

"perfect location of Ben Yehuda, Tel Aviv"
Arrived hot and tired and at once given drink and snack. Friendly office staff at every meeting. Apartment is ideally situated near beach and on bus routes. Eateries nearby. Very clean one room apartment, with basics supplied. Aircon was brilliant, and bed comfortable. Fridge, kettle and microwave great. Never used boiling ring. We loved had a little […] pied-a-terre in such a great spot and would go back like a shot. Extremely reasonable rates. Mehr
"COMPLETLY SATISFIED"
We are completely satisfied with the hotel. Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff, everything. We will return to this wonderful country and we will stay in this hotel again.
"Comfy and central"
Great option for the more independent traveller. Weell-equipped apartment with tasteful fittings. Much better than an over-priced Tel Aviv hotel and great for the beaches and easy for downtown too. I will be using this palce again in the future!
What a great location! The staff is so friendly. This place was great. My only complaint is that the hotel was a bit loud.

"Clean, simple, friendly, inexpensive"
If you're looking for the lap of luxury, stay at the Dan ...and pay four times as much. Ben Yehuda Apartments hotel is a ten-minute walk from the beach. The hotel has no breakfast room, but the rooms do have a fridge, sink, microwave and hotplate and there are several good breakfast options, from cheap to upscale, close by. It also had a large flat-screen […] TV. It also has a student hostel, but we stayed in the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The people at the desk (more of an office) were always friendly and helpful. Sadly, the office wasn't open as often as we hoped, so it got pretty busy at times. But, when the staff were free, they gave us all the time to think about how to plan our stay, where to eat, or just chat about life in Israel. We will certainly return there. Mehr

The Ben Yehuda apartments offer basic, but fairly comfortable accommodation in the northern part of the city. Access to the beach is good. The apartment is only cleaned every 3 days which we didn't think was frequent enough. Also the office only open for limited hours and there's no out of hours help (apart from check in). Parking is a big problem, as you have to use a parking lot nearby and it costs quite a bit when you add up the number of days you use it. It is not 24 reception, so you have to make any request when they are open and change of towels is every 3 days, and you may run out before the changeover. "ben Yehuda Apartment - very central and convivial"
Excellent location. Very welcoming. Excellent quality for price. Very central and perfect for experiencing true Tel Aviv life-style.
The accommodations actually looked as they were pictured on the web site [I had a studio: mini-kitchen equipped with the necessary; table, chairs; bedroom, storage cabinets, and the bathroom which was small but complete. I had quibbles with some of the choices, such as a rain shower head, but no hand shower - I find handstands in a shower very difficult. […] The bathroom vanity, mirror, and towel racks were also rather high for me. The office is often chaotic, but the staff makes every effort to assist. It is clear from the web site that the office hours are limited and guests should be prepared to make necessary arrangements if they are checking in during non-office hours. Don't expect room service or lots of housekeeping. There were stores, cafes and restaurants within easy distance, and the location is close to the Sea. Mehr
"Amazing experience"
The apartment was huge, clean, included all amenities and all comforts, including 3 TVs in the room, air conditioning and free WiFi internet. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Tel Aviv!

A delightful and refreshing change! The staff at the Ben Yehuda Apts. was an indication of what a wonderful time I was about to have in Tel Aviv. They were friendly, helpful and had a marvellous sense of humour. During my three day stay they went far beyond the "sense of duty" and made my time there more comfortable. "God beliggenhet, hyggelig hotell"
Hotellet ligger bare et par kvartal fra stranden hvor man har bademuligheter, strandbarer og restauranter og hvor det er fint å jogge. De ansatte på hotellet er veldig hyggelige, unge mennesker, og vi fikk velkomstdrink og noe lokal snacks når vi ankom hotellet. Gaten Ben Yehuda Street har mye gode restauranter, spesielt fra hotellet og nordover. Det […] er litt bråkete i gangene på hotellet men ikke så mye at det gjorde noe. La habitación tenia estropeada una ventana que no se podía bajar y no había privacidad en el dormitorio. La ventana del baño no se podóa abrir, estaba estropeado el mecanismo. No arreglaron los problemas durante la estancia.

Recen gerenoveerd appartementen welke helaas niet bijzonder groot zijn. Maar de ligging vlakbij the beach en gezellige straten zorgen ervoor dat je weinig in de kamer bent. Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans un appartement de Ben Yehuda. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super puisque en centre ville et à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des sites stratégiques. Le personnel de l'accueil est super gentil et nous a accueilli à 3h du matin le jour de notre arrivée. En revanche, nous étions situés dans un appartement se […] situant au -1 avec vue sur un chantier en construction ; dès 7h du matin nous entendions le bruit des machines etc... impossible de dormir. De plus, nous avons été envahi de cafards qui ont élu domicile dans la salle de bains :-( La chambre est sympa mais le ménage fait que tous les 3 jours et avec parsimonie. Egalement, avons eu un problème avec la clim qui a fuit pendant 15 jours et qui a innondé une partie du couloir. C'est un hôtel sympa pour ceux qui passent peu de temps dans leur chambre. Very nice and clean hotel close to the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby and walking distance to the centre. Definitely value for money!

Excellente situation, studio refait à neuf et très design , wifi ok, accueil excellent et personnel très sympa . Si vous arrivez le vendredi après midi ou samedi, c'est Shabbat et la réception est fermée , l'enveloppe contenant la clé et les instructions est collée sur la porte , il faut juste le savoir !

Nice staff, very clean and modern rooms. The only thing was that the air-con stopped after lets say 30 min, so you woke up in the middle of the night and had to press start again. But my generell impression was really good.
