This is a nice hotel, I woul stay here again. Clean and good location. Nice staff

We had stayed there before & had a WONDERFUL room with GREAT service. This time the desk clerk was actually rude at ck in plus our room window curtain was all torn (clerk knew of this at ck out!) & bath shower curtain was stained! Not up to standards. Hotel was NOT full AT ALL so no excuse for putting us in such a room in need of repairs.

Our room was very nice! The beds were very comfortable (adjustable firmness!). I was a little nervous about our 19 mo old eating on the WHITE comforter, but we managed to leave it without any stains! Customer service was great! We will definately stay here again the next time we visit Norman.

The hotel and room were very clean and nice, we were very happy with our choice until around 3:00pm our whole room began vibrating! After we spoke to two different employees we were brushed off with, "Oh yes, your room is located above the maids' laundry facilities." Period. No "sorry" and definitely no offer to switch our room to a non-vibrating one. […] Disappointed. Mehr

Only negative was the pillows. My head was not well supported and woke up with neck and shoulder pain. And did not sleep well on the pillows.

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. We weren't executives, just a family traveling thru. We probably won't ever use this hotel chain again, there are too many other hotels that are very nice that offer all the amenities plus free breakfast. This hotel's breakfast was $9.95 per person.

Terrible breakfast,cost 10.00 and was the worst breakfast at any cost.The stay was great but avoid eating here several good restaurants nearby that know how to cook.

Decor of hotel is lovely...really up to date. But with all the hotels of comparable size and location, it is disheartening that breakfast is $9.95 p/p and tip would be on top of that. Too many places have complimentary breakfasts of good quality to pay Hilton's price for the room to be comparable or higher than other properties and have to pay 10 bucks […] for breakfast. The carpet and drapes are pretty, but not that pretty.... Mehr

Will stay there again when in town.

The hotel was very well maintained. The small gym area was clean, and functional. There is no room service, and the hotel bar/restaurant is only open until 10 pm. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. I stayed here while there was a conference at the Embassy suites, and this was very convenient to many things in Norman.

This room was clean, however the air conditioner just barely blew on a 90 degree night on the 6th floor. Water pressure was weak.

Hilton Gardens was a great experience. My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very accommodating and prompt. The maid service were very attention to detail in their thoroughness. I strategically placed 5 gum wrappers throughout the room in difficult places. floor of closet, back corner of closet shelf, underneath […] the bed, between the mattress, and in the back of the desk drawer. All 5 wrappers were removed when my wife and I returned from our outing. The bed even had comfort control. The Hilton Garden was a great stay. I definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Norman. I got on and booked our room. When we arrived had the wrong room as far as beds booked and then put us in a smoking room. Our confirmation stated what room we were to have and when we got there they tried to put us in something different. The smoking room was stinky obviously. Was upset at 11:00 at night when we arrived to check in that things were […] not as promised. Mehr

We were greeted by a friendly staff each time we crossed paths. The hotel location was surrounded by many restaurants. It is set back off the main access road just enough to cut down on road noise.

Our son attends the Univ of Oklahoma and we are from out of state. Everytime we visit him, we stay in this hotel-- it's always clean and the employees are very friendly.

They could not get my card key to work the night I checked in. I had to wait until around 10 am the next morning before leaving the hotel, not good.

The staff was very friendly. The building was updated, possibly a new hotel. The room was very clean with pretty furnishings, but a little stuffy. The workout room was small, while the equipment was nice and clean. It was an overall pleasant stay and I will stay there again.

This hotel chain is over priced. Not the bed was very very hard. The room was either too hot or too cold

We were in Norman for a gymnastics event. The staff was very helpful with directions to the venue, suggestions on places to eat and places to go with out college student atheletes. The hotel was clean and staff did a great job. Would encouage anyone attending an event at OU to stay here. It is close to campus and quite comfortable. This hotel is pretty new and in very nice condition. We felt very comfortable in the rooms and the staff were nothing but helpful. I especially liked the granite walls in the tub. Nice touch.

Really enjoyed this hotel!

Good choice if you're going to an OSU game or the Cowboy Hall of Fame.

We booked this hotel for a weekend get away from Fort Worth. I am very big on customer service and the staff at Hilton Garden Inn met my expectations to a T. The hotel was very clean except for the bathroom next to the bar, smelled like someone had too much to drink... But there isn't much they can do about stupid people.... The hot tub wasn't working […] when we went swimming, but it was also 103 outside. The staff brought out snacks from the kitchen to the pool for everyone to snack on.. talk about great customer service and satisfaction! Mehr

The hotel was much better than we expected especially for the price, with a huge comfortable room, good bathroom and with a fridge and microwave. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Clearly not many people eat in as the eating facilities were limited but what we saw looked fine. We did not try the food as there is a great steakhouse just opposite the […] hotel and other restaurants and diners very close. The bar staff were good and kept the bar open as long as our group needed it. There was fresh coffee available free throughout the day.There is a lovely pool area witha salt water pool and some exercise equipment. A good shopping centre is nearby and this is a good location just off the freeway and parking facilities are excellent. Mehr

This hotel was nice and the room was spacious and clean. We only stayed one night. However, our two complaints were that the pillows are too soft with no neck support and there is not a complimentary continental breakfast, only a breakfast for purchase.

Good place to stay. Quick drive to campus. New hotel, clean room , friendly service.

Outstanding Hotel at a great price.
