Overall hotel was good, except for house keeping, who wants to start knocking on your door an hour & 1/2 before checkout, even with the do not disturb sign on your door. And not just once, but 3 times before before checkout time.

Worst place we stayed at .. WILL NEVER staty again. Beds are HARD as a rock.. Service we horrible. Just nothing really nice to say about it at all. Expected more from 'EXTENDED STAY" .. THEN WE had to stay for 3 DAYS!!!!

Carpeting was in terrible condition. Noise level was terrible, and no one to call to stop it!

Dog poop under bed and blood on towels is not a good thing for out of town quests that you made hotel reservations for.

Absolutely HORRIBLE - Service not what you would expect for an "EXTENDED" stay hotel. Bed's HARD as a rock. Smell of cigarettes came thru vents. Front desk people - did not seem to want to be there.

Arrived evening of 10/13/11 - weather quite warm and some of my things needed cooling in the "fridg" only to find that the thing was warmer inside than the room was, which needed A/C to cool it down. Otherwise, conditions were quite nice.

Checked in to the ESA for 1 night. The hotel was nice, clean and secure place to sleep for the night. The price I paid was in line with my expectations. I will stay here again!

The hotel listed out a free membership to the next door gym (Golds gym) and a pool, and when I check in they had neither. I was very disappointed after being on the road all day. If you are looking for a hotel where you have to ask to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk, the curtains and chairs have holes in them, the hallways smell like tobacco smoke and the bed feels like a cardboard box then this is the place for you. I can't speak for you but in this day and age I think charging extra for internet seems a little cheap. The towels were scratchy, there was no shampoo and when we called the front desk asking for glasses we were told they do not have them. Nor do they provide plastic cups. But hey you have a kitchenette! Not that the sink drains very well. Other than all of that, and the paper thin blankets on the bed, everything was fine. Nice and quite, but that was because we were the only people there, I did not see one other person other than the staff and my wife. So if you are looking for a place that has nice employees (other than the house keeper that chased us down the hallway asking what room we were checking out of), is like a ghost town with low budget accessories and is near interstate 5, this is the place to be. about the comfort of the room. The tv was extremely small, uncomfortable beds, and bath tub was dirty.

Nice enough room with kitchen, I wish I had more kitchen items, like wine glasses and bowls to mix a salad in. Bed was fairly comfortable but not the best. Overall good for the price.

very good hotel,very impression

Not happy with this hotel at all. The kitchen was unequipped - 1 pot, 1 pan, 1 plate, no glasses, no forks, 2 spoons, 1 knife. Couldn't really cook in the kitchen. ice trays were empty. 1 wash cloth for 2 people. will not return. I do not recommend to others. I feel that we did not get what we expected for the price that we paid for the room.Plus the […] neighboring room had a dog that barked constantly. Although the location of the hotel was very convenient, we were very unhappy with the accommodations. We were expecting to be able to use the "fully equipped" kitchen but unfortunately, the kitchen was not fully equipped at all. Mehr

I would never have stayed at this hotel if I knew they would be totally confused by my hotel.com booking. I was a half hour late to my event because the desk clerk could not figure out how to bill me. I got lost going to the hotel because the night clerk could not give coherent directions. It was very frustrating.

We stayed here only because we had our two dogs along. They are very pet friendly with a nice field out back to walk the dogs. When we got there, there were NO kitchen utensils and we had to ask for them which they brought up quickly, then we had to ask for coffee cups & drinking glasses too. Also there was trash left over from the last renter. The […] bed was very hard & uncomfortable with a pad under the (cheap quality) sheets that wadded up badly and was very uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful. We did ask to change rooms, and the second room although it had all the utensils and cups, but the bed was the same, hard and a lumpy pad. There is no daily room service, you have to take out your own trash and fix your own bed. They only clean the room once a week (which was not while we were there from Thursday nite thru Monday morning.) There are lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Mehr

I knew that I was not at a five star hotel, but I shouldn't find hairs in my bed and hair on my bath towels. The bed are like a rock. I don't suggest this place, even if it is close and cheap.

Clean and easy access from main Highway with adequate accommodation for overnight stay.

The airconditioner did not work in our room.

The hallway and the room smelled like smoke.

When we entered the room, everything looked good. But when we saw the bathroom, there were no toiletries and the vent did not work. When I took a shower, the shower head was not to my liking. It sprayed very widely and I was not able to adjust the shower head to the proper setting. Room and bath no very clean. Rips in carpet could cause one trip on it. Blankets had holes, Sheets did not feel clean. Pillow case had black marks (make up?) One mattress was pulling away from the binding. reserved a non-smoking and was given a smoking room. Were too tired to protest. Have stayed this location serveral times over the years. Some people stay at this hotel for an extended time. It smelled sort of like someone's house due to cooking for lack of cleaning.

Hotel charges for Internet access. The WIFI signal is extremely weak on the ground floor and is constantley being lost. Staff was extremely friendly, but could not help with the problem. Was given a number to call for connectivity problems, but the service on the phone could do nothing to fix the problem.
