I FOUND THE LOCATION TO BE GOOD. THE STAFF WAS GREAT .THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THAT THE OVEN IN THE ROOM I WAS IN NEEDED CLEANING

I WOULD N EVER STAY AT THE HOTEL EVER AGAIN. THE MANAGER WAS IGNORANT, BUT THE FRON DESK STAFF WAS GREAT. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT MARRIOTT HOTELS FOR MANY YEARS AND I HOPE THIS EXPERIENCE DOES NOT DETER ME FROM STAYING AT OTHER MARRIOTT LOCATIONS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.

I traveled with my family as we were taking our daughter to NYC for the first time for her birthday. We chose this hotel because it had everything we wanted amenities wise, and it was smack dab in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Close to work , nice staff. Hallway on 2nd floor always had garbage at the end of the hall , a little smelly. I think it is from the long term tenants. Also no business center for internet and printing. The room was comfortable. I would stay there agan.

Some of the guest were very loud, and we were not able to get a late check Out... I had to ask for the bed wear for my pull out bed, it was not supplied in the room and they did not have a computer in the hotel....

Went to check in. Had to wait about 10 minutes while they physically located housekeeping to see if they had a smoking room clean. Once in the room the remote that was there did not work. I went to the front desk to get a replacement. That did not work either. My boyfriend went down to get another one. he was told good luck. THAT ONE DID NOT WORK EITHER. […] we have up at that point. The only other complaint I had were the sheets. They were hard. Like 50 thread count hard. I've stayed in cheaper places and the sheets werent as hard these. It was a very easy check in but that was the only good thing about the stay. The room SMELLED of urine. The couch was so stained I wouldnt even sit in it much less open it to use as a bed. Many many rooms had dogs and cats and the hall smelled and was stained. Breakfast included a bagged bagel OR muffin and a small coffee OR tea. Furniture wasn't the best, could've been more up to date or cleaner. But, overall room was good for the price and spacious and most of all it was clean. I would stay there again.

I thought the hotel was good, looked okay from the outside. Inside was a little drab, a reclining chair was broken in my room. I only had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper for the week. The room said no smoking, but I noticed ash on my bed sheets. Cheap rate reflects conditions. Good location though for what I needed.

This hotel is for low budget or last resort. The hallways smell like ashtrays and the carpet is old and full of stains. I felt like I was staying at a truck stop hotel.

I enjoyed the studio set up. It was really clean and they didn't half step on the amenities. My son got to watch DVDs without us having to pull it up on my laptop (I got to get my online activities completed), they had a DVD player in the room with a nice sized flat screen to enjoy it on! I thought that the breakfast that they served was nice and when […] I needed help with the internet printing options services were provided and with free paper. I liked this hotel and it was truly a home away from home with the kitchenette small oven and refrigerator. If you bring groceries it's just like a home. There's a laundry facility and vending on site that was easily accessible. Being from Florida I didn't know what to expect staying in New Jersey but I can honestly say the stay at this hotel made our trip stress free after we went out and had our fun. This room was not clean - the floors were sticky, it appears the sheets hadnt been changed and there was even a dirty sock on the floor. In the morning, woke to find the shower was not operational. Front desk staff was not at all helpful - not at all concerned. When I pushed the issue, they assured me a manager would be in touch, but never recevied […] a phone call or a response to an e-mail to Extended Stay America. An operating shower is a BASIC service. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time I had a four person room. It was large but felt cold and institutional. This time I had a standard two person room. It felt much homier - a brighter, cozier feel that my wife and I prefered. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nites. Toilet broke in first room but they moved us no problem. Clerk n duty Sunday nite helpful. Room ok - cheapest tv package. Big kitchen few dishes etc. Location in back of professional park, not easy to find first time. No area maps and not real helpful with directions or suggestions. The hotel price was very reasonable the room was comfortable and was fairly clean. The bed sheets had hair on them but the desk person exchanged them with no problems. They had a temp person filling in for the overnight person so breakfast did not start at 6am as promised. The desk person was a little late when I tried to check in at 7am so the overnight […] person took my room keys and asked the desk person to check me out when they arrived. I called later to confirm my check-out was complete and it was. This is a good alternative place to stay if your first choice is booked. Mehr

Not bad. Check in personnel pleasant. Room ok. Recliner broken and sofa very dirty. Bed comfortable and bathroom very clean. Told girl at check out about sofa and recliner but she seemed too bored to relay the message to anyone. Might stay again if I don't find something that looks better.

I did not have any notable problems with this hotel. Some things that kind of annoyed me were: unknown noises at random times of the day/night; the room had an odd odor to it even though it was a non-smoking room. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. Having a kitchen was a big plus but I had to defrost the freezer/fridge to get the cold air down to the fridge as it was blocked by ice buildup. That was an overnight job to monitor the melting ice.
