Von der Onlinebuchung bis hin zum Check in und einem wunderbaren Aufenthalt lief alles wunderbar ab. Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderschönen Viertel in unmittelbarer Nähe (zu Fuss ein paar Minuten) zu ausgezeichneten Lokalen, dem Hafen und direkt an Einkaufsstraßen. SEHR zu empfehlen!!!! Preis-Leistung passt optimal.

Very nice rooms and whole hotel was really pretty, clean and different. Location is great for shopping and dining and also easy access to trains and busses.

The hotel rooms are very nicely decorated, location is fantastic but the rooms especially on the lower floors and at the front of the building can be very noisy especially when the hotel restaurant downstairs has a party. However, the staff are very accommodating to ensure you are moved to a room so you are not disturbed.

The Stureplan is located in an area of elegant buildings and upmarket shops, restaurants, nightclubs and hotels. It is within walking distance of all of central Stockholm, including the Old Town, and indeed Sodermalm and Djurgarten, which we walked to despite it being minus 10 and snowing! The hotel is warm, classy and very clean. It also has a certain […] 'air' about it - calm, respectable, classic,old-fashioned and elegant in a way. Our room was very attractive and stylish - modern but with a traditional nordic feel - although sadly rather too small for two adults and all their baggage. Unfortunately the hotel were unable to offer an alternative when this was raised with them and only subsequently offered to do so if we were prepared to pay more. Despite the reservation about the room being too small, the bed was fortunately very comfortable. The room - and the rest of the hotel - were also thankfully warm and draft free despite the very cold weather during our stay. The breakfast was a buffet and the food good, although somewhat limited and the same every day. All in all a pleasant hotel where we would stay again. Not cheap, but then Stockholm - although it is a beautiful and fascinating city and not an experience to miss - is a relatively expensive palce to visit. Mehr

This hotel is a city gem. The location, quality and service is well worth the money. The concierge and hotel service made you feel welcome; the staff was very helpful prior to and during our stay and I think this is a major plus to travelers abroad. Excellent location & service. Room was very comfortable and stylish.

Limited public areas but lovely large room decorated in cream and pale yellow. The shower was good, no bathrobes, slippers or shower caps though. Free wifi throughout the hotel was decent though could be a bit flaky in parts of the room further from the base station. Location is very good for shopping and restaurants (sturehof and pa and co were good) […] and about 25 minute walk from the old town. There is a metro station close by too allowing direct connection to the central station and onward links to the airport. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Good ac in the room and very comfortable bed. Safe was large enough to take standard laptops etc. Mehr

Looks recently renovated. Finishings were very nice. Room was clean when we got there, but the between nights cleaning was lax. Not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. The hotel is wheel chair accessible but not very stroller friendly. The location is good. The breakfast buffet offering was typical for the region. Located in the middle of everything, friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room, fresh bathroom, good breakfast. We know where to stay next time.

Good place to stay in the heard of Stockholm. Comfortable rooms and stylish bathrooms w/ nice shower. The Italian restaurant attached is fabulous, but book ahead at least for the weekend unless you don't mind eating from the bar menu (also very good). Access to Sturebadet Gym is rather expensive and it would be nice to have a health club accessible free or with a much reduced fee (ref Hotel Berns, which does this for their guests). We stayed in Hotel Stureplan for three nights and found it excellent. The hotel room was very spacious and decorated to a high standard, with a nice view of the centre of Stockholm. The only complaint we could have was that the beds, while extremely comfortable, in our twin room were single beds rather than queen size beds. The hotel is located right […] in the heart of the city with a number of clubs, bars and restaurants within a 3/4 minute walk, and we found the concierge service extremely helpful in recommending great clubs to visit. I stayed with my partner for two nights in Feb 2011 and we were very pleased. The staff were friendly and the room was lovely. A bit small but clean and fresh!

This hotel is very close to everything as it mentioned on there website. I was very impressed by the staff who were polite, thoughtful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The concierges are the biggest reasons why this place deserves high marks. They make you feel comfortable. The entire hotel is immaculate. The room I booked was outstanding. This hotel is a great location to visit all the sights in Stockholm. Everything is within walking distance though please allow at least 15-20mins walk to Gamla Stan (Old Town), The Royal Palace, 10-15mins to National Museum, only few minutes from The Dramatic Theatre. The restaurant where breakfast is served is quite small but if you time it right, you won't have to wait too long to be seated. The choices were limited but was more than adequate for breakfast. This hotel was my daughter's and my favorite of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip visiting Copenhagen and the hometowns of my grandparents' in Sweden. It was decorated in the more traditional charming Swedish style topped off with a beautiful chandelier. The bathroom was very modern with heated floors...a treat on a cool morning! The hotel […] is written up in a book of historic hotels in Sweden which was in our room and I was allowed to take a copy of it with me. The girls at the desk were very nice and helpful with directions and suggestions. It was an easy walk to the waterfront (where we took a "must do" boat tour), the old town of Gamla Stan, shopping and good restaurants...especially Riche! Lovely Hotel, in a great location -in walking distance to to all of the sights with a metro station close by if needed. Our room was fantastic (we stayed in a superior room) -decor was beautiful, with very comfortable bed, great bathroom etc. I read some reviews before i left about hearing noise from the street late at night; i have to say i didn't […] hear any and we faced right onto the street but the hotel is on a main road close to bars and restaurants so other parts of the hotel may affected by noise. Stayed in this hotel for one night during a weekend break and couldn't fault the service or cleanliness. Great location, close to major shops and resaurants. Highly recommended.

Great location; near shopping resturants and easy walk to old town.The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is aboslutely lovely, the rooms and lobbies are beautifully decorated and furnished. The modern bathroom and comfortable bed meant we didn't want to leave!

Hotel Stureplan er et flott og moderne hotell med perfekt belligenhet,- og til en god pris! Utmerket service,bra frokost og pene rom. Jeg leter ikke lengre etter andre hoteller når jeg skal til Stockholm,- dette er stedet å bo:o)

Meget sentralt beliggende, bra frokost, små rom med store bad! Hotellet trenger en generell oppgradering! Vennlig personale.

Vi bodde två personer en natt, blev uppgraderade till ett större rum - och det var fint och bekvämt. Conciergen var hjälpsam och hittade en bra restaurang åt oss. Vi är mycket nöjda med helgen. Enda smolket var att att denna helg var vinterns kallaste - vilket dessvärre gjorde att det var kallt även inne på hotellet. Men under den varmare tiden på året […] kan vi alla gånger rekommendera Hotell Stureplan. Frukostbuffén var helt okej (och sådant tycker vi är viktigt). Mehr

Ett riktigt bra hotell med jättefina rum och nära till shopping. Dessutom väldigt trevlig personal. 5 av 5!

Mycket trevligt hotell mitt i centrala Stockholm. Hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost som serverades till kl. 13,00 på nyårsdagen Vilken service!

Super service! Utrolig fin og minimalistisk stil på rommet (vi hadde superior rom). Badet hadde regndusj og så nyoppusset ut! Hotellet har perfekt beliggenhet, med 2 minutter gange til T-bane, taxi holdeplass rett utenfor og flere av de kuleste restaurantene og klubbene et steinkast unna. I samme gate som hotellet ligger i finner du butikker som Nathalie […] Schuterman, Sia og Agent Provocateur. Det tar 2 minutter å gå til Biblioteksgatan (der ligger butikker som Urban Outfitters, Karen Millen og Diesel). Og 5 minutter å gå til Hamngatan der man finner kjøpesentere som Gallerian (Topshop, Foot locker og Monki) og NK et stort varehus med parfyme-, mat-, kles- og interiøravdeling. Kommer til å bo på dette hotellet når jeg reiser tilbake til Stockholm! Har bodd på 2 hoteller i Stockholm før, og ingen av de kan måle seg med dette (selv om begge var dyrere). Mehr

Super beliggenhet! God frokost, fine rom og hyggelig betjening. Deilig med isbitmaskin i hallen, kaffekoker på rommet, waterfalldusj og badekåpe. De hadde til og med husket balsam:) Ta med badetøy for Sturebadet ligger vegg i vegg og her bør man ta seg en dukkert! Stockholmsfølelse på sitt beste!

Supersentralt og likevel stille og rolig ! Hyggelig atmosfære i et historisk hotell. Rommet hadde veldig lav temperatur som vi ikke fikk justert.
