The staff were completely efficient and helped us when ever we needed it the hotel itself was very classy and extremely clean. i would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Colorado Springs

The hotel was nice & clean. It had a microwave and a fridge. It is located in a convenient location. The only detail that needs immediate attention is the uncomfortable mattress. It was as hard as a rock and my husband I tossed & turned all night. I was quite frustrated since I desperately needed a good night of sleep.

My trip was for a family visit. We spent time in the hotel pool but was somewhat disappointed when the service man decided to treat spa when people were using it! We left with sad kids. Up keep should be done early morning or late night so as not to stop use of facilities. (Kinda rude man.)

Shower had no pressure, and the hot tub was way over chlorinated. Otherwise very nice. A convenient location to get to all the popular spots, good breakfast and even fresh cookies in the lobby in the evening.

Rooms were very clean and the service was outstanding!

Excellent facility.

I am on crutches, and all the handicapped parking spaces in front were full. The desk clerk said there were additional spaces in the back, but he went to check on their availability before having me drive around. Very thoughtful! The hotel was quiet, the bed comfy, the room clean and new.

I took Spring Cab (cab driver was Daniel) to the Hotel for one night. Breakfast was so-so, but free. Hotel was clean with a nice indoor pool and exercise room. The front desk clerk was friendly. I stayed in the "suite", however, the suite is really a large room with plenty of room to move around. It has a small kitchen area with a microwave, coffee […] maker and refrigerator. The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants; we ate at Outback that night. It is also located next to a very nice movie theater, so we also grabbed a movie. Mehr

Hotel was very nice. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The only complaint was the breakfast. The eggs seemed powdered and yet rubbery. The fruit was VERY melon. I'm not a big melon fan. The free popcorn was awesome. But if you more than a bowl of cereal I would have to say eat out.

First of all, we were very impressed with the size of the rooms and the cleaniness of this facility. This is one of the larger rooms we have stayed in and with three adults in the room, it was an absolute joy not to be tripping over each other. Our room was very clean and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and were a slice of heaven after […] spending the day hiking on Pikes Peak. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Only complaint was breakfast. I know this sounds very minor, but we chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. The food offered is decent (eggs, sausage, toast, etc.). However, the juice is so watered down it is undrinkable. We initially thought it was just the OJ, so we tried the Apple Juice. Same thing. All of us threw our juice away. Same for the coffee -- one creamer and my cup was almost white. I noticed several other guests taking one sip from their cup and disposing of it. This happened both mornings of our stay so I am confident it is a daily occurence. I understand watering down drinks to make them stretch farther but this was beyond ridiculous. Both days we ended up going to a fast food restaurant to get coffee and juice. We chose this hotel for it's location, cleaniness and it's offering of breakfast. We were not disappointed with the first two. Mehr

Had a very nice stay for 3 nights. The hotel has current interiors which were very clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and they prepared the room very nicely. The kitchen staff at the buffet was very pleasant and helpful. Coffee was robust and the breakfast offered both fatty foods and healthy fruit and yogurt options. I was even able to […] pick up some late afternoon coffee and a banana or an apple. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay while in Colorado Springs. Very convenient off I-25, too. Mehr

This was the best hotel experience we have had in a very long time. I will choose Hampton Inn for hotel stays in other cities because of this experience in Colorado Springs CO.

Hotel was great! Would stay there again and would have no trouble recomending it to anyone! Facility was great. Located to a number of restraunts and shopping. Staqyed four days and all were great. Would defently go back agin!

We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Colorado Springs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and felt like home.

Dit hotel is het beste hotel dat ik ooit in de USA bezocht heb. Geweldige service,nieuw hotel ,prachtige kamer,heerlijk indoor zwembad en hot tub.s'Middags gratis vers gebakken cookies, thee,koffie en zelfs flesjes apart bier. Het onbijt is ook prima. Mijn ervaring met de Hampton Inn hotels is eigenlijk altijd ok,maar dit is een Must.
