You should know that this hotel has a train running behind it 24/7, AND, this is the type of establishment that rents rooms hourly!! We were sitting at breakfast and a couple comes in at 7am and says to the clerk, "I understand this place rents hourly?". Location next to social security office, close to Ontario airport, food. Breakfast very minimal (cold cereal, bread & jam, waffle, coffee), housekeeping also minimal, price minimal too.

Exceptionally pleasant management, friendly and helpful staff, a minor problem I had was remedied immediately. I stayed two weeks for business purposes, and I couldn't have wished for a better solution. I shall book this hotel again without hesitation.

Bad experience , there was. No running water, the coffee machine still had cofee from the previous guest, remote didnt work for the television, and it felt like I was living in the projects and drug operations felt like they where going on in every room. Never booking in this place again.

Not really a place for a quiet nights sleep, but if your down to party then it's a good spot. Generally shady looking people, but they all ended up being okay. Would go back again, only to party.

My first room was close to some very noisy and roudy tenents. Mamagement was very good about it and moved me above their office, for some reason it ws very quiet there. They even had the handyman help me move my stuff.

The only thing wrong with the room was the handle on the fridge was broken. The staff are very friendly and the room was kept very nice.

I don't normally even bother to make a review when I am not satisfied with a company, I normally just suck it up. BUT, this time I had to write one just to help other ppl out. So I planned to stay here for 3 days, why? because it was cheap and it didn't seem bad based on the pictures. Boy was I wrong, first off when I got there they gave me a smoking […] room when i clearly booked a non smoking room so i went back and the 2 girls fixed it. During that night I noticed something crawling on me out of my sleep. To my surprise ANTS!! I found that there were ants in the restroom. The next day I requested a refund but the owner denied it and said he was only able to give me a refund for the last night. I demanded a different room and in this room the refrigerator did not work so I went back down and had to get another room. In this room room guess what? You guessed it ANTS in the restroom again!!! I was very very upset. So For the 4th time I had to switch rooms, this one didnt seem to have ants but I was still awakened by guess what? COPS arriving at the room a few doors from me due to domestic violence as a result of some ppl having some sort of hotel party. Furthermore, this place is infested with stray cats that roam in the garbage for food. I went to take the garbage out only to be scared nearly to death by like 10 cats hoping out of the trash in every direction imaginable. MORAL of the story? NEVER EVER GO HERE, pay the extra 5 or 10 bucks for better quality. Mehr

Stayed at hotel for 5 days, owner was great and the housekeeping was great also. We are from colorado and really enjoyed our stay. Everything that we wanted to do that was tourist attractions was close easy on and off the major interstates. Breakfast was good they could of had better variety, but if they ran out of something they would replace it quickly. […] The pool is nice they pretty much let you swim at anytime even at 1 am in the moring. I would suggest to people to do like we did (family of 4) give it a shot after reading the reviews I hesitated but decided to go for it, and I am glad I did. We had a great time at this hotel at a great price and all you can swim and eat breakfast. Would definitely stay at this place if I travel to the area again. worse place I have ever stayed at. Looked like it virtually had no care maintenance and the managment just did not care. There was no phone ,it was supposed to have been non smoking, there were cigarette burns in the sheets, there was no remote for the TV, there was hair still in the bathtub, the vending machine did not work, the tile in the bathroom […] was broken. We should have left the moment we saw it, but unfortuantely we were so tired from driving and traveling, we were just stuck. OI saw this place as the owner just wanting to make there bucks, and let the buliding go to waste. Out of a rating of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worse this is a 20. Mehr

Who works in housekeeping I've never seen before like that. When I'm checkend in the room. Mirror was dirty and that mirror stayed all week like that. They was just taking trash and changing sheets. They are not checking all room floor, carpet, table etc. Btw free fast speed wireless connection is terrible It works like 0.1 - 0.3 mbits. It means 25kb/s […] download. That was hard to connect even facebook and twitter. Guests One of cleaner spray company I don't know their name was there. Like 15-20 people almost every morning. They was making meeting at 8:00 - 9:00a Their manager always made noise and laughing in the morning and also when they come back to hotel like 8pm they was yelling theirself always. It was SO BAD that the moment we got there and looked it over we wanted to cancel! The neighborhood was just terrible! This wasn't even close to the park where we wanted to be close to either. Canceled as soon as we could and drove away to find a good hotel "Ayers" in Chino, CA.

When i arrived, first think i got to hear, i had to put down a $ 50 petdeposit, what wasn't the problem, even when i booked my room, it said i would not have too, but the owner was very rude. Then i had to take a room in the first floor with my dog, even if i booked one two weeks ago on the ground floor, because of my dog and i requested one back then. […] I got to hear, again very rude, they don't have one. the next morning when i went outside i had 5 cops cars staying in the parking lot,so not the neighborhood you wanna be, glad i have a big dog, which made me feel safer at night there walking her. The price was ok and the room was clean and seemed like fresh renovated, but the service was bad.I have to go next month in this area again, but i wont stay in the same hotel again, after i got treated like that, i'm a costumer and i pay, so what happens to the costumer service ? I really enjoyed my stay at Knights Inn I had surgery and needed a place to recuperate because I am homeless at the time and the place was really nice staff was really nice I read reviews after I had booked my stay and got kind of worried but I really liked the place and will go back!!!!!

While we were checking into this hotel probation officer's came in looking for a guy. When We the guy finally found our reservation & we got to our room it was very warm inside & the air condintioning unit didn't work right. It was an uncomfortable sstay to say the least.

The location was good. Breakfast--always out of food. The motel was run-down. Beds were uncomfortable, burn spot on the carpet. Train tracks close. Would not stay there again.

This hotel is really bad, The rooms, sheets, floor, and pillows were all dirty. The room door had a 1 inch gap and you could see into the parking lot. The hallway leading upstairs had a strong smell of urine. I only stayed because they would not give me a refund (i booked online) Avoid this place at all costs !!!!!

Not many restaurants in the immediate vacinity, but all in all, a very good value. This is an older hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and the grounds are well kept.

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at! The location was terrible! Just a couple blocks from the nice areas but this hotel is used for hookers and drugs according to all the people we spoke to that live in the area! The room looked like it had NEVER been vacuumed. There were recent stains and sticky substances on the chairs, counters and table. […] The had an empty roll of toilet paper and garbage on the floor and the shower had pubic hairs all over!! I WAS HORRIFIED!! Due to the race there were no other hotels with vacancies for miles and we were unfamiliar with the area. Needless to say we did not sleep well, if at all. The check-in was smooth and the staff friendly. Parking is ample and the rooms are clean. Also, the continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise because it included freshly cooked waffles. Also, this is a random high point but I haven't even noticed this at 4-star/5-star hotels: the refrigerator in the room actually chilled the drinks. This hotel is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shopping venues as well as the Airport. The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. It's a great deal, especially if you have pets.
