Cant complain. pricey as it was the time of the year, but they were very gracious in adding an extra night to our stay when needed. thanks!

Most everything was good....Need to work on guest registering. The couch in our suite was very uncomfortable.

Very large one bedroom suites with full kitchen. I recommend this hotel and have stayed many times. Normally very good rates also.

Would reccomend this hotel, especially the staff who were all very welcoming and helpful. They even let us use their personal mobile phone to make a call. The rooms are very clean, a full kitchen and very nice views. A very beautiful smoking area outside. Would def stay here again!

Awesome hotel Awesome location Awesome service

What a delightful botique hotel located in the heart of South Beach, just a block from the "action" and the beautiful beach. Without exception, each hotel associate was welcoming, informative, helpful, and delightful. Absolutely NOTHING was a problem! We highly recommend this property ~

No hot water when taking a shower. Checkin was really late (6pm).

I was not at all happy with the interior of the room, the allies were so dark and shady, dirty bathrooms, uncomfortable beds...expect for location I wouldn't recommend.

The hotel was excellent . It was spacious and clean , and staff was great !!

We were met by our bell man, Lisandro, who was just a pleasure. he took our luggage and showed us the lobby, a very small non-descript area where Franco quickly checked us in and then off to see our room. It was nothing short of amazing. We had 2 suites and we laughed long at just how cool, spacious and full of amenities you would only expect to find […] in a vacation apartment. We would have expected to pay 2-3 times for the accommodations and being right in the middle of "the scene" yet just far away from the craziness of Ocean Blvd. They have a neat courtyard, jacuzzi and lounging area that is very private and just a real find. The hotel was on Collins right in the middle of all the good stores there like True Religion, Steve Madden, etc. I didn't go shopping but I loved that the hotel was just one block up from Ocean Drive so all I had to do was walk a block to where all the nightlife was :)

The fasade of the hotel doesn't look that good, but the room we got was absolutely great! If you're going to South Beach this is the place!

Although this hotel does not have a pool (okay, it has something the size of a hot tub that isn't heated), it was very close to the beach and shops (GOOD shops). A prime location for sure. My only real complaint about the hotel was that there was no restroom in the lobby area. When we asked the guy at the front desk what he does when he has to use the […] bathroom he actually admitted he uses empty rooms - gross!! Other than that, my friends and I had a great time and even got to know the staff a little, they are all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Mehr

i LOVED THIS HOTEL! THE PICTURES HANGING IN THE ROOMS AND HALLWAYS ARE CLASSIC AND THE SERVICE THERE WAS AMAZING! Great location, but the rooms leave something to be desired for the cost. The carpets in the hallways were absolutely filthy and full of stains. Our room (a "suite") which was booked for 5 people, had light fixtures that intermittently did not work along with wires hanging out of the ceiling. The TVs did not work. We finally got 1 TV to work after calling […] maintenance but the main one in the living area never worked. The whole building seemed to be a work in progress and we felt dirty after staying there. The curtains in the rooms were stained. That being said, the location was great, close to the beach and restaurants but would definitely NOT stay here again. Mehr

Checking in was a slow process. It was very busy and one person behind the desk.The pool was way too small. The 1 beach towel that was clean was a torn rag. On the other hand the rooms were very cute and in a convenient location.

Barf in the hall way. Drunk, loud obnoxious scarry young men yelling at 4 AM waking up our whole family each night. One night the fire alarm went off around 4 AM, waking us all up ready to get out of the building just to find out the other guests set it off by smoking in their rooms! My children were very upset. Check in was painfully slow with the South American hotel check-in staff. Several hours after I checked out, I discovered I left my new sneakers at the hotel. After calling several times and finally getting someone on the phone I was told "We're too busy to talk to you about this matter." Needless to say, some of the worst service I've ever received […] at any hotel. Never got my sneakers back and never got an answer from the hotel. Overall I'd say pick another hotel in the area. We've never been to butique hotel before so we didn't know what butique hotel look like. we arrived there earlier than check in time but we cannot get in the hotel since It has few rooms in a small property . I know it may not be the hotel's fault but there is no lobby to rest. Just small reception desk at the entrance. The room is like the picture […] here but all stuff in the room looks shabby . Beatifull room very sophisticated high end appliances and furniture wood floor ,marble bathroom just what you would expect in a southbeach hotel 2 50" Tvs mounted on walls me and my 2 year old and my 3 month old and my wife stayed there and loved the hotel great price too I will stay there next time I go to miami !!!! Highly recommended

I didn't expect the room to be as nice as it was, with a seperate living room and kitchen area. I'd stay there again.

After some of the negative reviews I didn't have the highest hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised. This isn't the W, so the bed wasn't the best and the bathroom was small, but it was a clean room, a quiet hotel in a great location. Overall, I was satisfied with the property and would definitely consider a repeat stay.

Loved this place! Which i had an option like this everywhere i travel! Don't let the dingy, rundown hallways scare you because the rooms are great (although the bed was not very comfortable for me as it was too saggy and soft for me) everything else was really, really great!

only downsize they don't let you know that there is an $100 deposit on your credit card then valet parking is a ripe off

Really chic hotel in the heart of South Beach. Fancy living indeed.

Cool hotel. Great space (all suites). Carlos at the front desk was VERY helpful. Provided excellent customer service. I strong recommend.

This is probably worst ever hotel, looks like they don't change the sheets or towels before the new guest come in and simply do the beds and fold the old towels. My kids found hair all over most of the towels and on the bed. They don't keep any supplies in the kitchen and bath and you got to call them for everything and they are not prompt in answering […] calls. The hallways are dirty and the place and has odor. Mehr

The hotel is not suitable for families. Pros: Large rooms and good amenities inside and close to the beach. Cons: Valet parking costs $32/day. You can park your own car across the street (corner of 7th and Collins) for yourself for max $20/day. Inside decor is not suitable for families. No swimming pool

Haved a great time, nice modern yet quaint hotel in the center of everytime fun on South Beach.

The entire experience was perfect. The service, the room, the amenities. Location is very close to the beach and right next to stores/restaurants. I will definitely stay there again for my next Miami vacation.

The front desk staff were very courteous, and were eager to share some tips on some great places to check out in the area. They made sure that we were going to be in for a good time while staying at the hotel, and its affiliates. Room was quite clean, and modern. Proximity to the beach was fabulous, and many of the amenities one would require were very […] close by. Including many international banks. The hotel gave us a brochure that indicated its affiliated hotels in the area, and during a certain time of the night drinks were on the hotel! We took full advantage of this, and had a very good time at one of the nearby hotels that the card was valid at. No cap on what drink you could get either, which was great news to us. I'm not really sure why there are so many completely different reviews for this place. I got an excellent deal, and I couldn't have asked for more. Yes, the hallways were a little dirty and a little musty smelling, yes the front desk man seemed a little over worked, and yes the elevator didn't work, but besides that it was perfect. I was beyond surprised […] when i walked in to find an apartment, not a hotel. There was a full kitchen (new appliances) a separate living room (nice couch, 40" HDTV flatscreen) walk in closet, comfy bed with another 40" HDTV flatscreen, and a nice (but small) bathroom. Excellent location (3 minute walk to beach, located right on the happening stretch of south beach). Great restaurants (not cheap, but what do you expect, its south beach). Another thing that was a pleasant surprise was that they offer a free happy hour at their sister hotels. The closest one is two blocks a way. When you are paying sometimes $18 per drink at some bars, its pretty sweet knowing you can start the night off right with an hour of free drinks. Oh, and the happy hour lobby? Pretty awesome. One thing to beware of is parking. I stayed here for 4 nights and was able to get parking right out front for $1.50/hour 9am-3am. Valet parking available. You may not be so lucky with parking. They do airport pickup, so try beaching' it without a car. Plus, most outside-miami festivities (everglades, etc) include transportation, so you really don't need a car anyways. If I was paying hundreds/night for this room, I may not have been as happy. But getting this hotels.com price was epic. Stay here! If I ever go back, I will be staying here. Mehr

Best rooms in SOBE for the $. Clean, new great location.Highly recommend

Overall experience I had was very positive. Only the corridors were filthy and elevator did not work properly. And THERE IS NO PARKING and if you rent a car make sure valet parking guy can drive your rented ride. But there is a public parking on the corner - $20 for more than 5 hours.

The rooms are ok, Rebuild, but the hotel is old, they make it dark to not show all defects. It´s a small 2 to 3 stars. But is perfect for the price I´ve paid.

concerned. I've stayed in the one bedroom and two bedroom suites, and I much rather the two bedroom. The one bedroom I had was upstairs, facing Collins Ave. This made the room very noisy at night when all of the party people are out. I couldn't sleep a wink. Parking is very difficult as well. It's actually worth it to spend the 32 per night for Valet. […] On a positive note, the rooms are clean, very well appointed and large. THis is my favorite hotel on South Beach nevertheless. Just don;t let them put you in a room that faces Collins Ave! Mehr

Parking was close to a fourth part of whole costs for this night (thats Miami Beach), will rethink next time!! Left room at 01:20pm and was "forced" to pay 23US$ for late check out - these are the rules but I should have been "warned".
