Okinawa NaHaNa Hotel & Spa - Naha

Overall it is good value and location, but no Wifi in the room. Front Desk staff English still not good enough but they will try to help anyway they can.

The Nahana hotel in Okinawa was actually a great little place to stay. I feel that the room was a good value and the location was great for shopping and for visits to some good local isakiyas. If you are looking for a big room and all the western […] style fluff, I advise only looking at the big name hotels. But if you are only going to be using it as a sleeping room, the Japanese style room will be acceptable. I will defiantly be looking at the Nahana hotel for my booking next year again. Mehr

Nice clean room,, however the only drwa back is the tattoo policy they have in play for the pool.

I stayed in Nahana hotel for 7 days in February. The Receptionists are very helpful and nice, their English is good enough to communicate. I was looking for a hot spring spa and swimming pool in another island that's far away, so the receptionist try to look online and find me a resort nearby to have both. It was so nice of her to recommend me going […] to another hotel for their facilities. Their room looks exactly the same as in the picture, very new and clean. Breakfast is not included with my booking, cost 1000 yen with coupon. Many different choices and taste good too! Spa is not bad, however, i feel like it is kinda dirty inside the spa pool. I didnt rent a car, but the hotel location is perfect! walking distance to the Naha bus terminal, monorail station and international street where you can find everything. Everything is nearby, just about 10 minutes walk. The only bad thing about the hotel is free wifi is only in the lobby, hotel room has to use lan cable to get on internet. If free wifi in the room would be perfect! I would definitely go back to this hotel again if i visit Okinawa again in the future. Mehr

Only 5 min walk to city main shopping street, rooms are clean, I booked a king size room, very spacious. Friendly staff.

Extremely helpful & knowledgeable staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great views, within walking distance of everything, easy access to airport by monorail, no complaints whatsoever. Well, there is one thing - they should quickly hire an interior designer. Presently the look is bland.

Hotel is conveniently located, just minute away from train station, bus terminal and main shopping street. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room condition is good.

small room but did stay in room. good food in hotel and close all the site. good view form hotel and shopping close by. all the good place to eat with in 10 min a way by cab, need watch cab driver they will take you the long way if they think tou do not know where are at. but when you ask for help they will. you can have a grate time in okinawa. good […] luck with your travel plan. For the price we paid, I have absolutely no complain on cost performance. It is of excellent value. The hotel is not luxurious but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast ( not included in the price) cost 1000yen each for hotel guests. The quality could be improved upon. Otherwise, for those who travel with a budget, the hotel is a very good choice.

In my opinion, this hotel's description is overly positive. My room was small, poorly lighted, and dingy. There is no wireless internet, and my room felt very dated. I was staying overnight for an early morning flight and I needed little, but even so I would not choose this property again.

If you like tiny close quarter rooms, then this is the place for you. I've seen walk in closets bigger than this room. We spent my wife's last night in Okinawa at the NaHaNa so that we could be close to the airport. The bed was hard which gave us both back pains in the morning. Also, we had two single beds. Requested a double bed, but only one available […] in a smoking room. We ended up pushing the two singles together. It actually gave us a little more moving around room. The staff was extremely helpful, but it didn't make up for the quality of the room. Also, 1000 yen for parking was a little high. Definitely will not stay there again. Pros: - comfortable beds - big bathroom with a tub - large room (ours was a twin room) - clean and quiet - helpful staff - excellent breakfast Cons: - breakfast was pricey (around ¥2000 per Person, though we got discount coupons)

Overall the hotel has provided the good services for this resonable price. However, the hotel cannot provide the free parking to the hotel guest was made us very disappointed even they have many spare parking places behind the hotel. Meanwhile, the spa fee was very very expensive than other Japanses Spa hotels, Nahana counted the fee was per person […] per hour. We lived many spa hotel in Japan, they usually charge the fee to the hotel guests and we can use the hotel spa any times in whole day, therefore, we feel that Nahana spa service charge is not resonable to the hotel guests. Because of weather issues my US flight was delayed. I called the hotel and with a some explanations, they were able to hold my reservation without incurring 'no-show' repercussions. The staff made the hotel one of my better experiences overseas, most do not speak English, but the were patient with my Japanese and extraordinary requests. 酒店職員英語溝通沒有問題。 距離國際通步行也要15分鐘。 房間整體可以接受。 唯一缺點，食市尚少。family mark 也要步行3-4分鐘才到。

員工有禮,笑容滿面，價錢優惠，房間size也ok！ 整體上很滿意,連停車場的服務員也十分有禮^^讚!!!

酒店鄰近車站，有免費泊車位，代客泊車，適合租車自駕遊，房間乾淨舒適，不過早餐就差一點。

以【價格】來說飯店整體來說還OK，比較可惜的是 個人對煙味比較敏感，一進房間就聞到煙味，桌上居然還有煙灰缸，想要打開窗戶透氣，窗戶卻是無法打開的類型。不過晚上跟櫃檯人員反應之後，應該是有利用我出門的時間幫我用空氣清靜機之類的吧~就有比較好了。

the location of the hotel is quite good! close to the shopping areas, monorail and Bus terminal. the room of the hotel is quite clear and the free internet is not bad.

호텔 외관도 깔끔하고 모노레일역에서도 쉽게 찾을수 있으며, 호텔직원들도 친절하고 조식부페도 좋았습니다. 지하에는 스파도 있어 피곤한 여독을 풀어주기도 했습니다.

该酒店毗邻冲绳bus 终点站，乘坐公共交通和单轨电车都非常方便，使用通票既快捷方便又省钱。酒店管理非常人性化。

酒店位置接近国际通，交通也很方便，可是房间比较狭小。我们预订了triple room, 实际只是双人房间放了三张单人床!

スパというホテル名だったので、那覇マラソンの後ゆっくりスパに入って体をほぐす予定で予約をとったのですが、スパが有料だったのでがっかり！ 入らずに我慢してました。 それに、ベッドのマットが柔らかくて、 自分には合わず腰痛になってしまいました。 首も痛い。 場所は満足しています。

全体の雰囲気も、部屋も落ち着いていて快適です。アメニティが最低限のもの（ハブラシほか）ですが、この価格なら満足です。朝食が７時からで、ビジネスの朝はやい出発で利用したので、利用できなかったのが残念でした

음.. 우선 기대를 너무 많이해서 그런지 생각보다는 그냥 soso 입니다. 시내와 국제거리가 가까운 위치는 맘에 들었구, 사진에서 보여주는 보여주는것과 실제 룸사이즈는 정말 작습니다. 일본 호텔들이 대부분 그런것 같아여~ 렌트카를 이용했는데 중부에 고급호텔들보다 주차료두 두배로 받더군요~ 암튼 그냥 시내호텔 이용하시는 분들은 이용하기에 편하구 렌트카는 시내묵을땐 이용안하시는게 좋을것같아요.. 워낙에 모노레일이 잘되있습니다.

혼자 사용하는 방이라 작은방이라 더욱 만족 스러웠구요. 위치또한 걸어서 메인 도심에 나갈정도로 적당한 위치에 하고있습니다.

전반적으론괜찬은호텔 허지만 방이좁고 침대매트리스는 쳐저잇어잠자는데불편 ...비지네시호텔풍이더군요 방창문이안열려 답답하고 비오는날엔추워요

가격대비 위치,호텔상태등 모든 걸 고려했을때 이만한 호텔을 찾기는 힘들 듯 합니다. 대만족이였습니다.나하시내 중심에 겐초마에역과 아사히바시역 사이에 있는 입지에 만족했습니다. 호텔 직원의 친절에 감동해서 1박을 연장할 정도로 직원들이 매우 친절하십니다.

Hotel moderne, très classe et bien situé dans Naha. Notre chambre était très propre et très bien équipée. Nous avions pris une nuit sans petit déjeuner mais l'avons payé sur place (1000 yen). Il était sous forme de buffet varié et très bon. Je recommande vivement cet hotel pour une escale à Naha avant de rejoindre les iles alentours d'Okinawa.

faut pas dire aux clients que c est um 4 etoiles. 3 etoiles pas plus, petites chambres, petites fenetres. petit hotel, quand ont regarde les photos, ont pense, que il est plus grand , na realite , c est um petit hotel.
