Nice hotel clean, friendly staff, pets allowed so there was some odor in the hallways. very small breakfast room felt crowded. king bed mattress was very hard. the pull out bed in room was missing all sheets and blankets, requested from front desk but only able to get sheets not blanket late at night. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The beds were hard.The bathrooms need exhaust fans.The Breakfa st area is too small!!!!!!!! The staff needs to be there from 7-9 am. They need 2 waffle makers- new ones. The crowd in there was awful as everyone wanted waffles. Other people could not get thru.

This is our fifth stay at this hotel. We have had excellent rooms and staff in the previous years but this trip the hotel seemed to be in a little dither. Upon check in they told us our room wasn't ready they would call us, then they said it was ready and when we got to it they were still cleaning. The place was mobbed this time. At breakfast there […] wasn't enough places to sit and eat. There was food spilled outside our room (first floor near pool, laundry and fitness center) which was never cleaned up. There was an awful smell of cleaning supplies in our room. We had to open the windows and turn the air conditioner on to get air movement and the smells out. Our daughter developed a rash on her arm around the same time. we are not sure if it was from the room but as soon as we were out in fresh air she got much better. Most other stays have been excellent so hope this was just a bump in the stay. I would definitely try the place again though. Mehr

Was very happy with our stay. Location was close to Rte 4 and Rte 27 and not far from Rte 75 where we traveled to visit friends and neighbors from up North. WiFi worked wonderfully. Room was comfortable.

Very nice hotel, the continental breakfast was great.

The suites are small and really not worth the price, but it was very clean. There was no soap, shampoo or kleenex in the room; had to go to the front desk to request because they did not answer 2 calls to the front desk. Also, they should provide a wine bottle opener in the kitchenette. Had a very nice sized flat screen TV and comfortable sectional […] for lounging. Crestwood is a great place to stay-close to starbucks,restaurants and I-4. Clean and like a mini apt with 2 rooms ,3 tvs,a small kitchen with micro.,free breakfast and pleasant employees. They did not stock toiletries this stay so I reminded front desk.

My family stayed at the Crestwood Suites (Extended Stay) in Lakeland, FL. It was convenient to Interstate 4, 35 minutes to Disney, 45 minutes to Tampa Airport, and most important, it was 5 minutes from my parents home. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It's not a bad hotel (definitely a 2 star...don't let them fool you with the 2.5 rating), and it's pretty much right off I4 which is good. I stayed here on business for 3 days, which was a HUGE mistake because their so called wireless was AWFUL. Literally could not connect to a webpage, and couldn't even check email. And that was with strong connection. […] I literally had to go to McDonalds to work each night. It was a bad experience. Breakfast was really bad too, and the workout room is like 3 treadmills. Only outdoor pool as well. Would not recommend...I'd rather go with an extended stay suites everyday. Mehr

The breakfast area is ENTIRELY too small !! It was impossible to get a table and/or get waffles prepared in a timely manner. We ended up eating biscuits washed down with cold coffee which we brought back to our room. Last year was bad--This year almost impossible.

I had a minor issue with running toilet but staff took care of right away.

I chose this hotel for the great rate and location close to Marchant Stadium, but it turned out to be a very nice place. Our rooms had two very comfortable beds and a pull out couch, a kitchenette, a desk, and wireless internet. All of the furnishings in the rooms and the rest of the hotel were very nice and everything was clean and well-maintained. […] NOTE: This is an extended stay hotel, so daily housekeeping is not provided, but the desk staff cheerfully hands over any supplies you want--extra towels, shampoo, TP. The pool is not huge, but it is always at least party in the shade. The breakfast room is a bit small, but the food provided is more than adequate: cereal, milk, juice, toast, pastries, yogurt, and waffles. Mehr

I have stayed here numerous times and have never had a bad experience yet. Really worth the money.

Room was small so felt crowded with all the furniture. Unfortunately some noisy kids were down the hall so we had to ask them to be quiet, they were at breakfast too so we skipped it. Coffee was weak/undrinkable - there is a 24 hour Starbucks nearby.

Very nice suite, very comfortable bed. However, window side of bed has no bedside table or shelf, and very tight clearance getting to the bed on that side only. No service except to bring towels between check-in and check-out.

The room is comfortable. Had two queen beds. The only problem I had is that the room was ALWAYS warm. Could never get the temp to go below 74 degrees. There was no air movement therefore, I would wake up and have to throw the covers off. I have had the same problem at this hotel before. Loved everything, the room was very contemporary and clean. loved the mini kitchen!!! EXCEPT ... I slept in pretty late about 11:00 am. I left the room soon after. My Husband and I were out for the night with no kids cause it was our Annv. Had a bunch of teenagers outside our door at 10:30pm running and being loud, there was also a dog two doors down that kept barking, and house keeping woke us up by comming in our room while we were still sleeping. WE could of got that at home for free.

Stayed here in a queen suite for about a week. I was very pleased with the room. A bit small. A couple would be OK, but throw in 2 or more kids and it would be a little tight. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street and a 7-11 very close by. You are very close to I-4 but do not hear any noise at all. I did have problems getting cell reception in […] my room (rather nice actually). Pool is good size, excercise room had 3 items in it (cardio only- not like I used it). Plenty of washers and dryers for use (at $1.50 a load) Breakfast was good. The TV was mounted on a swing arm on the wall- very good use of space. Bathroom was good size. If you used the sofa bed, it would come very close to the foot of the bed after it was unfolded. Kitchen was fully funtional. Very good landscaping and a pleasant staff. I will definitely recommend it to any family who comes to visit if they are looking for an efficiency. Mehr

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. I really enjoy a hotel with a sitting area in the room and the flat screen television is a big plus. I will definitely stay in this hotel again on future trips to Lakeland.

The two room suite was very nice, especially at the low price. The only problwm was that they beds were way too hard.

I had booked an executive king suite. Once I arrived in the room, I noticed the air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk and within minutes someone came to the room to check it out. They confirmed it was not working and moved me to another room. However since there were no other executive king suites available they had to move me to […] a king suite. In my opinion they should have offered me a partial refund on the price difference between the two rooms. Nothing was offered. I will be staying at the same hotel again next month for two nights. This hotel was comfortable. But our bathroom door was very difficult to close. The sleeper sofa was also comfortable as a sofa and as a bed, but make sure to wrap yourself with many comforters because it's next to the AC. The beds were very hard, and uncomfortable to sleep on. When departing, they had run out of the breakfast that they are supposed to offer, and there weren't any Belgium waffles. Overall the room was clean. This is a good place to stay for a night or two. The room was not large, but not unbearably small either. The room had a great kitchenette, including a full size frig and a dishwasher. It had a table/desk w/two chairs to eat at. It had a couch and chair, queen size bed and flat screen TV. Our location in the hotel was great. We were on the first floor near the entrance to the very nice swimming pool […] and also very near the exercise room and the hotel's small laundramat. It was quiet and very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to major highways and shopping. Walking distance to some restaurants and a convenient store. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, but not helpful. The tv in our room did not work and we were offered to switch rooms at 3:00 AM. A manager never corrected the situation the following day as promised. We won't be staying here anymore.

Not large rooms, but creatively put together for comfort/convenience. Very clean, excellent bed, two flat-screen TV's, full (small) fridge. What's not to like? Staff very attentive and congenial. Breakfast could be improved--stopped making waffles. Overall--good value and little to complain about!

More than enough room in the King Suite. Staff is friendly, breakfast is standard fare. This is a very well-priced, well-maintained facility with easy I4 access. It is in the middle of a highway-exit grouping of hotels, but it feels quiet and secluded.

This hotel was okay...very average. The room was good for a one night stay. I would recommend this hotel if one is not trying to stay in it all day...just to sleep!

My husband and I stayed at Crestwood for 7 days. The hotel is clean and neat. The staff was very helpful and Lakeland is only 29 miles from Orlando. Great place to stay away. The only complaints I have is that people who had pets left the dogs in their rooms all day and the dogs barked the entire time. The other complaint is that there is no cable TV […] but Direct TV and when there was a storm the TV went out. GET CABLE PEOPLE!! Mehr
