You'll not find a cleaner, nicer, more comfortable hotel/motel in Lakeland - possibly in few places in Florida. The staff is helpful and professional, and any problems are seen to immediately. I would recommend this to anyone. The staff and hotel was great.

I liked the hotel, but was disappointed that breakfast was not included. Somehow I thought it was. I understand that when it is a third party booking such as hotels.com breakfast is not included. Maybe I'll book direct next time.

Very nice hotel near the Lakeland Airport I would quickly refer this hotel to others

Had to ask for towels and did not get coffee supplies in room for second day stay. Also air unit very loud. Restaurant did not have items that were listed.

No bells and whistles here, but a good solid hotel. Breakfast was above par when compared to others of the same type. Location is respectable for travel to Tampa airport and East Tampa or Plant City/Lakeland area. Restaurant possibilities were limited without transportation but you can manage if necessary.

rude staff, dusty room, do not reccomend at all

The hotel looks relatively new but lacks the "upscale" quality that you would expect from the Hilton name. The staff, while polite enough, could be heard complaining on several occasions. While I understand the need to grumble, it should definately be done out of customers earshot. The hotel is right on the airport property and is somewhat out of the […] way. The front desk recommended the restaurant on site - it was NOT good. For our next trip in the area, I will select another hotel. There are many choices, less expensive & more conveniently located, with decent restaurants nearby. Mehr

Hilton was a great stay. No Suprises. Acommodations were exellent. Rooms were clean Bathrooms were clean. Hotel elevator working. Breakfast was delicious. Air Conditioner was fabioulous. We went in January so we did not use the pool. but the pool and patio looked great. It was a little out of the Way for Lego Land about a 20 minute drive. but I checked […] out the reviews on other hotels closer to lego land and they were bad reviwes or to expensive. Mehr

Very impressed with size of rooms, comfy beds, cleanliness in this brand new building. Best is the location right beside the Lakeland airport. We walked to the terminal in 3 minutes with all our luggage. Two car rental companies are in the airport for even more convenience. Absolutely recommend to anyone.

This hotel served a hot, cooked to order free breakfast. Rooms were clean & beds unusually comfortable. Very clean common areas. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is very eye appealing, heated pool, room was large as I had a King bed, very comfortable & very clean. All rooms had a coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator Dinning room is with a full bar, server very pleasant, price for dinner was a little high, but the food was good. Desk clerks were always happy and said Hello each time me & my husband past them. No problm upon arrival or departing, they had fast departing as our last bill was out under the door the night before we left. Hotel was very clean! Helpful staff. Room was spacious, beds were great, shower was good and the overall room was very clean. Small pool area but nice and once again CLEAN. I would stay here again and felt the price was very fair. Added bonus that there was a restaurant and bar. Excellent, clean rooms. will stay again if we fly into the Lakeland airport. Very nice.

The hotel was clean.,check in/out quick and convenience to airport great. No need to wait for shuttles - just walk across via sidewalk to airport. No neighborhood to speak of except the airport itself - in the middle of nowhere. We dropped off our rental car the night before our early morning flight. The restaurant food was fine.

Hotel was clean, rooms are large and nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff was efficient. Staff at desk pleasant and efficient when signing in and through out our stay. Even remembered our names each time we returned. Had a great breakfast buffet, lots of food, plus nice dinner selection and a full bar. Outside pool is well taken […] care of. without a doubt the hardest bed I have ever slpet on-they had some info in the room saying how they had new beds that sonformed to your body

While the staff were very friendly and efficient, we were disappointed with the quality of the room. Original reservation was for a King bed, the room at check-in was a Queen bed. The caulk around the bath tub was separating from the tub and enclosure. The breakfast was good and again, the morning staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Service and accommodations were excellent for the price. Will stay here again on return trips.
