"Alles bestens bis auf den Feueralarm"
Bewertet von Eugen aus "Berlin, Deutschland" am 8. Okt. 2010Alles war bestens bis auf den Feueralarm mitten in der Nacht... Wobei auch das irgendwie aufregend war. Die Entfernung bis in die Innenstadt ist machbar, so lange man einen Mietwagen hat. Das Hotel ist ansonsten unspektakulär. Unspektakulär aber nett. Für ein oder zwei Nächte jednefalls total in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Richmond würde ich jedoch eher etwas anderes buchen.

Spent 3 nights here while exhibiting at a trade show. Close to several fast food restaurants and about 2 miles away from very good restaurants. Room was comfortable, hotel clean and staff nice. "A good, decent place to stay."
The lobby area was neat and attractive and the desk staff were very pleasant. The exercise room was functional, clean and easy to get to. Breakfast was better than average for a free hotel breakfast, with hot food hot, working juice dispenser, good coffee; everything was neat, clean and fresh. The elevator was roomy and reasonably quick. The hallways […] looked somewhat worn, and were a bit stuffy, but the room was neat, clean and freshly painted. The latex paint smell was quickly removed by the air conditioner, which kept the room comfortable all night. Mattress, sheets, pillows, TV, plumbing, and room noise level were fine. This time however, the A/C unit never really cooled the room, even though we had it turned to the coldest setting and fan full blast. Everything in our room was clean and comfortable and the Internet connection fast! This is a nice travelers hotel. We stayed at it for one evening in route from Hilton Head Island to Weehawken, NJ. "Great stay"
Staff were very friendly, breakfast setup had a variety of hot & cold items. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was we had double beds instead of a King. Hotel is an older bldg, but was very clean.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Clean and comfortable"
We stayed here the night before the Richmond Marathon. Even though it was out of town, it was pretty easy to drive the back way (non-freeway) to get into downtown. Absolutely no complaints, and there was even hot breakfast! The only disappointing thing was the lack of non-fast-food restaurants in the area.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

Stayed here for the Richmond Marathon. Reviews seemed good. It started badly by being assigned the wrong room and walking into an occupied one. The beds were not comfortable. Hotel needs renovations. We went to bed early but there was a party next door and the walls are Paper thin. However a call to the front desk at 1am did take care of it. "room good but didn't get what I had reserved"
everything about the hotel was as expected but our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until after midnight. When I called for the airport shuttle I was told that it ended at midnight. Had to take a cab to the hotel but when we got to our room we found it was a double-double, not the king I had reserved. But it was way too late at night to complain […] so we just lived with it.
