In einem 4 Sternhaus sollte ein trinkbarer Kaffee zum Frühstück serviert werden. Gegen Aufpreis konnte man einen kleinen Nespresso kaufen. Ein trinkbarer Filterkaffe der nach Bohnen riecht wäre ausreichend. Obwohl der Safe lt. Buchung inkludiert wäre wollte man pro Tag € 2 separat. War alles Super mit 2 kleinen ausnahmen: -Betten sind auseinander und relativ unbequem -Essen ist sehr Englisch und für Vegetarier nicht ideal

This is our fourth time in seven years to go to the Barcelo in Corralejo, We are a couple in our 50s with no children so we want quality, peace and reliability. It has changed ownership three times during that period and when Barcelo took it over we worried that it would become more "Butlins" as other Barcelo hotels we have been to very much centre […] around children's entertainment and family. However, it hasnt lost any of its high standards and I read that it is to become a Childfree hotel next month. We love the high standards of service, cleanliness and rooms at this hotel. Its location is quiet but you are a step away from the shops/pubs/restaurants and the lovely walk to the harbour and promenade which I love each morning. The half board option is the same price as B&B virtually and the dinner buffet has improved in recent times. I certainly found it less repetitive and this year they offer an alternative dinner in the poolside restaurant on three nights of the week. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and the town/island for a relaxing break to recharge the batteries! Mehr

I stayed on my own in the Barcelo Hotel last week. The hotel was lovely - great food, facilities and entertainment. If you are travelling on your own it is a great place to stay. Will be back to stay there again later this year. Well done to all the staff of the Hotel who made my stay most enjoyable.

We stayed at the above hotel for one week this January. The reception staff were most welcoming and very helpful. The public areas of the hotel were well appointed and cared for. Our room was very pleasant with a balcony that got the afternoon sun and was sheltered from any wind! The bathroom was a little tired and could do with a revamp. We were […] half-board and therefore had dinner in the dining room everyday. The first two days the food was nowhere near warm enough but it improved after that. There was a good choice of starters and main courses but the vegetables could have been more inspiring. There was a good programme of entertainment in the evening. Mehr

This hotel is perfectly located near a beach and within walking distance of all of Corralejo, including the ferry. The hotel is a little old, but the rooms were nice and clean. The Beds were extremely hard, but this can be fixed by sleeping by the pool during the day. The spa was incredible!! I highly recommend using the spa. This was my 2nd short stay visit this year .By choice I travel alone ,the aim being to completely relax and unwind. This hotel , for me , ticks all the boxes.The rooms are an excellent size for one person , the restaurant opening hours are ideal ,staff most helpul and the hotel , overall is an oasis to sit and relax either at pool...not a pool person...or […] on the terraces. To clarify , my criteria for choosing any hotel is comfort , safety and above all LOCATION. walk 75 m and you are on the beach and you can walk for as long as you want appreciating the everchanging view of the sea combined with the continuous sounds of the sea. Take the local bus to el Cottillo and once again amazing beaches ...watch the surfers and quad bikers and once again walk for miles. This time , because of late sunset, I could stroll up to main street and wander comfortably around the various shops which cater for most tastes. My review deliberately avoids find little faults eg workmen ...My concern now is that once the Wellness centre opens , the rates will rise considerably and may well curtail the opportunity to return. Overall enjoyed my stay and this hotel conforms mostly to what is expected in a Spanish 4*, probably on the better end of similar rated hotels. My room was comfortable and very clean. Only complaint is having to pay for the safe deposit . Since we had a very good rate for a week single occupancy on half board I can't really complain on price however. […] I did book a superior room although I am not sure what made it such. It seemed to be the same as all the other rooms in the hotel! The breakfast buffet was good - need to get a person who can make eggs though! The dinner buffet was poor. We only ate there the first night despite having booked half board. Some of the food was quite good, starter/main course choices were ok although I heard other guests who ate there every night complain about it on other nights. There was even a very nice small selection of cheeses, exceptionally so for spanish hotel buffets. But the desserts were terrible. I tried all of them and not one was even edible. The pool area was nice but the sunloungers need updating. A special thanks to keeping the sun bed bookers at bay! The pool area was not opened until 9 which meant no pre dawn risers booking beds for the day. Also there seemed to be plenty as even though the hotel was full there were still the odd empty bed around the pool. It was too windy for the beach but the one near the hotel is not great. They do operate a bus to the sanddunes where there is a fantastic beach. You can walk to the old town from the hotel, either along the beach or the main street. At the same time the street on which it is located is very uiet. I found all the staff very pleasant and helpful, service was good in the beach bar and restaurant. Quality venue in a great location. Warm and welcoming staff. Choice had been guided by previous great reviews, all accurate. Very central, stones throw from beach and main shopping area. Rooms large and clean with easy options to further upgrade if one wishes. Restaurant provides many choices of great fare in a pleasant environment. I stayed in the Barcelo Corralejo Bay - Fuertventura in November, 2010. Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and food lovely. Would recommend this hotel to any one travelling to Fuertventura.

La denominación de habitación superior es realmente inadecuada, ni siquiera se veía el mar... El uso de Internet era deficiente y de pago. El personal no supo solucionar nuestro problema con la habitación sino que se esforzó en hacernos sentir ridículos. Se trata de un hotel dedicado a grupos de personas a las que les gusta no moverse, pasar el día […] en la piscina y poco más. No volveré a él y no lo aconsejo a viajeros mínimamente activos. Mehr

Hotellet är bra med bra service och bra läge. Nära både till centrum, små stränder och buss till de stora stränderna i söder. Hotellet har oxå bra pool Trivdes mycket bra här

El hotel dispone de todas las comodidades que el turista va buscando, destaco sobre todo su localización, pegado a la playa y la gran calidad ofrecida por su amplio buffet, excelente. Lo de evitar el entorno guiri es algo casi imposible en Corralejo, aún así, el hotel no hace distinciones entre el turismo nacional y el internacional, con ambos son exquisitos […] y tremendamente amables. Buenas instalaciones, el buffet está bien y el personal muy profesional

Vi var här 9 dagar i slutet på feb 2011. Hotellet är mycket fint. Hotell personalen är varierande trevliga. Prata lite med alla i receptionen först så vet ni vem ni ska sedan fråga om ni tex vill byta rum. Vi fick byta rum trots att det var väldigt fullt från markplan i utkant till högst upp vid pool utsikt och panorama ut över landskapet. Frukosten […] är som vanlig hotell frukost det finns det mesta och är bra, MEN akta er för middagarna, Äter ni sallad till middag så är det OK för dom har mycket råkost osv men kött, fisk och fågel är inget att rekommendera. Vi åt några dagar på hotellet mest för spara pengar och va trötta att gå ut för vi hade halvpension, men kolla på runt på nätet först efter bra restauranger för det finns många dåliga i Corralejo dvs (pizza, hamburgare, strips och sandwiches) Kolla runt lite på nätet efter schyssta tapas barer och bra recenserade restauranger istället om ni vill äta gott varje dag, Bra restauranger är inte särskilt dyra. Det finns wifi mot betalning som funkar på rummen vilket är ett plus om man tar med sig sin ipad, bärbara eller wifi telefon tex. Väldigt blandade åldersgrupper från 30 till en del pensionärer. Just nu renoveras spaanläggningen, ring hotellet innan ni bokar så dom inte har nån renovering på gång! Det missar oftast aktörerna att informera om. Mvh /David Mehr

Ottimo Hotel, nuova fattura ed accogliente, lussuoso persino nei dettagli. Servizi e pulizia ottimi, ottima cucina a colazione ed a cena con la formula mezza pensione. Personale eccezionale, media solo l'animazione notturna. posizione centrale vicino allla vita notturna ma immerso nel più rigoroso silenzio. spiaggia a 150 mt. Le piscine e SPA veramente […] curate. Un complimento alla Lobby, dove a rotazione ci sono state signore gentilissime e molto competenti. Perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente. Mehr

Hotel très agréable où on retournerait très volontiers. Très bien tenu et personel très attentif.

Comfortable and clean hotel, with great pools, little fitness room and a big jacuzzi, 37 degrees water. We experiences problems with hotel internet but 100 meters away there is a very nice Internet cafe, free WIFI and homemade Tapas, for free. Hotel service was excellent.
