Das Hotel ist sehr schoen und war zumindest für unseren Preis eine absolute Wucht. Die Zimmer und auch die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels sind wunderbar sauber. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Angstellten sind bemüht und sprechen Englisch. Leider liegt das Hotel nicht unbedingt im Herzen von Bangkok, was aber Dank der günstigen Meter-Taxis kaum ins Gewicht fällt. In 15 Minuten mit so einem Taxi ist man eigentlich überall wo man hinmöchte. Die Altstadt ist relativ nahe beim Hotel. Das einzige Problem an der Lage ist, dass sich viele Taxifahrer weigern einen dorthin zu fahren. Von dort weg zu kommen ist eigentlich zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, doch von der Innenstadt wieder "nach Hause" zu kommen kann sich vor allem spät nachts als Herausvorderung zeigen. Meist muss man dann einen (höheren) Festpreis zahlen, da die Fahrer dann das Meter nicht anstellen.

Überaschend gutes, sehr sauberes Hotel, mit vielen kleinen kostenfreien Extras (Wasser, Cola & Sprite, Kaffee und Instant-Nudelsuppe). Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Sehr günstiger Taxi-Transfer zum Flughafen.

"Sehr freundlicher Service"
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut (auch wenn direkt am "Rotlichtviertel"). Man sit sofort auf einem sehr großen Nachtmarkt und auch die Haltestelle ist nicht weit weg, wobei man immer ein Taxi findet. Der Service ist sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter/innen sind extrem freundlich , zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist abolut zu empfehlen. "Das Hotel liegt günstig zur Metro"
die bilder der zimmer sind etwas zu vorteilhaft. aber im großen und ganzen sind die zimmer ausreichend und sauber. die umgebung ist wegen einer baustelle und nicht so tollem ausblick nicht so schön, aber man ist mit der metro schnell überall. preis-leistungs-verhältnis stimmt für einen kurzaufenthalt in bangkok. mehr nicht.

"Wunderschönes Hotel - immer wieder"
Tolles Hotel, super Lage (in einer kleinen Nebenstraße), nahe an der Skytrain-Station Chong Nonsi und somit nahe an den Shoppingcentern. Zu Fuß zur Silom Rd etwa 8 Minuten, zum Nachtmarkt Patpong ca. 12 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, der Service des Hotels ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Flachbildfernseher […] und eine extra Soundanlage dazu mit DVD-Player. Riesiger Kühlschrank, Balkon (!), Frühstücksbuffet (klasse!), Swimmingpool auf dem Dach (auch mit Sauna!) - die absolute Empfehlung ! Ein wenig schwierig für Taxifahrer, weil viele den neuen Hotelnamen nicht kennen. Daher unbedingt Telefonnummer des Hotels oder Anreiseskizze in Thai dabei haben, damit sich Taxifahrer orientieren kann. Mehr

"Grosse Studiozimmer mit Balkon ruhig&zentral"
Das Hotel ist ein super Tipp! Sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen. Nur wenige Schritte ziur Skytrain "Chang Nosi" Station und in ca. 3 Minuten Fussmarsch ist man schon am berühmten Patong Nachtmarkt mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich gross und top sauber. Ebenfalls die Badezimmer inkl. Glasdusche. Kein […] Schimmel, nix. Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank. "could not use Grindr and online air ticket payment"
Throughout my 7 days of stay. I could not use Grindr and make payment for my air ticket purchase. I will never go back to the hotel. No Grindr. Suck!

Overall , I'm satisfy withthe Hotel on how much i had spent . However, the speed of the wi-fi is too slow,and it's very convenient that there was no ice box provided in the room.

This hotel was pretty nice. Clean, large room with a decent bathroom. If you are a shower kind of person, it may be a bit frustrating as it's not well set up for stand up shower (shower is in the tub, but the curtain is not well sealed so water will run into the toilet area if you are not careful). I stayed three nights at Furama. It is situated comfortably close to BTS and surrounding Silom (Chong Nonsi). All in all an OK place to spend a few nights within a very reasonable budget

Amazing stuff, very clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Close to skytrain. Not too much to do in the surrounding neighborhood but you can take train (one stop) to another part of the city with bars and market. P.s. Don't book tours through the hotel... a little overpriced but you can try to negociate it

The hotel was very good , clean + friendly staff , i was upgraded without asking for it the room\suite was very large , pool area was great too just big enough + with a few loungeres+ chairs around it very comfortable . The breakfast was great everything you wanted + more even had a cheif to make you a omlete to your liking . The location was also good […] quiet soi's but 5 mins walk to Salang skytrain + 10 min walk to Patpong Night Market , with everything all in all it was great value + i would stay here again no problem . "Not a 4 Star hotel"
Not a 4 Star hotel. Great metro/sky train location. The only great thing going for it. Friendly staff okay breakfast, nothing special but you can eat it. Pool big disappointment, rooms okay. Tipical run down hotel with safe fridge etc etc. Internet terrible did not work. Price of hotel is okay but can't compare to anything else since I only stayed there […] in Bangkok. But I am well travelled and compared to the other hotels and resorts we have stayed at and in Thailand it's maybe a 2 star. It's "clean" but run down needs a renovation Mehr

its location is quite close to the BTS station, but a little bit difficult to find at the first time. the room is spacious, tidy but a bit old-styled. the staffs there are nice and willing to help.

As usual my stay at FuramaXclusive Sathorn was delightful mostly because of the generally pleasant room and the friendly aware staff....and the great location near BTS This time the bathroom was quite small and there seemed to be a cutback in the provision of handtowels and soap.

We arrived Bangkok in the early morning rush. When we told the driver our hotel, Furama Xclusive at SILOM, we were driven to the Furama Hotel at Silom. fortunately, we asked the doorman before alighting with our big suitcases if there is a Furama X nearby and we realized, the address to FX should be at Sathorn. We arrived at the hotel at 8plus in the […] morning and managed to get an early check-in at 11plus. However, we realized that our premier room doesn't matched the Internet description. We were supposed to have a room with KING-SIZED BED. We paid more for this room because we wanted a bigger bed, but the bed in the room was a queen-sized one. We told the bell-boy and he promised to revert back to us quickly. We fell asleep for an hour or so and didn't hear from him. When we got up an hour later, we called the front desk to check. A lady came up to our room after 2 tele-conversations and brought us to another room. It was a disappointment - in the first room, we had a queen-sized bed, a sofa, and a bath tub. In the second room, we had what seem like a king-sized bed, which we later realized, is made up with 2 super-single mattresses. There is also no sofa in the room; no bath tub. Even though there is supposed to be free wifi, I can NEVER get a connection. When we were checking out. We asked for a taxi to the airport. The check-out took very long. And even though we were rushing for time, they would not get a taxi until the survey was done. By the way, we had to pay 42baht for a phone call that was barely 2 minutes. Mehr

surrounding two blocks is questionable neighborhood. Hotel is very hard to find... It was the ONE good thing in surrounding two blocks. very good service and room. For the money, I would consider staying here again.

The hotell is located in the middle of Bangkok city and it is very near to all places worth seeing. The personal at the recieption are very helpfull and friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacy. Special thanks to the receptionist whom helped us to rebook out flight. Lot of taxis and tuk tuk outside and the best way to book a taxi is from the hotel. Helpful, warm and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast. Big, well appointed rooms with kitchenettes (no utensils provided). CD stereo in the room was a nice touch. 2 minutes walk to Chong Nonsi BTS (sky train) 5-10mins easy walk to Patpong Night Markets. Great location. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again if in Bangkok, particularly at our room […] rate! Negatives: Our in-room safety deposit box was not mounted to anything and could have been carried out of the room. Engineers required to secure it - was no real issue. Housekeeping could have been a little more thorough - a few minor things forgotten, like toilet paper, hand towels and for a non-smoking room we kept finding cigarette ash falling out of the cupboard. Apart from that, a great value, friendly choice in the heart of Silom. Mehr
It seemed quite far out of the way but everywhere else was very accessable as it was less than 5 mins from the BTS station. Staff were really friendly too!!

The hotel is small, which means people tend to remember you when are a repeat visitor. They always give me a nice room with balcony and staff in the dining room remember to place an entire pot of coffee on my table and to bring out the Equal, rather than sugar in the mornings. It is small details like this that are rare in hotels these days and that […] bring customers back again and again. The dining room staff, especially the young lady who serves as a hostess and server at the breakfast buffet are especially considerate and competent. Stayed here for a week and it was really great service. I got a free upgrade and room was big and clean. Very attentive and friendly staff. Decent Breakfast. Can recommend this hotel.
Modern Hotel with well trained staff. Initially a little difficult to locate. Breakfast had both Thai and Western fare. Walking distance to nearest BTS Station and Silom Road. Room service slow plus the room had only 1 chair and no table. But generally we were very satisfied .
