The hotel offered a great location with easy access to freeways to get downtown or anywhere else. The 24-hour kitchen across the street provided for a great retreat at anytime. The lobby kitchen made for a great breakfast spot with a low set price for pretty much an "all you can eat" offer from an a la carte menu. The location was perfect for our needs. Close to my sons house and minutes from downtown. Our purpose in being in Reno was to help my son move, so a confortable bed was paramount. This hotel did not disappoint. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

This is a great location, short 15 mins from airport, 5 mins from shopping/ restaurants. There is a starbucks right across the street and Smiths open 24 hours/day. Adjustable mattress for comfort. The front desk was extremely helpful with info about how to get to Lake Tahoe and provided maps. My husband and I were disappointed with the waitress service […] at the not-included breakfast options. Nevertheless, thanks for the fabulous stay. Mehr

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Room was clean, service was efficient and though the hotel was booked solid it was reasonably quiet. Two reasons that we did not give it a "5" rating all the way were: bathroom sink and tub drained very slowly, especially the sink. We were on the 5th floor and that may have contributed to the problem. […] The other reason was due to children being in the spa. Nothing against children, just not comfortable with them in the spa. All in all, we had a nice stay and would definitely book again. We didn't try the breakfast instead we chose the egg restaurant across the street, which was excellent. Mehr

The hotel was good overall; the staff and service was exceptional, but the beds were extremely hard and had an uncomfortable night.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's only 3 years old, very clean, non-smoking and simply crisp. WiFi is included; the pool is clean and fun; and it is located minutes away from the center of Reno's casinos and close to the airport. Breakfast is not included; for me that was the only downside.

Very clean and a nice break from the casinos. We will stay there again. The restaurant was not that great but there is a restaurant close by for breakfast that was amazing!

Hilton had very comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful. I enjoyed using the stay-fit kit that they offered. Excellent Hotel Experience. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ed for all your assistance during my stay.

Newer hotel, clean rooms in a nicer part of town. Negatives: Breakfast was too hectic, they were under-staffed, lost my order, sausage dried out, no eggs in the buffet line? Beds were too firm. Overall, I would stay there again.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Reno is south of the airport, opposite the casinos and downtown. The area is fairly commercial with nearby amenities and shopping. Views of the mountains abound. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. I recieved a great recommendation for dinner to a Sushi place about a mile away. The room was also clean and well-maintained, […] included a sleep number bed which was comfortable. The workout room is quite small and includes a few free weights, two elipticals and two treadmills. We had a nice 2 nite stay. We brought our licensed 'service' dog with us, and the check-in person was very knowledgable and cordial. Room was very clean and the breakfast beyond our expectations.

Clean comfortable rooms on the outskirts of Reno. Big rooms! Nice Starbucks right across the street. 5 minute drive to the convention center. Would stay here again.

Easy in and out, amenities in the area such as food and gas. Not far from downtown Reno, 10 minutes.

Comfortable and fairly new hotel which was a good value at the time we stayed there.

The Hilton was very beautiful. the beds were very comfortable. The front desk person was very polite. The casino were far away, but that was alright with us. The hotel is smoke free yeah!

New hotel. Nice clean rooms. Isolated location but ok with me. Staff was indifferent but adequate.

It's a relatively new hotel in excellent condition with very nice ammenities. Very friendly staff and nicely decorated hotel lobby and rooms complete with pool, laundry room, restaurant and gym. Plenty of parking. Located right off Hwy 395 on the south end of Reno in a very quiet area. Excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay there ag […] ain. Mehr

The room was nice, but that's where it ended. Our room was near the back of the hotel and they told us to park in the rear. Problem was, the back door was broken and wouldn't open. We had to walk around to the front door to get back in. We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was not full. We called in the morning asking for an extra hour for checkout […] and they said, "Sorry, we have no more late checkouts available". I didn't know there was a limit on the number of late checkouts they had available?? The neighborhood was nice, if you don't mind being in/near a business park. But it's not close to downtown. It's on the far south side of Reno, a good 10 minute drive from the action. Mehr
