Personal sehr gut, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück war das Angebot an Konfitüren sehr begrenzt. Nur Erdbeere und Bittere Orangenmarmelade. An einigen Tagen nur Orange. Manchmal war auch der Orangensaft aus. Dürfte in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht passieren. Der Bus zum Strand und zur Mall könnte öfters fahren. Montags kommt man nicht zu einem […] Strand da der Bus nur zum Jumeira Beach Park fährt. Dieser Park ist Montags nur für Frauen und Kinder geöffnet. Mehr

Internet ist extrem langsam, obwohl man dafür noch bezahlen muss (sofern man nicht in der Hotellobby arbeiten will… und wer will das schon). Das Hotel hat mir zwar anschliessend einen 50% Rabatt gewährte, es muss aber von einer professionellen Nutzung abgeraten werden. Im 21. Jahrhundert generell ein Witz, dass man für einen Internetanschluss bezahlen […] muss. Sonst ein taugliches Alltagshotel für 2 Nächte. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Mehr

Gutes Hotel, nicht unbedingt Zentral. Da die Taxi sehr günstig sind ist das aber kein Problem. Achtung: Wenn Sie nicht Englisch können wird es sehr schwierig. Das Frühstück lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, muss aber nicht für alle Gäste gleich sein. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Hotel new, very clean, good breakfast. 10 min walk to metro station, but taxis available at all times. Taxi to Dubai Mall around 6 Euro, Metro one way 1 Euro. Would stay there again

When I booked this hotel I was guaranteed handicapped room for my parents, when I reached Dubai from USA (16 +hrs.) they did not have it and I had to argue and explain that my dad wears prosthetic leg and he could not be in any other room, we stood in the lobby for a long time, arguing back and forth. Everything is good except it is very expensive

The hotel is Ok. + Decent location, clean rooms, good service, good breakfast and good gym. - The dinner in A'la Carte restaurant was disappointing. Also our non-smoking room had a strong smell of tobacco and the noise from the corridor was sometimes annoying. Overall experience was slightly disappointing. We had a quite sleep in Dubai Down Sheraton.

A modern, well maintained hotel with clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located quite close to the centre of downtown Dubai. There is a metro station less than 10 minutes walk away.

Hotel well appointed, very clean rooms. Upgraded to Junior Suite at great rate on Hotels.com. Didn't eat there so cant comment on the restaurants. Staff very helpful not close to anything but cabs and courtesy coaches always available. Great for stop over.

This is a well located hotel for Bur Dubai. It is also very good value for money. The staff are friendly and the rooms are large and well furnished. Would recomend this hotel.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, very comfortable and has great facilities. The gym is well equipped, has modern machines and convenient opening hours. Pool on the roof is great on a quiet, hot day in Dubai, very refreshing. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel was in a good location close to the city and night life attractions.

I know you dont go to Dubai to sit in a hotel room and watch movies, but during Ramadan you may want to. For several months nw the hotel has not had ovie service on the TV. For a Sheraton, this is poor.

Our family stayed at the Four Points taking two rooms and had a very comfortable stay there. I forgot my suitor in the hotel and called them to ask about it. They still have it and shall keep with them for the next Six months so whenever during my visit there i will get it back. It's the first time and last time. I prefer to sleep in my car trunk to stay at this hotel. Very bad service you can got It only in half star hotel.

We stayed in this hotel in June and the stay was pleasant and value for money! Nice staff, spacious room and great buffet breakfast. Will definitely refer this hotel to friends.

The hotel was very nice - modern, clean, good restaurant, but there is nothing within walking distance. It's a 15-20 minute walk ot the MEtro, or you have to take a cab. The only restaurant nearby is the one in the hotel, and that gets old after the first two nights.

I was impressed by the quality of the room and the hotel. The location was not great but there were a number of resurants less than a mile away.

We arrived at this hotel to check in at 3 o'clock in the morning. All we wanted to do was get to bed but the check in staff were keen for us to fill in a 2 page questionnaire on why we had chosen their hotel. Breakfast was excellent,after we asked to be removed from the tiny corner we were put in in an empty room. The reception desk was very helpful […] on giving us information on sight seeing tours. I have been staying this hotel serval times, in fact, every time when i visit dubai, I stay there. Hotel is nice and clean. it's also kinda new too. Staffs are very friendly! free wifi at the public area. nice sport bar at the lobby which you can watch all kind of sports there with a cold beer and bugers. Highly recommened!

Nice hotel. Large and clean rooms and a very nice roof top swiming pool. Very close to downtown attractions and within walking distance of Dubai Creek. I am staying again at this hotel on my next trip to Dubai and would recomend this to anyone.

Great service from front desk and restaurant staff. A great value for this area.

Be carefull in front of the hotel, as the parking space is pubblic and need payment. If you don't pay the meter, the fine of DHR 150 will apply each period of time ( twice a day). City needs more money and they try all the ways to get them.

For the price this hotel is really good. It's a bit basic when it somes to services provided but overall it's ok. The breakfast was really nice, even though it was not included in the package that we got.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always been happy with the standards of service and the rooms. At our most recent check-in, the room we pre-booked was not available so we were automatically upgraded to a better room with no fuss. This is a good value for money hotel and we recommend it to other visitors to Dubai.

I've stayed in 4 hotels in Dubai, all of them 4 star or greater. I have to say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's very modern with a western feel. If you've stayed in The Mirage in Las Vegas, that's what it reminds me of. The only issue is that it is not located near many things, but I found that not to be a problem because they provide […] free shuttle rides to Dubai Mall. And Dubai Mall has everything you need, shopping, movies, sights to see (adjacent to Burjj Kalifa). I'd definitley stay again. Mehr

We stayed at the Sheraton on our return stopover, having stayed at the Le Royal Meridien on our way out to Australia. The difference was huge - but when considering the price - the Sheraton was very good value for money. The service and cleanliness are excellent. As you would expect from any hotel in Dubai. The location is not close to any shops or […] anything besides residential blocks, but taxis are cheap and plentiful. Bur Dubai has some good local supermarkets for groceries such as water/drinks etc. Dining is not the best - we had the Indian buffet and this was not changed regular enough to keep everything fresh - but again at the cost it was reasonable and what you'd expect. The quality was OK but nothing stunning as you may experience if eating out. Overall - would stay here again if pressed for cash, but would probably spend a little more and pick the Radisson Blu or the Royal Meridien if budget allows! Mehr

The room is quite big with good lighting. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is really good. The coffee in particular is aromatic. .We had a pleasant stay. Would be better if the shuttle service can be available to the train station.

Good Hotel.... !!!!

Regularly stay here as good for Dubai Creek/Sheikh Zayed and pretty competitve rates. Service usually excellent, like most Dubai hotels, but this time arrived at 8 p.m. and had to wait for 20 minutes to check-in. Only one person on reception so a queue of 8 people had built up.

I have had two stopover stayes at this hotel and have been most comfortable.The staff are friendly and most helpful, the dining room is well situated and the meals are of top quality. On my second layover the plane did not get in until after 1.30am but I was still welcomed with a smile and courtsey.The room was very clean and comfortable. Great hotel but have to pay for internet use.

I stayed at the hotel for over a week with several members of my team. The staff were very friendly and extra accommodating. The pub was American style, the buffet was great (though expensive) and the coffee bar made it easy to stay in. Spinneys (grocery store) is just down the road a bit. I travel for business and what I need is a nice atmosphere, good quality service across the line, and a nice room that says "home". On this visit I stayed at 3 hotels in the Dubai area, all very different and all 3.5-5 star in quality. My favorite was this Four-Points facility. For the money it hit highs for me in all the key areas. The desk and lobby […] staff were the best, and the restaurant was consistently good. It may not be considered by many to be in the heart of the city but that's a tough category to fill for everyone. In this city an inexpensive taxi gets you where you need to be in minutes. This is a really nice and exceptionally clean hotel in Downtown Dubai. Good centre for either business or pleasure but not so suited if you like the beach as it is in town. Will definitely stay again when visiting Dubai

Rooms are large, very well appointed and lighting is very good. Hotel is light and bright and very new looking. Restaurant offers buffet for breakfast and dinners with many choices plus an ala carte menu as well. Nice coffee shop off lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful. All in all- a very pleasant three night stay. Nice room and easy accessible location. Walking distance to the old part of the city (Bur Dubai) with the river and the gold market. The pool area on the top is nice and good for relaxation, but has too few lounge chairs, so be prepared to go there early or you'll might have to wait a little. We got chairs every day so don't worry even when showing […] up late - thanks to the good staff. The fitness room is nice and un-crowded. The people at the hotel are very eager to help you. We will gladly return to this hotel. Only annoyance was that cleaning team took our wine glasses and cocktail glasses every day and didn't replace them... and that they were really slow at bringing us those even though we called 3 times or more. Tip: The internet access at the pool area and in the lobby is fee, and though is says 2 hours you are allowed to renew the 2 hours as many times as you like. Mehr

That I booked Four Points Downtown Dubai, was because the competative rate, that included breakfast. There are tons of hotels to choose between in Bur Dubai. Four Point Downtown is located 10 minutes walk for the heart of Bur Dubai and the creek. An Ideal hotel visiting the heart of Dubai. The hotel is also good for children. It seems like there is […] room for everybody. The hotel offers free Wireless internet at all public areas. It was nice to sit by the pool at the rooftop, have a cold refreshment and be able to work. The breakfast was very good, above average. It had the standard items of Continental Breakfast and then the country specific specialities - which were very good. I would absolute recommend this hotel for people going to Dubai, who do not need a resort-like hotel, but their intention is to be close to local people and the spirit of Dubai. Mehr

Although I was only staying 3 nights, the hotel suited my needs for an enjoyable and comfortable stay, staff were friendly and helpful, location was close to downtown and only a short taxi ride from airport, mall of the emirates and Jumeirah. Would recommend for anyone visiting Dubai.
