The hotel was room was clean but there was airport noise (which ceased around 11pm) so it was not too much of an issue. Bathroom was adequate size and clean (nice shower). Nice hotel located confidently next to the main Florence station Firenze smn. It is useful if you are using Florence as your base to discover surrounding towns/ areas such as Siena, Tuscany etc. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was just Ok hence the reason for the 4 but the hotel was good value so highly recommend!

we had a triple room but the room didnt look like all the fancy pictures. Was very old, aircon worked too well - very strong and could not change the setting. Its either full blast or off. No coffee facilities in room, bathroom was decent. Bed was not comfortable. Decent wifi available at a minimal charge. Very modern, large rooms and very clean. Around the corner from the back of the train station, short walk to most of the sights. Good resturaunts nearby. Front desk staff not very friendly but breakfast room staff very nice. Breakfast was good, probably the best out of all of the hotels we stayed at on our trip. The hotel was nice, it's location was perfect, only about 200 meters from the train station. It's an old building but the rooms are very comfortable. My only complaint was the hardness of the bed. Other than that it was great, near the main sights and great restaurants in the vicinity.

We moved to the Hotel Embassy after staying in another hotel that was dark, scary and remote. The staff at Hotel Embassy were very helpful in getting us settled and walked us to our room. The room was spacious and modern especially by European standards. Great bathroom and decent breakfast with hot and cold options. The only negative which may only […] apply to our specific situation since we had a triple room was that the cot was pushed against the AC unit so one person froze all night while the rest of us sweltered because the cot blocked the air flow. Our luggage was lost by the airline and the hotel staff went out of their way to help us as much as they could. Without their help, our vacation would have started with days of disaster. This modern, comfortable hotel is located a short walk from the train station in Florence. There are good restaurants in the nearby area. We did not experience the breakfast because our train was leaving very eary, but the kitchen staff packed breakfast bags for us which we picked up at the front desk.

I stayed with my partner in this hotel for four nights at the end of September. The location near the train station is very convenient for travelling and the city centre with the mayor sights is in walking distance. The hotel itself is very nice, with quite spacious rooms and with good breakfast. The downturn is its noisy location with tram lines running […] in front of the building which operate every five minutes till midnight and again from seven in the morning. Even with closed windows the noise is quite substantial, having the windows open is impossible. When we asked for a quieter room at the back or in the more modern extension to the rear we were told that no rooms were free which was probably true as the hotel was busy with business people. I definitely recommend to book a room to the back and also not to take a room on the Ground Floor because the noise from the reception and entrance area can be quite disturbing. Otherwise bring earplugs! Pity because overall it is good hotel. Mehr

Everything in the room was fine except the mattress was hard. I felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab.

My husband and I stayed at the Embassy hotel in Florence for 2 nights. We arrived into the city by train, and the location of the hotel (2 blocks from the Train station entrance) makes it a very convenient alternative. Even the immediate surroundings are not as beautiful as the rest of the city, the hotel is a 5-min walk from the main Florence streets. Very high end hotel. People looking for a hotel close to North American 5 star standards will be happy with this hotel. Family of four stayed in a quadruple room, very large room.

This hotel was a very good value for the money. The room was perfect for a family with older children in that it was separated into two separate areas with their own bathrooms. We had to share the one shower but that wasn't a problem for us. The room air conditioner was very good which was necessary since the weather was very hot. The American style […] buffet breakfast was excellent with ham and eggs, fruit, yogart, rolls, croissants, cappuccinos, etc. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and willing to please. They helped with museum reservations and restaurant recommendations. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florence. Mehr

Selvom personalet er søde og det er tæt på centrum, så er værelserne urimelig små til prisen - også selvom jeg fik den såkaldte rabatpris. Det er simpelthen for dårlig kvalitet til prisen. Og så virkede internettet heller ikke.

Hotel muito bom, colchão novo, quarto silencioso. Recomendo o hotel. Imediações boas, rápido acessoa o centro histórico.

Excelente hotel, bem localizado e otimamente atendido. Recomendável.

il clima ambientale della stanza era sconsiderato..faceva troppo caldo ..tant'è che siamo stati costretti ad aprire di notte saltuariamente le finestre con la conseguenza che al ritorno si è manifestata una bronchite acuta che mi ha costretto a letto..pertanto.vi consiglio di dare la possibilità al cliente di regolare il clima in camera..

The hotel is located a 3 minutes walk from the main railway station and just a few minutes walk from the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they served a good breakfast.

Fint, moderne hotel med venlig betjening i et lidt kedeligt, men forbavsende roligt kvarter nær stationen. Dejligt, rent airconditioneret værelse med flot badeværelse. Meget velassorteret morgenbuffet.

Nous avons consulté de nombreux hotels avant de choisir ce dernier. Les avis multiples et positifs nous ont décidés. Notre séjour fut très agréable (la ville y est pour beaucoup!) et l'hôtel est à la hauteur de nos attentes. Belle chambre, très bon petit déjeuner et bonne situation sont ses grands atouts! Très bonne adresse.
