After 22 hours of traveling we were very happy to have an excellent bed. The rest was as expected for the price level: clean rooms, friendly staff and a small but nice pool. The only thing that annoyed us: The light in the kitchen made a very loud noise.

Great location ~ near the Interstate and only a 25 minute drive to Park City ~ the location was worth this two story hotel room ~ we were a little surprised to see that it doubles as an apartment complex as well ~ fully stocked kitchen that we didn't use for our one might stay ~ cleanliness could have been better ~ bed sheet had a stain ~ brown carpet […] could have used a cleaning ~ all in all, a good deal for the money especially if you plan on going up to the mountains ~ yes, I would definitely stay here again! The room was a bit small and we had some problems to store all our luggage. Fortunately, every room has a kitchen. But the equipment in the kitchen was very much used and not replaced. The pan was not usable at all. Unfortunately, every time we cooked some noodles the fire alarm started ringing. If they would have placed it somewhere else in the room […] we probably would not have that problems with it. Also the smell was a problem. We booked a non-smoking room but it smelled defintately as if the ones that had the room before us were smokers. We stayed a couple nights and had the smelling problem all the time. In the appartment compley there are living obviousely some questionable people. Therefore, we did not feel very safe during our stay. Mehr

Staff was good, went out of their way to help. Room was very comfortable, beds and bedding good but could use a little better maintence. Door to the TV cabinet falling off.

This was My 2nd stay at Sky Harbour and if i go back to Salt Lake City agin i will make sure i stay here. I end Up with the same room that i had 2 Years ago when i stayed here. The Rooms are very clean the ground are very pritty and they have a hot tube and a swimming pool. When my husband and i go back to Utah we Will stay here again.

I could tell the renovators took time to make the room both chic with all the mini necessities. I'm all about ambiance and style and they did a Great job for the price. I would stay there again in a heart beat. By the way, they had popcorn in the microwave. It's the small stuff that get me going.Thank you.

Everything was fine except I had a late check-in. It took me a while to find my room when front desk can just point the direction of my room which was just right behind the office. It was dark and he asked me to drive around the office. It's a apartment complex. How do I know drive around the building means just behind the office. Then I found out no […] more free wifi so I had to pay for internet access. Then I tried to check out when there was 3 ladies at the front desk. I stood there for about 3 mins with no one asking me what I need when I was patiently waiting in line until they finish assisting the previous customer. Really? I used to love this place because staff were more friendly. Mehr

Location was very close to airport but did not hear planes and traffic was not noticeable. It was nice to have a couch and kitchen area rather than just a mini-fridge and microwave. Nice walk-in closet for storing luggage out of the way. Very comfortable. My only negative was that the pillows were a little musty (feather pillows).

Interesting place. What they don't tell you on the website is that there are charges for internet ($7.95 per day). Also, because the rent apartments, the front office is very busy. It took me over 25 minutes to check in and then another 15 minutes later on to discuss the internet charges.

It was nice. Nice location . Rooms little small

Over all the property represents a good value

First-the shuttle service is non existant. They claimed to have a free airport shuttle, but they don't anymore. Second-The pool was closed, the Sauna was closed, the business center was closed...so pretty much all the amenities that we originally went there for, were closed. It is more of an apartment setting. The rooms are nice and it is convienent […] having a kitchen. Friday night was quiet but Saturday night the neighbors had a huge party. We were up ALL NIGHT. We called the overnight emergency number (like I said there is no one at the front desk since it is apartments), eventually we ended up calling the police. It wasn't worth staying here. Next time I will stay at an actual hotel. Mehr

The rates is good at the hotel, but the overall maintenance when we had an issue with the hot water and intial check in problems with the keys, we had three different room assignments in the 5 night stay. The last room, you could hear everything going on upstairs.

This is the most wonderful place to stay! We have been here twice now and want to come again and again. The room is spacious and comfortable. All the comforts of home. It is a one bedroom apartment with walk in closet, attached full size bathroom and fully loaded kitchen with everything you will need (except the food, of course!). There is a TV with […] DVD player and couch too that pulls out into a bed. Only one thing I would not suggest purchasing the Internet. It is slow and crashes a ton. Otherwise it is perfect. Over all the place was OK. Apartment like setting, living spaces somewhat clean, close to freeway+, kids couldn't use much as far as jacuzzi or saunna or most other parts of the facilities. Ok for the price but would of maybe paid a little more for a more kid friendly hotel. The thing we had a problem with the most was the staff at the front desk. I have never been in a place like this, the Hotel smells bad, is very old the noise from the heater was loud and I had to constantly change manually the temperature of the room. I found out after the first deay that they do not clean your room until after 7 days you stay there. So you have dirty loundry and sheets. the carpet is so old and smelly I […] had to have towels all over so I could walk. The reason I stayed was because I had no other place to stay, I came to SLC for work and this was a last minute trip and this was the only place I found. The area is scarry and I did not feel safe. I would not recomend this Hotel. If you get the second floor you have to carry your luggage they do not have an elevator. this was my worst experience!!! Mehr

Marginal. Serviceable, but marginal.

Water heater too small for a soak, just a quick shower. Internet is not free and is very cumbersome when ordered. Slooooowwwww as wellllll.

It looks like apartment complexes & it actually surprises you how nice the suites are with the full kitchen & two bedrooms because the outside appearance doesn't really match up. Great ammenities & I would def go back there again. Great location, near the airport and right by the freeway & many restaurants.

Convent to airport and downtown. It will be nice when they get the transit finished in 2013, construction is a mess right now. It could use some updating/remodeling and another seating option besides just the couch. But for the price you couldn't ask for a cleaner nicer place to stay. If you go don't forget a trip to the Red Iguana Mexican Restaurant […] a couple miles to the east. Worth any wait so don't let the line scare you off. Clean,2-Hot Tubs, Racket ball court, Pool, Exercise Room, Internet, you can't beat it for the price, Stay at Sky Harbor Suites. Mehr

For as inexpensive as it was, I suppose this hotel was okay. There were a couple things that were unsettling to me, though, having a baby with us. When I checked in, one of the apartment tenants brought a dead black widow to the desk "so they could show their bug guys." Overall the room was comfortable, but it had the smell of an old house and desperately […] needs updates. Some of the bedding had stains on it, as well. Then last, there was mold in the windowsills. The price was right and that's about where it ended. It was comfortable enough but I wouldn't take my family there. Bad section of town. It's an apartment complex that rents rooms. They even tried to make me pay for a new kitchen floor saying that we burned two spots in the linoleum. We didn't even turn the stove on!! Beyond all expectations at an affordable price. Everyone from the Manager, front desk staff and the computer centre concierge were extremely accommodating and informative. Highly recommend. Convenience somewhat hampered by road/light rail construction.

Nice hotel. No free wi-fi, but only there from 10pm to 7am.. Very clean, quaint, and comfortable.

Wow! I was so impressed with my choice! It was like spending the night at home to me, very relaxing and peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable and I would recommend this facility to anyone!! I definitely stay there again, and the price was perfect!

Management cancelled my 2 bedroom 20 hours before arrival, offering me 1 bed for 4 persons or an upgrade suite 3x cost of what I was paying.

This facility was a real disappointment, the second time I've booked through hotels.com only to discover the real situation did not even come close to how it's described on your website. You guys need to spend more time confirming the actual condition and services of what you list. The room did not actually have enough sleeping space for three adults […] although we clearly stipulated that in our reservation. It also did not have a hot water heater with enough capacity to handle three showers in sequence. The furnishings of the room were worn; the space was cramped and not particularly clean. There was absolutely no maid service during the three days we were there. Nada! This facility is not intended to serve overnight visitors. It does not have the appropriate amenities or the staff to maintain the rooms and other areas. I suggest that hotels.com avoid listing this facility as an actual hotel and label it as only suitable for extended stays of more than 2 weeks...and there are plenty of extended stay facilities that are much better maintained and offer comparable rates. We stayed there for one night, and the price we paid for what we got was really good. I wasn't expecting much, but the room was great! The service of the day shift people was awesome. They did a great job welcoming us and were very helpful. The only thing that I have to complain about ... MAKE SURE THE FRONT OFFICE HAS THE CORRECT PICTURE FOR THE […] CORRECT ROOM BEFORE you check into your hotel for the night. I accidentally locked myself out of the room at 4 AM and they did have security there to let people back in. However, because my bf checked in first (even though I refilled out the paperwork later on, and they assured me it was under my name), the security guard couldn't find me and he refused to work with me. He honestly was going to leave me out in 16 degree weather with nothing but my pajamas (I told him everything of mine was in the hotel room, I wouldn't have even been able to sleep in my car, as my keys were in there too). Luckily, my bf was locked out too, and I was able to grab him to have the security guard verify information. But I was highly disappointed in that aspect of it. Because of that, it will honestly be a long time, if ever, that I go back. Dont want to chance being locked out of a room I paid. :\ Mehr

The suites are actually apartments. Full kitchen with full sized refrigerator (for my multiple day stay, that saved me much $$$ on food!). The staff was superb. LOVED the clubhouse with the spa, workout room, and even a raquetball room (which I used to dance in). STAY HERE. Totally worth it.

Custoner Service was horrible. If you stay overnight i guess it's ok but if you plan to stay a few days remember that the out only a few towels in room and when ask front desk for more they "require you to bring the dirty ones to them and then exchange them for new ones or "wash your own towels" horrible customer service

This property was unexpectedly nice, clean, and convenient. Just up the street from the Red Iguana (arguably the best Mexican food in all of UT, possibly more), I gave it a shot because of its price. Don't be deceived - this is a great deal!

This place is located about 3 miles from the Mormon Family Library and reasonably priced.

Very enjoyable. Will stay again.

We recently completed a ski weekend and found the apartment complex to be extremely convenient to the airport, I-215 to get to the slopes, and comfortable for a family of three. Close to the airport made arriving late on Friday night bareable. Easy access on and off from I-215 cut travel time to the slopes. And, large kitchen allowed our family the […] option to eat in or eat out. Since our focus was skiing, and soaking in a nice hot tub afterwards, we didn't mind too much the aged wear of the apartment. We may recommend to a family on a budget. Mehr

This is an apartment complex with rooms to rent as hotel rooms; not a good idea and mix. I was told that this 'hotel' was close to the convention center, NOT. I took an early morning shuttle, but the so-called hotel didn't say that the front door wouldn't be open and it was snowing and dark. Not a good place for a girl to be alone.

I'm a guy and so the carpet needing cleaning not a big deal, but I know if my wife was with me it would have been.
