das Motorcity Casino Hotel in Detroit ist einfach klasse,absolut Vegas Standard Angefangen bei der Rezeption, bis hin zum sehr großem Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten und einem riesigen Badezimmerbereich mit seperatem Klozimmer.Dazu noch ein toller Ausblick auf die Skyline von Detroit ! Einzige kleine Minuspunkte aus meiner Sicht : nur Nichtraucherzimmer […] und die Lage Das Casino selbst ist auch sehr schön und hat einen Pokerrraum Mehr

Vom Check-In, zu mitternächtlicher Stunde, bis hin zum Check-Out, 2 Tage später, vermittelte das Hotel einen Hauch von Las Vegas. Von der Sauberkeit, Grösse und Ruhe des Zimmers waren wir sehr begeistert gewesen. Die Betten hätten besser nicht sein können. Overall I had an amazing time at Motor City Casino and Hotel. I came from Toronto to Detroit for the weekend to see a Tyler Perry play (Madea gets a job) at the Fox Theatre. The rooms in the hotel were immaculately clean, modern, stylish, and the staff was all very friendly (from the valet parking to the house keeping). I had one of the best nights […] of sleep I have had in a very long time as the beds were so cozy! I had brought my own pillow cases and toiletries as a precaution but I didn't have to use any of them, as everything in the room was of the highest quality. I loved the fact that they had a variety of dining options inside of the restaurant as the surrounding areas were a bit on the sketchy side. I did cross paths with a few locals in the cafeteria area who were very rude and unfriendly as they had just finished losing all of their money in the casino -- but this of course was at no fault of the hotel. The only actual set back with the hotel is that it was far away from a lot of things (shopping, gas stations, etc.). However, their friendly concierge service does a remarkable job of compensating for this by directing you to anywhere you'd like to go and printing off maps and directions. Other than that, no further complaints! Amazing stay, and I am looking for a reason to have to go back again in the near future! Mehr

This is an awesome hotel for a couples getaway. The only negative is that the noise in the hallways goes directly into the room. It would be nice if they could figure out how to "muffle" the noise of people talking ect in the hall. Otherwise I loved our stay!

Resturants and Casino were top-notch. Hotel staff was great exept "Big John" gave us some bad advice regarding a local hotspot. Other than that the experience was amazing and will most likley head back in the next few months.

Very disappointed, room was dirty, carpet and curtains were stained. Our wonderful view was of the parking lot. The workers were not friendly at all. Will not be back

I am very disappointed, our room was dirty, the carpet and curtains were stained. The window was so dirty you could barely see out it. Our lovely downtown view was that of their parking lot. The staff was not pleasant at all. We spent alot of money to stay there and will not do it again.

IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE. TOOK THE SHUTTLE TO THE LAST RED WINGS HOME GAME. THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, HUGE BATHROOM, LUXURIOUS AMENITIES. THE STAFF WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND HELPFULL. WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN.

I walked into the hotel and didn't expect it to look like the pictures, the room was beautiful with plenty of things to do in the hotel. Will be staying again soon

We stayed here for a night. Had dinner at the buffet, which was quite delicious with lots of variety. Our room was fabulous, the hallway chatter is very loud but thankfully it was a quiet nights sleep. It was a small cab fare to Joe Louis arena. We were leaving on a plane the next morning, not the best hotel for that. Able to leave car at the hotel […] but its an expensive cab fare to DTW airport. Parking at the airport cost the same as cab there and back. Mehr

We have stayed at MCC Hotel several times and discovered that the quality of our stay was better on higher floors. It is quieter and way cleaner in the hall ways the higher up you go. 14th was awesome, carpet not stained, peaceful at bedtime and the free continental breakfast was great. This room was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I would highly recommend to others and will definitely pick this as a first choice next time I stay in Downtown Detroit.

Was disappointed, check in was 3 pm did not get to check in until 4:30 pm. Nothing located within walking distance, must drive everywhere.

The hotel is a nice venue. A bit confusing on the parking and valet layout. The neighborhood is a discouraging area- maybe the revamp of Detroit just hasn't caught up yet. Hotel staff were friendly, our lost remote was replaced quickly and we had no complaints about the hotel at all.

Great hotel.... Will definetly be back... I was very impressed.... Nice deep tub,robes, and bed.... I've stayed in all 3 casino hotels in Detroit... And Motorcity is #1 to me

It was our 17th wedding anniversery,my husband wanted to make it very special he booked a room at THE MOTOR CITY CASINO HOTEL, I was very excited it quickly DIED when we got to our room the carpet was soaked and wet they finally changed our room it was suppose to be an upgrade how are you going to upgrade to a dirty room the glasses had lip and finger […] prints when i got out the tub i grabed a folded towel opened it and it was dirty.I got in the bed that night started itching,sneezing bad allergies so i started looking around the bed. The headboard night stands,lamps where thick with dust and dirt.Their rooms need updates of redecoration. I wrote on there facebook and I sent them a email at THEIR REQUEST, everything I written on here is what I told them, THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY.I'm very disappointed and I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! Very nice spacious, nicely decorated room with all the amenities of luxury. Quiet well kept. Staff was very gracious and pleasant. Enjoyed my stay,

Hotel and restaurants were outstanding. Very close to downtown events. Although in Detroit, felt very safe and comfortable.

My husband and I usually stay within walking distance to Greektown when we visit Detroit but we decided to try something new and stay at Motor City this time. We were not disappointed! In fact, the hotel offered everything we needed that we never had to leave once we got there! Between having several choices of restaurants and delicious room service […] to the casino, bars, performers, a night club and a spa, we enjoyed a fun weekend together! Although our room wasn't huge, it was very clean and modern. We appreciated all the "high tech" aspects of the hotel-the ability to order room service on your tv (and you receive a 10% discount if you do!) or even change your room temp from the same screen, the convenience of scanning your valet ticket inside and watching for your car on a tv monitor from the warmth of the lobby instead of having to stand outside and wait... these are just a few examples that show Motor City spared no expense at making their hotel and casino visitor friendly! Hotel was very beautiful, modern, and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed two nights at Motorcity and throroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was very attentive and went out of their way to be helpful. I would return to Motorcity anytime. Pricing was also excellent.

Hotel was the cheapest of all the casinos in detroit. It was surprisingly very nice. It was a little distant from the bars downtown but they provided a shuttle to the red wings game. Surrounding area is not that great.

This hotel stay was nothing short then amazing. Using hotels.com got us a cheaper rate then booking through the hotel,then when we checked in we got upgraded to an executive suite! Perfect experience!

LOVED our hotel room. It was very classy, quiet and even had a nice view of the Ambassador bridge. Gambling was fun, but I would stay here again just to enjoy the lovely room!

I had a great stay at motorcity casino! Great view of the city and all of the staff no matter where you were in the place were friendly and helpful!

The Motorcity Casino Hotel is very nice...we really enjoyed our spacious room. Still wish smoking wasn't allowed in the gambling area as it smells up the whole first floor. Also, one main restaurant (Iridescence) is not enough for a hotel this size. We tried booking a reservation for dinner a couple days before and they were booked all night. We had […] to eat at a diner (the food was good) but we wanted to dress up for a nice evening and enjoy a romantic dinner and could not. Mehr
