Das Hotel liegt super, Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür, Skytrain Station in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Das Hotel ist trotz der zentralen Lage extrem ruhig mit idyllischem Innenhof. Personl war extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist für ein Budget Motel überdurchschnittlich gut. Wir können das Hotel jedem der nach einer günstigen Unterkunft in Vancouver sucht, nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The location of the hotel next to Stanley Park is perfect. I was on a business trip, and it was great to go for jogging in the morning. I also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel bar. The view onto the water is fantastic. I can also highly recommend their cocktails. However, I would have enjoyed the hotel even more with a better hotel service. The people at the receptiion were not very cooperative.

Das Badezimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, aber es war sehr sauber. Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Der Service ist perfekt, meiner Beschwerde über Ruhestörung durch laute Hotelgäste wurde sofort nachgegangen.

Ich und meine Tochter waren im Oktober 2011 für eine Woche in Vancouver B.C. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum sehenswerten Stanley Park, so dass man auch nach einem stressigen Stadtbummel noch schnell naturnahen Ausgleich haben kann. Die Hotelsuite war sehr geräumig und sauber. An manchen Stellen ( Kaminsims, Küchenschränkte ) blätterte schon etwas die Farbe ab. Die Fenster sind nicht so dick und gut erhalten, wie wir es in Deutschland gewohnt sind, es tat dem guten Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch. Insgesamt also gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Hotelbelegschaft ist besonders freundlich.
Lage
Loden Hotel ist auf Geschäftsreisende ausgerichtet und befindet sich mitten in Vancouver. dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Robson Street, Vancouver Convention Centre und Canada Place. Robson Square und Stanley Park befinden sich ebenfalls in Nähe.

"Hotel Loden Vancouver - great location"
Excellent location, updated hotel, staff was very good to work with. The only downside was the bed was a bit soft on one side and the pillows were very soft. I asked for a firm pillow but they had none. Outside of that it was well worth the price. Close to the water, shopping, excellent food, Stanley Park and Gastown I would recommend.

"Great hotel for a good price"
This is a gem of a hotel. The location is really convenient. It's within walking distance to most places in downtown that you would want to go to. The rooms are really nice and the bathrooms are beautiful. I used the gym which is top quality for a hotel of its size. Great treadmills, bikes and a rower to go along with a wide array of weights and cable […] machines. I will say though that I stayed at this hotel previously over a year ago and you used to get an a la carte menu for breakfast and the food was nice. This time the breakfast was a really small buffet with no a la carte options. I dont like to be harsh, but the buffet is crap and expensive. My husband and I spend 3 nights at the Loden in Vancouver and everything rated a 5! It is a beautiful hotel, floor to ceiling windows, great decor, loved the architecture of the room. The bath has beautiful marble and lighting. Bed was heavenly! The staff were friendly and helpful, really went out of their way to be certain we were enjoying our stay. "Loden Service with a smile"
Youthful but professional staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Tableu restaurant is very good and a better value than some upscale hotels like Georgia and Fairmont Vancouver. Quiet rooms.
"NIce area"
I use to work in this area so i knew exactly where it was located in beautifull coal harbour. Walking distance to stanley park canada place and robson.... You can get just about anywhere in a 15-20 minute walk.
"Bad Experience"
The hotel itself is great, but the hotel insisted on charging us for the room even though it was already paid for through hotels.com. This is the second apyment issue I have had with this hotel. I cannot recommend anyone stay here.

The Loden is a wonderful boutique hotel with all the amenities. The small dining room and bar has wonderful food, a fabulous waitstaff and great ambiance. The workout facility is topnotch. Loved this Hotel! My room was beautiful; well appointed and comfortable. Very hip, all the best amenities, great bed, wonderful sheets and large down pillows, desk, corner banquet sofa, flat screen TV, and a sliding bathroom wall that allows you to shower and look out at the view, very cool! The hotel was great, very modern and clean. The staff were very professional, and quite young, fitting with the up-and-coming nature of the hotel. The location was nice, only a block or two from the main shopping area and about 2 blocks from the water. It was very easy to get around, and they had a taxi service avaialble as well. "Distinguished Hotel well worth the money"
We stayed here for one night. The hotel is brand new, is extremely upgraded from other hotels and the staff is excellent. We will stay here again the next time we are in Vancouver.

"I'll go back!"
We only stayed one night but we were very impressed by this hotel. It's everything that was shown in the pictures and more. They took the time to show us all the features of the room (even how to use the heater/air conditioner) too. We had dinner in the restaurant and although service was a bit slow, the food was well worth the wait. You need to try […] the artichoke crab dip since it's delicious! They even offered to take us at no charge to our cruise ship the next morning in their own Londen cab that they have. That was the icing on the cake and we will definately be back! Mehr

This is an exceptional boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Room was spacious and luxurious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Willing to do whatever we needed to make our stay an outstanding one. Hotel has two complimentary cruiser bikes for guest check out and use. This was a great way to tour the city.

"Fantastic Hotel"
This hotel was amazing. The rooms were small but still roomy, the bed was fabulously comfy, and the sliding wall to let natural light into the bathroom was a definite plus. Nice big bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub, separate toilet closet definitely appreciated. The hotel staff was beyond friendly and helpful, we would go back again in a […] heartbeat. The only cons are no ice machines (you have to call to have ice brought up), no coffee maker in room, and breakfast at the restaurant although good is expensive. However, they have coffee in the lobby in the mornings, and there are at least 5 breakfast/coffee shop type places within a block for less expensive breakfast. The hotel itself is not cheap, but we took advantage of the 35% off summer sale. We'd be glad to go back even at full price though, we really enjoyed our experience. Mehr

"First Class Hotel"
This was a great spot to stay in Vancouver. The staff was wonderful and even provided us with two bikes to ride around Stanley Park. It is in a good location, only a few blocks from some great shopping and food.
