Had a great night relaxing very comfy beds! My only compliant is that when we checked in we found out the hot tub was broke kinda made me sad!

This was a great place! We plan to go there for our next visit. Everything was close to perfect, with one exception - we could smell evidence that some creep had smoked a cigar in the hallway on the 3rd floor. The room, however, was clean and odor-free.

The hotel was fine - beds were comfortable and it was conveniently located to the wedding we were attending. However - there was food left in our refrigerator and the spa was drained and closed.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the internet access worked great. Only downside is it is not really close to anything within walking distance. Very much an oasis.

The Hotel was warm and musty, my room was hot because no air had been turned on prior to my arrival. Breakfast was poor and ran out of juice.

We stayed overnight on our way to Madison. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and it is just off the highway. Breakfast snack in the morning and back on the road.

Nice basic hotel with a great breakfast. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Close to University of Iowa and I-80

Parking was issue consturtion working parking trailer side ways using all the parking lot

This hotel is new and very clean. Staff is especially friendly and gave us recommendations for several restaurants in the area. While the hotel is close to the highway and some complain of highway noise, we didn't hear it very much at all. Rooms were well kept, everything very clean and beds comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. No negatives.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast selections were very good. Location is very convenient, just off the interstate and easily accessible.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good lots choices, from eggs to waffles. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not get to use them. Overall a very good hotel for the price. I am going to stay in a Sleep Inn when I go to Peoria this weekend.

It was difficult finding a room in Iowa City when we wanted to. I went to hotels.com, found a room at the Sleep Inn available at a very reasonable price. The included breakfast was quite good - waffles, biscuits and gravy...I plan on staying there again.

The hotel room was clean, the common areas were well kept, and the breakfast was great. The pool area was very nice as well. I stayed here with my family and would recommend this place.

Very clean - rooms are surprisingly large - beds sleep very well - breakfast more extensive than we expected. I would suggest they put some type of luggage rack in the room - we used the other bed.

This was a very nice hotel, obviously new, and very well maintained. My room was very nice and spacious, the internet was free and very fast. The fitness room is small and the TV didn't get many channels, but I was the only one in there and had music to listen to so it didn't matter. The staff were all very friendly, and there was a good selection for […] breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if I'm passing through that way. Mehr

The building was clean and new. The beds were large and comfortable and the staff was wonderful!

I was vey pleased with both the staff and the room. The front desk clerk, Robert, took the time to guide me to the hotel when I called in for directions. The room was very bright & clean with absolutely no odors. Breakfast was good and the food service area was kept clean, well stocked and orderly. Would stay there again....for sure.

I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay for one night on my way to somewhere else. This was a great hotel and the price made it even better. I had seen some things about the noise which concerned me a little but I didn't find it to be a problem at all. I would certainly stay here again.

Newer facility. Very nice area but a bit noisy with truck traffic close by. Good restaurant within 2 miles - Red's Alehouse.

We were very impressed with the friendliness of all the employees. They were helpful and kind, as we had two five pound puppies with us. The hotel offers many ammenities that we did not expect for the price. Everything was neat and clean. Loved the large dining room!

Location was close to interstate, maybe too close as you can hear the trucks go by. Other than that, breakfast was great, room was excellent, front desk helpful, beds perfect.

We found the (regular, 2 bed) room to be roomy and comfortable. The bathroom floor had 2 sizeable cracks in the floor tiles although the floor appeared to be clean. Air conditioning worked very well (we like it cold). Wireless internet also worked well (and was free). There were plenty of towels and hand cloths. The shower had good pressure and the […] water was plenty hot. The only issue we had related to a 12 noon check out time, which evidently did not get communicated to housecleaning, as they came round at 10, and 11 knocking loudly whereupon each time we had to say come back later. The hotel wasn't that busy so i guess housecleaning wanted to clean our room and go home - understandable. Good room for the money. Mehr

I felt this hotel was an excellent value. This is a newer hotel, minutes away from Iowa City, and much cheaper than other Iowa City hotels. Breakfast is included, and there was a nice selection. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the door at the back of the hotel didn't always latch properly, so outsiders could enter through […] the back door without a room key.
