SpringHill Suites Minneapolis-St Paul Airpt/Mall of America - Bloomington

Very nice elegant suite with everything you need. Suprisingly quiet since right next to the airport. Super comfy bed and lots of extra plush pillows. Loved it!!

Overall experience was good. Loved the room. Felt like a mini apartment. Didn't like that you have to have food delivered from an outside source or go & get it, after breakfast. Also didn't like that you can't order pay-per-view, regular movies on T.V. I would definitely stay there again though.

Spacios new and clean room. Good breakfast included. The only thing I disliked: When we arrived at 11:30 p.m., the clerk stood in the door smoking. That gave the totally wrong signal for a good hotel.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and fun. The shuttle drivers are exceptional and full of helpfull information about the area. Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour and ride to the mall is like 3 minutes. Love the extra space in the room (sitting area) Pool is small, Hot tub is big. Worked for me. Good breakfast. Overall I like this hotel alot.

Comfortable, close to the Mall of America. Would be nice if the bar stayed open past 1045 since it is off the beaten path a bit, but at least they let you know up front. Would recommend for comfort and ease of getting to many different places in the cities. Staff was nice and accomodating, room was small but comfortable and clean and gave our daughter […] her own space. Mehr

The shuttle service is AWESOME to and from the Mall in minutes. Very short ride to the Mall (if driving) and was only around 10-15 minutes away from Vikings Stadium. The bar and breakfast are GREAT and very inviting. You will not be disappointing, we will be staying here every time in this area.

Very nice hotel. As good as we have ever stayed at.

No matter what we turned the temp up to-even 83 degrees it was still cold. The couch/bed had crumbs or cereal of some sort in it when folded out and our daughter refused to sleep in it even when we changed the sheets. The sheets we had had dark brown stains on them as well.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and althoug hotel was clean, beds were not comfortable at all. They were sagging. Pool was small too. There are better hotels in the area.

We took a 2-day trip to Mall of America with the kids (ages 14, 11, 9) over Christmas break. The rate was cheap, they could accomodate our family of five all in one hotel room (2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa sleeper), the decor was unique and refreshing, everything was very clean, they had a small but nice pool (open until 11 PM), a hot tub, a wonderful […] breakfast buffet (included), a workout room (treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, universal and free weights), and friendly staff. The airplane noise factor was not an issue for us even though we were on the top floor (our heater vent might have helped to drown this out a bit). We did need to adjust the thermostat up, I think it was a bit goofy since the thermostat was towards the inside of the building and the heat vented right along the patio door so the temperature varied a bit, but this was not an issue since the blankets/comfortor were plenty warm and we slept good. They also offered a free shuttle to the mall which we did not use. We did however make use of the workout room, pool, spa, and breakfast buffet - all were very nice. Would definitely stay here again! We stayed over the holidays and I couldn't have been happier with our room. I liked that the bed was separated from a sitting area which was a nice sleeping area for our toddler. Nicely decorated room but there was nothing special about the fridge and microwave. We had a hard time keeping the milk cold. But overall we would recommend it.

We spend time a this hotel this past christmas and it was the best great location good service and very comfortable hotel they have the best rooms for a family of six i was very happy we will go back for sure

This hotel is steps from MOA and airport. Free shuttle runs to MOA and airport and even took us to MOA at midnight on Black Friday and picked us up! (How nice is that!) Staff was friendly, helpful and made our stay great. Pool is small so kids were a bit disappointed but still had fun. Good thing the hotel was not near full being that is was Thanksgiving […] so it was fine. Free breakfast includes Canadian bacon which I prefer to greasy regular cut bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, make your own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bagel, english muffin, and assorted beverages. No donuts. But for a free breakfast can not complain. 2 Bed Queen suite is much roomier than 1King suite (relative had King suite so I was able to compare). Two flat screen TV's. One is the bedroom and one when you first enter . There is a small sitting area with sofa bed and desk. Then there is a 3/4 wall w/ slider frosted glass in front of desk area for semi-privacy but no door to close. We were a group of 5 (two adults and 3 kids). One kid slept in bed and two slept on sofa bed and we were in other bed. Beds were comfy, soft and sheets were nice thread count (maybe 400 tc if I were to guess). We live nearby in next town but family was having Thanksgiving there so we thought it would be fun to stay, have access to the pool for the kids, pe able to zip to the mall at midnight and sleep in with a free breakfast. It was like a mini vacation. At first, my husband grumbled at the idea of staying at a hotel when we live only 15-20 miles away. After our stay he wants to do it again sometime and stay and the same place! Mehr

Hotel staff very friendly and willing to meet any requests that we had. Also the free bus program worked so well for us. The continental breakfast was excellent

Stayed here for two nights mainly to shop in the Mall of America. The hotels shuttle bus runs regularly to the Mall so no need to drive. The hotel is next to the busy airport however we were not disturbed by noise. Breakfast was provided and was substantial enough to set up for a good days shopping. Some staff at the reception were unhelpful however […] others were very friendly. Would use the hotel again if travelling in that area. Mehr

This hotel is definitely the place to stay for the Mall of America! The rooms were very nice, the location is great! I would definitely recommend this hidden treasure!

We were very satisfied with the comfort of the bed and it was nice to have 2 TVs and a room partition. The breakfast buffet had many choices and good quality. Our only complaint was the lack of a fan in the washroom. We were disappointed that in such a nice hotel room with a very modern bathroom that we had a steamed filled room after showers.

We stayed here overnight for an early flight out. Very spacious room with king bed and separated sofa area. Very clean and comfortable. Even though located next to the freeway and airport it was very quite. Great breakfast and airport shuttle. Mall of America is just a few blocks away. I would definitely stay again!

I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the best one EVER!!! I was so impressed with the customer service, locaton, amenities, price, and (most importantly) Cleanliness!!! The hotel was very well kept. The room was immaculate; fresh and clean. The room had 2 flat screen tv's, an Iphone dock beside my bed, the pool area was very clean and well maintained. […] The hotel staff had top notch customer service with a smile!! We had large jets taking off right over our hotel and never heard a thing. There is free hot breakfast and a complementary shuttle to the mall of America. The price was more than fair. We have found our new home away from home!! This is the ONLY place we will be staying from now on. Mehr

I walked into one of the nicest hotels I have ever been in.. The room was beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately the pool was a bit small and there was no continental breakfast, which for the price would have been a plus, but never-the-less, our stay was comfortable and close to the airport as well as the Mall of America. Stayed on a Saturday night to catch a plane the next morning. Bonus...it was located about 2 blocks from the Mall of America. Easily within walking distance, but the hotel if not busy making airport runs, will take you over to the Mall. Differerent from the other 3 Spring Hill's I have stayed at by having a full bath separated from the bed area vice […] 2 separate bath areas that you have a sliding door to. Breakfast on Sunday included meat, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal and plenty to drink. Surprisingly, not bread for toast but lots of muffins. Room was a little noisy once you went to bed if MSP is using your runway for takeoffs, but the noise generally went away by midnight. Overall, I would stay there again, but would ask for a northern facing room on floors 3-5 to help with the noise issue. Mehr

we wanted a hotel close to the mall of america and it's surrounding area,and we were very pleased with the modern design of the hotel,room,etc. The breakfast was very nice but the only issue we had was with the internet.The computers were great,but the internet was very slow,and the front desk could not do much to help. overall a great place to stay […] for the price.
