Room had 2 queen beds, 1 easy chair, 1 desk with chair, free internet, TV, bathroom, microwave and fridge. Maid service came everyday. Breakfast bar was well stocked and clean. Even hotel is located right next to 44 we had a quiet room. Lobby was friendly. Hotel can be recommended and we would stay there again.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unübertroffen. Hotelausstattung ist für langere Aufenthalte ideal.

Lots of construction in the lobby. The floor I stayed in strongly smelled of marijuana and police were in and out knocking on doors til around 3 in the morning. The surrounding area isn't all that great, but it's about 15 minutes from Indianapolis City Centre. The bed wasn't all that comfortable and I was glad I brought my own pillows because the ones […] provided are very small and there were cigarette burns and rips in the comforter provided. Everything was great, except in our room, the towel bar next to the sink was falling off the wall and the front of the sink counter was cracked in several places. It looked as if someone fell against the sink area and grabbed the towel bar to keep from hitting the floor. Neither had been repaired. Breakfast was good but sparse. "Woken up early due to construction."
Check in was easy, room was the expected amount of comfortability for what we paid. Was very disappointed in the fact that the front desk did not inform us that construction was in progress on the floor we were staying on. We were woken up at 7:00am by power tools on the other side of the wall. When leaving we found that our entire floor was under construction. "Customer service was great!"
All of the staff was all smiles. We did get turned around because the address we put in the GPS was actually down the road from the actual hotel. The bathroom was tiny and divided. The beds gave both my friends and I a sore back after two nights of staying there. It was only fifteen minutes from the concert so that was a plus. The fast food restaurants […] around it closed at ten. The walls were thin and there were noises constantly heard all night long. Sirens went off every half an hour or hour. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. It could of been swept better but overall it was good. When you first walk in it smelled fresh and clean. Hotel was great for the money. Only problem is it is kind of in out of way area. No real restaurants other than a Bob Evans real close. "Unfortunate service problems ruined stay"
As a business traveler, the business computer and printer was crucial to my stay. I called in advance to ensure that an Internet computer and printer were available. However, during my brief stay, I discovered the printer was out of service because it was missing toner and the front desk would not print business documents that I needed. Additionally, […] the wake up service did not call as schedule, which could have been detrimental to my entire reason for visiting Indianapolis if I didn't wake up on my own.
