My children said that the pool was not clean.

Clean, comfortable room at a great price. Indoor pool and free breakfast were nice. Not much in the area surrounding the hotel but just a short drive from everything we had planned for our trip to Indy. Quick easy access on/off the highway.

Went to Indianapolis for the first time for a convention. I chose the hotel based on reviews and price. Overall, I was satisfied. Check in was easy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it didn't take long to get to the convention center Downtown. My only complaint would be the noise I heard in the middle of the night (voices, slamming doors) the […] first night. My second night there was very quiet, even though my room faced I-70. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, so no comment there. If I had to return to Indy, I would definitely consider staying there again. Mehr

We checked into this hotel because it offered everything that I look for in a hotel when I travel. It had the free breakfast, indoor pool, good reviews, and an affordable price. Other […] than that, the room was comfortable. The entire hotel was clean, and the breakfast was nice. It was a weekend so we had scrambled eggs and sausage. We also had waffles and traditional continental breakfast items. I would recommend the hotel to others and I would stay here again. I just would not plan on using the pool because I have 3 large teenage children. For smaller kids, you could not ask for better. Mehr

This hotel is convienient to major highways and easy to drive downtown. Room was nice and clean and personnel were friendly.

except for the pool in front lobby showcase and paper thin walls that you could hear the people in the next room... clean and fair priced , front desk quick checkin and out...yes we would book there again.

THE HOTEL WAS AS NEAT AS A PIN, AND THE PERSONNEL ALWAYS ACCOMADATING TO HELP IN WHAT YOU NEEDED. WE WERE THER FOR 5 NIGHTS AT A CONVENTION, AND ENJOYED OURSELVES. I was satisfied with the hotel other than the fact I got a smoking room because the hotel was full. The room was excessively smokey smelling to the point of almost being unbearable. But it was late, so I had few options.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME USING HOTELS.COM & IT WAS SO NICE HAVING EVERYTHING PAID FOR ALREADY & MADE FOR A FAST & EASY CHECK~IN & OUT NOT TO MENTION A CHEAPER RATE. THANKS SO MUCH, WE WILL DEFINATELY USE IT AGAIN:)

Nice and clean with free internet that worked. Continental breakfast was good. Great value.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. These are the things which count to me. Need I say more?

The hotel was located nicely, right off the highway- great for out of towners to find. Everything was clean and well kept. Pool was a good enough size, nothing too elaborate, but great for a one-night stay. Great breakfast, good variety for kids. Only con were the beds---very unusually small pillows and hard beds.

Not bad for the price. Although we asked for a non-smoking room and we got a smoking room. The room smelled like smoke. Other then the smell the room was pretty clean and it was worth it for the price.

We had 2 single rooms and were very pleased with service from the desk to our departure. I would give it a 4* considering price and accommodations. The added breakfast was very good. None wireless internet but they supply wire connection upon request which is good.

Excellent nights sleep in a comfortable room followed by a good continental breakfast.Spring sale rates,can't ask for anything more.I reccomend!

Comfort Inn at Shadland Avenue in Indianoplis,IN is a great place to stay for the amount of money that you pay. The breakfast was a good perk for us. The rooms were clean . Friendly staff and my room was very clean. Linens clean as was the floor and bathroom.

Rented 3 rooms and had no issues! Staff was friendly upon arrival and check out. Taxi ride was about 15 minutes to downtown Indy. Just wish the indoor pool was a lot bigger!

Hotel was easily accessible from our route to and from Indianapolis. Staff wa very accomidating and friendly during our stay. Will definatley be back!!

Let's just say that I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very clean, and well above my expectations considering my amazing room rate. Will definitely use this hotel again if I'm in the Indy area!

Pleasant staff, good sized room, well proportioned. Noisy on a Saturday night,but tolerable.

I was very pleased with my stay. The only exception was an extremely loud group of students who stayed one night. But other than that it was fine.

The hotel lives up to it's name. Beds are very comfortable. Had a very good night sleep.

The hotel and area was best suited for most of my needs and was connected to my destination and purpose

The visit was a bit rushed into by myself & my girlfriend, but we made the trip down for Horrorhound 2011, and needed quick accommodations. After calling around to see if there were any rooms available at the Mariott, the La Quinta, and a couple others, we settled on the Comfort Inn East. We were a bit skeptical of the neighborhood at first (not knowing […] the area) but were pleasantly surprised in the location, the surrounding area, and the distance from the convention to our room. The complimentary breakfast was a bit to be desired, though they did offer a fresh, hot waffle maker with batter to make your own. Long and short, We're already planning our return next year, and most likely will be staying at this hotel again. Mehr

The room bed was awful. my fiance and i did not rest well at all. The bathrooom tub/shower had a leaky faucet that ran the whole night. And also there was rolled up tissue left on the tub. But on a good note our check in/out clerks were excellent and very excellent.

Very dirty part of town. Nasty old rooms. Pool was dk green and cloudy and CLOSED which is only reason we booked it. Ended up leaving and going to baymont inn on brookville rd. It was awesome!! With all that being said. The host at the comfort inn was very nice.

We felt very comfortable there and will return.

The pool was very small and the surrounding tile was lifted in areas making it unsafe in my opinion. The breakfast area was messy and the waffle maker had layers of old grease and grim on it...Gross. Overall it was as much bang for the buck as expected.

I did like the hotel and it was very good. One thing though I know that Saturday nite there were a lot of kids being loud in the next room at about 1am in the morning. But other than that, the room was excellent and the hotel was great.

This was the 2nd time I stayed there. I was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the personnel were friendly. The only thing that bothered me was the maid knocking on the door 45 minutes before checkout, this happened both times. I will still go back again.
