The hotel was in a great location for the party I was attending,, I had hoped for a group rates as there were others there,but the clerk turned me down. The breakfast was nasty ..cold ... the Hotel it self was clean but the room had what looked like blood stain on the wall...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. We enjoyed making our own waffles. Lots of choice. We were moved immmediately when we complained about humming noise in our first room. The only problem when we were there was a non-operational elevator which was not fixed for a dau because it was a holiday. The pool, unfortunately, was very small. All […] in all a great stay. Mehr

I spent two nights in this hotel. It was nice, clean and comfortable. The room we had seemed to be oversized for the furniture placement. The only major complaint is that the blinds don't overlap therefore the lights from the parking lot could peer through into the room at night. This was corrected by usinig bobby pins and hairclips, but these need […] to be dealt with. I liked the added touch of a dog bed and some bowls that were supplied by the hotel for my dog. This was a great feature to make the pets feel welcome after an $8.00/night pet fee. Overall I was pleased with my stay. Mehr

The service, room, amenities and breakfast were fabulous. The buffet breakfast was even better than we had anticipated. The pool, although slightly small, was clean and the hours open were perfect as we have found in past that several hotels may have pools, but they are only open for a small amount of time and when you are travelling and sightseeing […] - the hours need to be longer to accommodate this. We found the Hotel clean for the most part with one exception. The pool and the area around the pool were in need of a proper cleaning. The pool had sand in it from the surounding pool edge material (sandy) and surface foot path area near the chairs was starting to blacken. Other than the pool in need of proper maintenence, we found this Hotel exceptional, […] good continental breakfast with a great variety. Would recomend this Hotel without problem. Mehr

The staff were fantastic, anything we needed they were happy to make sure we had it. We had great rooms, the pool area was lovely and clean, enjoyed by all the family. The complimentary breakfast was incredible, and the staff made sure that the area was kept stocked the time alloted for breakfast. I would definately return to the hotel with my fami […] ly Mehr

for us the hotel was very clean, the room was big and clean and people were working was very nice and if i decide to go back at midland for sure i will go back to super 8

We found the staff to be very helpful and polite. Our accommodation was excellent and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only negative thing that could be said is that the pool is quite small. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and with modern decor.

I would like to mention that the staff at the reception was very helpful and nice. Thank you for that. One thing, that could be improved is the amount of tables available for breakfast - there were some people that couldn't sit down to enjoy their waffles. Overall we had a pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel.

Loved the hotel overall, but after a dirty day of work, found that both their water heaters had simultaneously broke. I understand these things happen, and while they put a note under our door, there was no offer of compensation of any kind for this problem. The problem could not be fixed for a couple of days due to parts replacement issues, so we had […] to use freezing cold water. Great hotel but a little disappointed that they would not even make any amends. Mehr

the hotel staff were very personable and helpful.Very welcoming to myself and my small dog.The beds were hard and the walls are quiet thin.Asked to move rooms and staff were very accommondating.good place

A bit far from centre of town - would definitely need a car to go for meals etc. Hotel very nice and staff really helpful.

the location was great as we were visiting collingwood as well. near shopping and restarurants. staff at hotel recommended a family dining restaruant which was great. hotel very clean. staff friendly and helpful. very nice breakfast.

This exceeded my expectations, definitely. Close to downtown, 20 minutes from Balm beach, and 10 minutes from the Huron ruins (don't go to the museum). Staff was awesome and the breakfast was great (waffles, and several other items).
