Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, die U-Bahnstation ist in Gehweite. Das gesamte Hotelteam war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr schön, groß und gepflegt, der Pool sauber und beheizt. Am Morgen gab es ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit Schwerpunkt auf indischer/arabischer Küche aber auch Toast, Muffins und Doughnuts. My stay was pleasant. Rooms were pretty clean, the morning breakfast is good as well. The Internet is a little cumbersome at times, but works well enough. The staff was nice. Hotel is close to the metro, which can get you anywhere. A good place to stay if you don't mind being off the beaten path a little bit.

We stayed at Oasis for our honeymoon and it was more than what we expected. The budget was cool for a one bedroom apartment, check in was fast even though we came at 4am. The rooms were so neat with a smell of freshness. The staff were really eager to help us meet any need. Also the hotel is located near BurJuma metro station a place where 2 metro routes […] meets. So with about 7mins walk you can get to the station and connect any part of Dubai with a single train, if you are going to the major malls or going to the local market you get to the station and off you go. We didn't use the restuarant because we had everything to cook in our room, we only got food stuff. It's really a place we will definately want to stay again the next time we are in Dubai. Mehr

The Hotel is a good stay for Business Travelers. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, sheets and towels were changed everyday (without asking) and overall a very pleasant stay. And most importantly high speed Internet was free in the room, which I guess was because of booking via Expedia.... Only drawback that I felt was not many options when it comes […] to TV channels. Arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight with a screaming chIld to be told that there was no reservation. After much debate reservation was found! We chose the hotel for our honeymoon based on previous reviews and it was just ok. We stayed there for four nights. We were hoping we'll be given some special treats based on the fact that we were honeymooners but we were told that would have been possible only if we had stated it during our booking. The breakfast wasn't bad but it got boring as it […] was the same everyday. The train station is about 3 minutes walk from the hotel and it's quite easy to get taxis at the front of the hotel. The workers are courteous and there's this staff with a permanent smile, he looks creepy at times though but always ready to help. Our room and sheets were clean but the bed wasn't 100% comfortable. The kitchen is well stucked and got cleaned up as soon as it was requested. Overall, for the amount we paid, it was a good deal. I'll recommend it and will be happy to stay there again. Mehr

Bathtub drain plug did not hold water, bathroom sink did not drain water without a lot of hassle with a faulty drain plug. Called three times asking for a power adapter, each time reception said they would send one to the room, called a fourth time and reception didnt answer, went in person and they said they would send one to the room right away, and […] finally they did, after two hours of patience. Wanted to use the wi-fi but it alledgedly wasn't working until the next day. Asked for a wake up call, and it was never realized. Complained politely about that the next day, and asked for another wake up call, and explained how important it was to wake up on time, especially since there isn't an alarm clock or even wall clock in the room, and that time the wake up call was realized. Location isn't that good, you have to take a taxi pretty far to get into the city. Mehr

The hotel is a little bit run down. The lobby and pool area is not bad but the rooms, or apartments, are far from new. This is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. I booked this hotel while in Miami Fla. on Nov13th. I booked it for Nove 14th. When I arrived the time had changed and it was Nov 15th. The desk clerk was very nice and professional and tried to give me a room anyway but had to check with the manager who refused. The hotel looked very nice from the outside and in the lobby and was in a nice area.

I loved this hotel.The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was bright and clean and big.Its a cheap taxi ride from the airport (40 Dirhams), and only a short taxi ride (10 Dirhams) to the Souks. It's a bargain in anyone's currency.

Hotel is recently renovated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very Spacious rooms. Wonderful interiors, very good service, friendly staff and excellent dining too. This hotel provided good valued. Cleanliness was a factor particularly in the men's locker. Used towels all over the place and showers stunk. Sauna had the proverbial 'out of order' sign. Not much personality in the decorations. greys and browns and slightly depressing.

Hotellets beliggenhed er ikke så godt i forhold til shopping og serværdigheder. Det nærmeste shoppingmall samt metro ligger 750 m væk og hotellet ligger midt i et beboelses område, der var kun en snusket kiosk på vejen. Til gengæld var selve hotellet fint, rene og store værelser med køkken. Hotellets morgenmads + frokost buffet var rigtig gode og med […] mange forskellige valgmuligheder.
