Das Hotel war super, nur ein paar Stationen bis zur Oxford Circus und dem erstaunlichen Westfield Shopping Center auf der anderen Straßenseite. Große Zimmer mit hervorragender Ausstattung, vor allem sehr ruhig. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen City-Trip nach London braucht. Frühstück nahmen wir nicht in Anspruch, dafür gab es alles nah in der Umgebung. Für Selbstversorger bestens geeignet.

Ich war zuerst skeptisch, ob wir wirklich zu diesem Preis das Zimmer bekamen, welches uns im Internet angepriesen wurde. Die Skepsis legte sich schnell. Der Aufenthalt im Park Plaza County Hall war super! Vom Einchecken über den Aufenthalt bis zum Auschecken und der Aufbewahrung unseres Gepäcks! Einfach alles war gut! Ich werde wieder hier logieren […] bei einem zukünftigen London-Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen...!!! Mehr

"Super Urlaub in London mit unseren Kindern!"
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut - man erreicht vor allen Dingen die öffentlichen Verkerhsmittel recht gut. Das Einchecken dauerte lange, sie hatten noch kein geputztes Zimmer für uns zur VErfügung - aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt! Zimmer war perfekt - in der Küche war alles da, sogar eine Espressomaschine, ein Wasserkocher und ein Mikro.

"Nice newish hotel"
Clean modern hotel. Close to the London Eye, Wesminster and Waterloo. The room was somewhat dark because it was overseeing the atrium, but perhaps it was better for a quiter night. Semitransparent loo door is not a fantastic thing if there're two of you staying there. Rain shower is a bonus. The atrium room had no promissed kitchen:) but it was neat […] and modern. Mehr

super Hotel, mit Kids echt gut, vor allem weil Eye, Big Ben etc. in der Nähe sind! auch Waterloo Station ist gleich nebenan. einzig: das Frühstück ist viel zu teuer und nicht fein! am besten ausserhalb ein feines Frühstück essen oder ein take away coffee & muffins an der Thames ;-) TOLL mit Kinder, wirklich zentral und kinderfreundlich!!!

"sehr empfehlenswert"
Das Famliliezimmer war sehr praktisch, elegant, modern, komfortabel gar luxusiriös eingerichtet. Die Kochecke mit Nespresso-Maschine und Wasserkocher ist sehr nützlich für kurzen Aufenthalt. Unweit von Big Ben, London Eye und Waterloo Trainstation macht die Lage sehr interessant. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht sehr spektakulär, aber durchaus […] freundlich und anständig. Mehr
"Super Hotel"
Das Park Plaza ist ein super Hotel an perfekter Lage (2 Min. zum London Eye). Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort und können das Hotel in Sachen Familienfreundlichkeit nur weiterempfehlen. Wo wir eincheckten wurde die Kinder als erstes reichlich mit Spielsachen und Süssigkeiten beschenkt. Die Zimmer sind gross und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir waren im 13. Das Hotel Plaza County hall liegt in der Nähe des Big Ben und des London Eye etc. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Tube Station Waterloo. Mit Kindern zu empfehlen!

"super City nahe"
Perfekte Ausstattung,sehr Kinderfreundlich,Frühstück nicht incl. schlange stehen am Morgen, aber es gibt genug Möglichkeiten in der nahe Umgebung gut zu Frühstücken, für die gleiche Summe. Nächstes mal würde ich die gleiche Buchen!

Top Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Parlaments und des Big Ben. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. "Sehr gut"
Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Da sich das Hotel noch in der Zone 1 befindet ist die Lage ideal. Das Frühstück ist gut, obwohl überbucht, war das Hotel in der Lage jeweils ein breites Angebot (Kontinental) aufzutischen. Persönlich schätzten wir den Wasserkocher sowie das Kühlfach im Zimmer. "Great location for watching the Marathon"
I chose the Park Plaza County Hall because of its proximity to the finish line of the London Marathon as well as the great price we got. We were upgraded to a suite at check-in as we had membership to the Park Plaza loyalty scheme which was a nice bonus.

"Wonderful!"
We decided on the Park Plaza County Hall because of it's location and price. Upon arrival (after a very tiring overnight flight), we arrived at the hotel early in hopes of checking in early. Our room was not quite ready yet, so they allowed us to have breakfast (for FREE) in the executive lounge. It was an alright breakfast, but being free and VERY […] hungry, can't complain. Our room was ready barely an hour later, and with our FREE upgrade, we were VERY happy with our room. I love that all of the rooms are suites, because having the fridge and microwave really helped us save a bunch of money as far as eating out. The comfort of the room was top notch! We did take advantage of the free computers in the basement, as well as the FREE laundry! The computers were slow, but served the purpose. The laundry facilities are small, but again, served the purpose! We were there for two weeks, so having the ability to do laundry at 1AM after a full day of activities was very convenient. Outside of the hotel, the area was SO convenient! It was a gorgeous walk over the bridge to Westminster Abbey & Big Ben. Trafalgar Square was closer than it seemed, as is Buckingham Palace. London is a REALLY easy city to walk in, and we found ourselves walking more places than taking taxis. I loved this hotel! With the fabulous FREE upgrade (with a stunning view of the Abbey & London Eye!), the free laundry facilities, and the great location, I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! Mehr

"Nice hotel great location"
Great hotel and in excellent condition. Booked a triple room which had a double bed in one section and double sofa bed in the other so there was plenty of room. Coffee machine and fridge was handy. My only complaint would be the walls which appear to be made of paper - we could hear every word of the family next door so if you are a light sleeper give […] it a miss. We stayed their April 2012. When we arrived, the staff at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. We asked to be upgraded for a better view. We paid extra. The bathroom was horrible. It had a stand up shower with a plastic cover. When anyone took a shower the entire floor would get wet and disgusting. I complained to the front desk. They said […] they could look into moving us, but it seemed too much trouble so we stayed. But they should have offered some type of compensation. I think their staff needs better training. after paying a good amount to stay their, you would think they would have a friendlier staff and try to keep their customers happier. But location is great. "Great for Families"
Kids stayed on the sofa bed in the "separate room", parents stayed in the bedroom. Worked out great. Location allows you to walk across the Westminister bridge with ease to all of the sights. I found the breakfast to be very good (lots of variety for an European hotel). Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at Park Plaza County Hall. Despite the disappointment of being allocated a room without the requested view of the London Eye etc, we were very satisfied with the level of service received and facilities. Whilst the breakfast at £10/adult may seem on the steep side, children eat free. The standard of food at breakfast was very satisfactory, […] hence we ate plenty and skipped lunch most days. "London Park Plaza County Hall"
I was pleasantly surprised of the location, it was much more convenient than I expected. Easily accessed by the Tube from Heathrow, no need for a cab which is way too expensive. Request twin room, got a one bdrm studio which we used like a two bedrm apt. The main bed was as you walked in the room, small separation between rooms of the bathrm and kitchenette, […] then the sitting room had a pullout sofa bed w/floor to ceiling window. The room included two plasma screen TVs, heat control, microwave, dishes, eating utensils and small frig. I felt like this was my home. If you like walking, you can walk to the more well known points of interest. 20 minute walk to London Bridge, Tower of London and Sheakespeare's Globe. London Eye just across the street. 10 minutes across the westminster bridge to Big Ben, House of Parliment, Westminster Abbey. 30 minutes to Buckingham Palace. I you don't like walking there is the Tube/Rail station at Waterloo. There are several small eating establishments around the block Ask the friendly staff where the Starbucks, Yo Sushi and the fim museum. Enjoy. Mehr
Booked this hotel based on reviews and location. Conveniently located for Waterloo Station and South Bank. Did not use many of the Hotel facilities. Had trainee on reception and she did a superb job on check in. Room was clean and tidy. Only issue was with the bath plug that didnt want to open to let the water out! Managed to prise open with a teaspoon! […] We had a studio room and bed was next to the door - if you turn the air con off at night you will hear the lifts but would definately think of staying there again Mehr

"Park Plaza County Hall London. Family stay"
Excellent hotel which exceeded expectations. Clean, modern and friendly with very good accommodation especially for those travelling with young children as due to the layout of our rooms it's easy to put your child to bed at one end and still watch tv or chat at the other end. I've stayed in many places in London and this was the best by far.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station. The hotel is comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. Free WIFI available in the room was a plus. The restaurant was nice but I only ate there once. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby so there are numerous options for eating out. The room was comfortable […] and clean. The beds a bit small and very close together. One not so great feature was the lack of a vanity mirror in the room. Apart from the bathroom mirror the only other mirror was on the inside of the wardrobe door. If it had been on the other door it might have been more convenient as it opened so the mirror faced the window about 2 feet away. A bit of a squeeze trying to see yourself in it. The lack of a vanity mirror meant stretching the cord from the power outlet, across the open wardrobe door to use the mirror on the inside of the door. It was not easy or convenient! It was almost impossible to apply makeup as the same mirror had to be used and there was no lighting near it . Great hotel, great location, but they could do with more mirrors and more lighting!! I loved this hotel! It was spacious, clean and the view was amazing! The staff was so friendly! We came at around 10 and the check in was not util 2! The lady in the hotel aloud us to check in earlier free of charge! The only negative is the shower! The pressure of the water was low (probably because we were on the 13th floor) which meant that we had […] to spend ages in the bathroom! Their pizzas are amazing too! "I like it"
I like this hotel...it is extremely close to the London Eye which was great and also walking distance to the tube making it easy to get around. The room is modern and spacious. It was very clean and beautiful. The shower was a bit tricky but we got help and then I didn't have to have a freezing shower the next day. A great hotel!
