Microtel Bentonville - Bentonville

It would have been ok if they hadn't put me in a handicapped room. I didn't request one and all of the fixtures in the bathroom were at handicapped height. There wasn't a counter in the bathroom to put toiletries on either. It was less than comfortable to say the least. I didn't notice that it was a handicapped room until it was too late to ask for […] a different room. If I was going to be there more than one night, I would have asked to be moved. Mehr

Really soft towels. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. SMART use of space - compact - amazing value. Will always stay in this hotel when visiting Bentonville family. Starbucks right in front of the hotel quite a plus!

The breakfast that was available was great !! The rooms were very clean and comfortable!! I would recommend it to any one to stay !!

Stayed two nights. Both mornings woke up to water running down the wall and into the electrical outlet in the bathroom. Asked to be moved to another room the first day however our request was denied. The service was terrible and the room was not safe. Water and electricity dont mix. We will never stay there again.

The one thing I will do the next time my family stays here is to ask for room on an upper floor. We could hear the gentleman walking around & then snoring above us. Room was nice & clean. Mattress was very comfortable ! The breakfast was minimal. The hotel is in an excellent location.

This hotel is very new and the queen size bed takes up most of the very small room. The room is the most efficient room I've ever stayed at with every nook and cranny being used for some purpose. The clerks didn't seem to want to be at work and the elevator got stuck on the second floor several times. The "free" breakfast wasn't worth looking at. For […] the price it was okay. Mehr

The hotel was not completed and the phones were not in working order. If there had been an emergency, there was no way to contact hotel staff. Also, there were spiders on the walls.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The phones system had been knocked out of service by lightning some time ago. It works only when it wants too. The staff were kind enough to make a working phone available to those without a cell phone. I plan on staying there again and would recommend it to others.

The rooms were suprisingly small but still that was not a problem, just suprising. The room was very clean and presentable though. We would probably stay there again for short stays (ballgames). But I would not recommend if your are staying for an extended period, because the size of the room might get bothersome after a while.

We will not book at the hotel again. The breakfast was awful. You have to ask for frozen food to try and microwave in 1 microwave and there was not much of anything else.. very disappointed. Also the walls are too thin.

Weekend stay was very good. Close to area I needed. Neighborhood was very good. Close eateries and shopping.

We had stayed at a microtel before and we prefer something simple and cheap for road trips. This was both. We got the suite this time and really enjoyed it. The hotel was a little dirtier (not quite white towels, carpet in stairs dirty) but still fairly well stocked. It is a great place to stop for quick trips where you won't spend much time in the […] room. However, if you decide to spend some time, it is tolerable. It smelled clean, the bathroom was clean and the whole room was clean (just not perfect). If we come back and can't get a place closer to Fayetteville, we will probably stay here again. We were very pleased with room and rate we received through hotels.com would recommend to anyone traveling to check out Microtel in Bentonville. Our room was a little smaller than what we are used to but for the price and area well worth it.

Great value and an even better room sheets were clean beds were comfortable and the room as a whole had a 'homey' feel Excellent hotel will be back

This wasn't the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, but for the price, it was one of the best bargains for a hotel I have ever found. There were no real bells and whistles, but I had everything I needed and it was a great location. Are you getting a room to sleep or for the amenities. If it is to sleep, you can not beat the price and comfort. Rooms are small but well designed to use all space efficiently, centrally located ( behind a Starbucks ), and the beds are as comfortable as suites at upscale casinos. If your are looking for quality AND price, cannot beat it.

This is a very nice hotel for the price & just about 6 miles from the airport. Very comfortable bed & I loved the windowsill seat where you can sit & read.

About a mile from the interstate. New hotel. Super clean, but elevator and halls smell of smoke. However the rooms smelled good and were clean. Average breakfast. No view, right next to a LaQuinta.

Three of us stayed in two different rooms for two nights. Our room looked good at first glance, but on closer inspection there was a large clump of hair behind the bathroom door, the mirror hadn't been cleaned, and there were the remainders of someone else's shower in the tub. We also found someone else's milk in the refrigerator. We arrived late and […] were tired, so we didn't ask to switch rooms. However, in the morning I said something to the front desk. The clerk did not apologize, but said the room would be cleaned that day. When we came back to the room after housecleaning, it smelled of cleanser, but the clump of hair and dirty tub were still issues. It's a nice looking new hotel, but beware the cleanliness. Mehr

The staff and the hotel were way above our expectations! I have booked special sales before and most of the hotels were either terrible or under consruction and in terrile areas. This Microtel is a must stay if you do not mind not having a pool. The rooms were like brand new with beautiful decor and even a padded window seat. The staff eas friendly […] adn courtious and very helpful to assist with any needs. Rooms were spotless. Don't miss out on the this one the next time you have to stay in Bentonville. There were several days that I awoke from the sound of the slamming stair door adjacent to my room. Two of the days I stayed of 8, I posted a sign requesting courtesy due to a sleeping child. Those two days were the only ones that we weren't woken from constant door use between 1 and 5 a.m. One of the eight days during my stay, I left the hotel as […] the cleaning crew was working on my floor. Ten hours later, I arrived, weary and tired, to a room in need of linens and a bathroom that had not been touched. When I called the front desk, the attendant argued with me that I must have had a do not disturb sign up when the cleaning crew came by, although the sign had been removed at 10 a.m. Traipsing down the stairs to pick up the towels myself after a long day and a less than courteous desk attendant was not my idea of customer service. We made our reservation online without ever seeing the hotel. We got a great rate and then worried that the hotel may not be nice. We arrived and were delighted with our room, the service, the breakfast, etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We took a stack of brochures to share with friends and family.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and made the checkin process very simple with minimal time. The room was very clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. TV and Internet worked great. Shower was good. Front desk was courteous. Hotel was quiet. Overall, a very good stay.

Hotel was great. Better than anything twice as much in price. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Room was very small, felt like I was in a camper trailer. no place to sit comfortable to view TV or just to read. small desk/counter in room crowded with coffe maker and ice bucket. Hotel was fairly new and room was clean and bathroom was adequate. Complementary breakfast was lacking, only had two choices ceral or muffin. Very nice and the price was great. I am a women who travels for business and I will stay here again. Safe,clean and a Starbucks right out front!

We got a great value on this hotel through hotels.com and it was beyond our expectations. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. We had 4 couples with us and everyone was really pleased with the hotel.

Great price for stay. New hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, secure location. Great place to hang your hat for a day or two if traveling on business or simply a quick overnight stay.

hotel appears to being new. They overbooked our room ..when we got there they took care of us..we ended up with two rooms with joining door. was super staff was excellent..appears to be family run and they are AMERICAN LOCALS WOWOW Great stay

Had not stayed here before but was a quaint little room with a great AC unit, 32" flat screen on the wall and granite in the bathroom. Could not be better for the price and location to do business in Bentonville.

Pop had to be bought from the attendant. Breakfast was pretty limited. No waffles. Cold cereal milk,juice, coffee, some pastry Rooms were small but comfortable. Queen bed no kings.

great overnight stay. nice pillows and bed--very comfortable. flat screen tv. quiet neighborhood. next door to starbucks and a lot of other resturants.

I got a great price but the room was way to small....that and the AC in our room would not stay on. The room looked clean when we walked in but after moving some stuff around there was trash everywhere and the mirror had a bunch of nasty looking stuff at the bottom of it that was cover up by the pillows.

The Microtel is brand new and very nice. The rooms are on the small side, but provide good value for the money.
