Good hotel, was surprised at the garage parking and how convienent it was. Breakfast and early dinner very adequate include beer. Easy to find and right there at the water front.

We booked this hotel largely because it had an indoor pool for our children. When we arrived we were told that the pool would not be open the entire weekend (Easter weekend)...no explanation. They handed our kids a package of jelly beans, as if that would make up for not getting to go swimming as promised. Also, the fitness center was apparently not […] open, but that didn't matter to us as much. Apparently the hotel was undergoing some renovation, but I don't know if that was the reason for the pool closure, since they never provided an explanation. We had booked the 1 bedroom king suite. The separate bedroom was fine, as was the sliver of harbor view, but the square footage of the living room was very small, in comparison to other hotels with a similar layout that we have stayed at. When the sofa bed was open, it was impossible to move around in the living room at all. The windows were also not well insulated enough to block the traffic noise, even from 7 stories up. The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful, but all in all this was a disappointment. Mehr

My stay here was great. I cant wait to go back and i would want to stay at the same hotel. The room was huge, with a seperate room from the kitchen and living room. Everything was so close to the hotel, we walked everywere. Its was a great hotel to stay in.

Excellent value and great location if your destinations include Fells Point and Patterson Park. Harbor East has really developed quite nicely into a location for long-term travelers, with numerous eateries at all price points, shopping, and even a Whole Foods around the corner. Facilities were clean and staff friendly.

The Homewood Suites in Inner Harbor Baltimore, MD was a great place to stay! Convenient location, friendly staff, and the rooms were clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay there again and I would most certainily recommend the Homewood Suites to my friends/family!

What a terrific time. Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 1500 on Saturday, February 18, 2012, the front desk personnel were very amicable. We went straight to our room once available, changed into swimsuits and took the grandchildren swimming. We had a good hour to play with them. the breakfast buffet was very good, and numerous items […] to choose from. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great stay. Mehr

Stayed at The Homewood Suites with my boyfriend over a weekend to attend a Belgian Beer Festival in Fells Point. Within walking distance of Inner Harbour and Fells Point. Convenient parking. Hotel staff was very helpful! Room was spacious and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was great room for a small family on a weekend vacation. The kitchenette is priceless! With a toddler in tow, having the convenience of a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, plates, glasses, and utensils made this a very easy endeavor.

had a great time. The staff was friendly and looking to provide you with the best service. The pool hours were a little odd. They opened at 7am and closed at 6pm. This was during the weekend.

This was a great place to stay in the downtown Harbor area. The only room for improvement would be in the porter/valet staff. They are friendly enough but don't seem to respond quickly or efficiently. The suites were excellent-great free breakfast buffet.

I've stayed here twice, once for an anniversary weekend and 2nd for a bday girls night out. Excellent experience on both occasions! Great separate bdrm and living room with full kitchen. Clean and modern.

Even though we were happy with the location and hot breakfast, the sleeper sofa was so lumpy that we could feel every spring on that mattress, simply awful!!! The lobby/building is shared by both Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn and in order to use the pool, you had to go thru Hilton Garden Inn and since it is owned by Merritt Athletic Club, my […] under 16 kids can't use the bigger/deeper pool and close early. The staff said we could use the pool at another hotel nearby, but really, who would want to be in swimsuits and go across the street? Dissappointed with Hilton. Mehr

Good location - walkable to Little Italy, Harbor restaurants and shopping. Parking expensive and would recommend find other parking that is close by and not use the valet.

overall very satisfied with the experience. very clean and quiet hotel. room had a great view of the surrounding areas, was clean and everything that you expected was there. i would stay again

We found a great rate for a two-night stay at the Homewood Suites and were thrilled with the entire experience. Valet parking was a breeze and quite reasonable--in busy Harbor East parking is at a premium, so this is a valuable service. And free full breakfasts each morning, while not gourmet, were satisfying and money-saving. The room was fantastic, […] with a huge king bed and a sofa bed for the kids, with the TV on a swivel between the two, which made it kind of like a room divider. Great service all around. Homewood Suites by Hilton is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, had a full kitchen, and a big flat TV that could be watched from any part of the room. My kid especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool. I would recommend this hotel everyone

Nice room and competitive price. Breakfast was too crowded and staff could not keep up with demand for food.

This is a very well located hotel. Across the street from the "James Joyce" a wonderful Irish pub/ resturant. Five minute walk to inner harbor. Starbucks and a great movie theater one minute walk.

The hotel is more than adequate. The hotel staff is fantastic. Breakfast (included in room rate) is excellent. Price was great! Much lower than Marriott which was a block away (on the waterfront). The furnishings are basic - nothing really plush, but all normal hotel amenities are available. Very comfortable. We consider "plushness" not a factor as […] we don't spend much time in our hotel room - basically just for sleeping. When we arrived, a room was reserved and waiting for us. However, Hotels.com did not get the room requirement right. We had specified a "non-smoking" room and it was a "smoking" room (no specification by Hotels.com made for "non-smoking" as we requested). An alternate room was available, but it was with 2 "double" beds, not one "queen" or "king" sized beds. Hotel staff noted that Hotels.com usually does not request "non-smoking" even when consumer has specified which causes more confusion at check-in. Great Value - we would stay in hotel, again, but would call hotel immediately following our booking through Hotels.com to ensure that the room was booked as we requested. Mehr

This is the first time in 10 yeard dealing with Hotels.com that we had trouble, they didn't give us the room I paid for, saying a booking with Hotels.com only assures us of a room, not the one I paid for. We were a late check in, so I tend to think since they were overbooked and the weather was bad, they thought we weren't coming and give the room to […] someone else. Front desk staff was OK, but I can't recommend this place, because you might not get what you paid for. Mehr

Hotel was terrific. Rooms are roomy, clean & comfortable. The staff is very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. The location is perfect. Walking distance to all major attractions and restuarants. Parking is expensive $32.00 a day.

This was just a stopover, but it was worth it. Nice location, big room. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the Inner Harbor.

hotel was very close to major attractions of Baltimore Harbor. Employees were extremely nice, free breakfast was great, but the room needed updating and was very musty. The air condition's sensor was broken, so no matter what degree you chose, it was always on. No light over the shower was a bother in a very dark bathroom. Outstanding service, knowledge, and friendliness of all hotel staff. Solid location, nice neighborhood; very close to National Aquarium, USS Constellation, and Little Italy. Oriole Park at Camden yards 1 mile away. Superior fitness facility: hotel has agreement with Mac Fitness Club, so it is by no means an ordinary hotel fitness faclity. I went back and forth trying to decide where to stay and finally chose Homewood Suites because I had a great experience with them in Florida. I could not have been more pleased. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The room blew me away. On our 2nd day we had a problem with the a/c, it took them about 10 minutes to respond. Problem solved. Everyone […] who worked there was very respectful and friendly. The location was ideal. The one and only thing that was a minor drawback was some of the louder traffic noise: motorcycles/sirens etc. Overall, an amazing experience. Mehr

We reserved the suite which stated that there was a separate sleeping area with a king size bed. Once we arrived we saw that It was really just one large room with a desk separating the bed from the sleep sofa area. So if you are looking for some privacy this hotel's suites aren't for you. The rest of the stay was fine.

I highly recommend this hotel to families the suite was roomy enough for five. Room was clean and staff was attentive through multiple calls for fresh towels and linens. The kids had a ball in the pool, and the adults enjoyed the huge health club and pool as well. The breakfast buffet was adequate. There was also a bar and a small lounge with pool table. […] You are within 5 min walk to all of the inner harbor attractions and area restaurants. We will be back soon and stay even longer. Mehr

Good hotel in a great location. Close to all the sights. We never used our car, just walked everywhere. Clean hotel, which is so important. Around the corner from CVS and Whole Foods and close to great shopping. Pool was not open much but otherwise a great stay. We would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel was kept very clean, employee's were extremely nice! It is an easy walk to Pier 4 where the Hard Rock Cafe, and Baltimore Aquarium are. I only have 2 Cons...... 1 - No where on the site did it say that parking was not free, We paid a min of $23 a day and for Valet it was $32 with a min of $5 tip if you wanted your vehicle. I little heads […] up would have been nice. 2- We picked this place because of local and the pool. The pool is in a health club in the hotel so you have to go by their hours, closed early Fri and Sat; it was closed for 24hrs Thurs-Fri for an unknown reason, then it closed early on Sat for their company party; also on Sun it is closed from 10-11:30a for kid swimming lessons. Sorry for the long review but had some real issues with those 2 things. Mehr

Hotel is a 10 minute drive to the Patco. The Patco train will then take you into historic Philadelphia. A great way to sightsee without the hassle of parking in historic Philadelphia

The overall experience was very good....staff is alert, helpful, and pleasant...when I need assistance I had no problems getting it...maid service is available, and breakfast was extra special. Rooms are comfortable. The hook-up with the athletic club is unbelievable; and you'll have no problem finding places to eat and sights to see. I highly recommend […] you give it a try!! Mehr

The hotel is very nice and there are many stores and resturants if you want to pay alot of money. I was not happy with house keeping the didn't clean my room all day and i had to call the front desk for someone to come up and make my bed and give me some fresh towells it was 6pm when i called!!

We were woken up by a dog barking loudly for atleast ten minutes. It seems when we checked out I asked the valet if he heard it. He told us that there is a gentlemen who lives in the area and ties his dog every morning by Starbucks(next door), and then stays in the Starbucks while the dog barks outside continuously. On vacation we like to sleep a little […] later, but this was at 7:30 in the morning. We stayed closer to the harbor the next night, so worth the extra money. Mehr

Took my girlfriend here for a day/night in Baltimore. The free dinner on Mon-Thurs is pretty clutch. Unlimited beer and wine between 5 and 7 so we ended up not even making it out of the hotel at night. Very comfortable bed and the room was huge. Hot breakfast was delicious. No complaints. Had a great time, clean rooms, great location, had a blast in the very large suite.

We stayed in this hotel for a two days and it was so great and relaxing that it felt we were there for a week. We were a family of five and the suit we had was a nice size for all of us (two queen beds and pull out sofa). Any problem we had or thing we needed was fixed in seconds it was great. The hotel stuff were so helpful and friendly and gave us […] directions to great places. This hotel is in such a nice location because you can walk to the inner harbor in five minutes yet your not paying the Inner Harbor price it's great. Also has a Starbucks, movie theater, Ice Cream parlor, 24hr C VS, Whole Foods, and more nice places to eat in see all around. Has a beautiful view of a fountain outside which was nice because we didn't pay for a view yet they upgraded us free.The stay was great and the hotel was clean only bad thing I would have to say is that the pool and gym isn't really part of the hotel you just get to use it free because the hotel pays for a membership and the people that work there aren't as friendly as the people that work at the hotel , but, they weren't that bad. Hot tub was great to all your aches and pains away. You must go to this hotel ! Mehr
