A very good place to be. Service is great. Staff speasks English well is very helpful. We managed to get all useful information about places to visit and best beaches nearby from the staff at the reception. The only annoying thing there is that WIFI is free only at the lobby.

Great location, great accommodation. Nothing bad to say about this place!

The service is great and the room is spacious. The pool is clean and wonderful. The location of hotel is a little far from shopping mall and bangla bar street. Overall it is a good hotel worth to stay in it~

Good location not too close to the seedy action part but everywhere is close enough to walk. I liked the stay there.

Very nice hotel, beautiful pool. Staff was friendly. I liked the fact we were right at the end of everything, not right in the middle of busy patong, but still close enough to walk to eat, shop, & beach. I think I would try another hotel next time just to see what thats like, but definitely recommend to others.

Loved the hotel from moment I checked in as they let me chk in early even though I was a few hours early wit my family..the hotel staff were all very polite..overall will recommend it to all my family & frens..gd job Mercure patong as I will definitely be back there to book again when I m there wit my family..

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Patong beach. There was a great pool in the center of the hotel. Hotel offered several services including themed nights, etc. However, the room hand the strongest smell of mildew. The curtains smelled horrible as if they were never washed. There was free wifi in the lobby but we could never […] seem to get it to work. The food was overpriced and the hotel wanted to charge twice the outside rate for an airport transfer! They didn't offer to call us a cab or offer other advice for getting to the airport. Wouldn't stay again. Mehr

We are treated like royalty when we stayed in the hotel. The staff are very courteous. The price are very reasonable for the comfort and service we received.

after we checked out from a lousy hotel, we moved to Mercure Hotel Awesome place! very clean, well maintained

I stayed in late October and love this hotel. it definitely has a European feel. The room is large, as is the bed, and the bathroom has a granite sink and nice tub. The pool area is gorgeous, especially at night. The staff is friendly, and the happy hour and swim up bar are great. It's probably close to being a 5 star hotel. After visiting Phuket, I can say one thing that this hotel was FAR FAR better than the rest..just by looking at it from outside, it was evident that i had made the right choice. Pros: - good location, close to the shops, eating places and bangla road (but far enough to skip the noise) - big spacious room and bathroom - comfortable bed and AC control - […] 2 nice pools with bars - very clean - friendly staff Cons: - poor amenities in bathroom...no toothbrush, toothpaste, qtips, bathroom slippers (but provided when we asked) - paid wifi .. which was a very negative point as all other lower priced hotels offered free wifi. the 'free wifi' in the lobby was only accessible through your own mobile device / laptop - only gave us an hour of late checkout however we requested for more and were even ready to pay extra.. but said that the room was already booked for another incoming party so we had to leave. other than that.. this hotel was pretty much great! i would definitely come back and book it again! if you want to enjoy the night life and have a nice place to come back and crash in to.. close your eyes and book it.. no need to search other nearby hotels as they seemed nice in pictures but when I saw them in real life.. they seemed really run down. the motel was clean, about a 10 minute stroll to jungceylon shopping centre and bangla rd pool was great would highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is really 5 star. I have stayed in many resorts at Patong - this is the best, Staff are friendly, drinks are reasonably priced - especially Happy Hour.Room very modern French chic decor. Pool is excellent.

the hotel was located on the main area of batong beach and it was very close to shopping , beach and nightlife , the pool area was fantastic but the the pool bar played the same 7 song playlist all day :) (thai style) the room was very good. the staff to . we had a great stay !

ジャンセイロンやバングラ通りまで歩ける距離だが、少し離れている。その分静かで、部屋もプールも十分な広さがあるので快適。シャワーブースとバスタブが別なのも良い。スタッフはフレンドリーでタイとは思えないサービスの良さと対応の早さであった。また利用したい。

Hotelet er faktisk pænt, men der lugter af våd kælder på både værelse og på gangene. Vi kunne ikke lide Patong by, der er alt for meget fest og dårlig stil.

Vi bodde 3 nätter på detta hotell i slutet på vår 3 veckor långa semester i Thailand. Bra pris på rummet och det var rent och snyggt, vi är supernöjda och hade vi kommit hit tidigare hade vi förlängt vår vistelse här. Allt var enligt oss bra på hotellet, rummet, poolen, renligheten, läget. Det som kanske var lite minus var att det är lite längre till […] havet, kanske tar 12 minuter att gå så inte så farligt, men på stranden finns inga toaletter. Hotellets mat är lite dyrare men om du går bara 2-3 minuter så har du hela Patongs nöjesliv med utbud på massa shopping och restauranger. Inget vi stördes av när vi var på rummet. Så det är jättenära men ändå lugnt. Precis nedanför hotellet finns en supermarket man kan handla som har det mesta nödvändiga. Skulle absolut rekommendera detta hotell, och åker vi tillbaka till Phuket kommer vi absolut att stanna här. Mehr

入住的小姐会说中文，非常热情，非常详细的解释，服务生及时端来迎宾饮料，拿到房卡后将行李送到房间，非常礼貌。酒店的泳池小巧精致，也很干净，地点的话，个人觉得非常方便，周围没有那么嘈杂，旁边就是花园酒店和HOLIDAY INN。

走到江西冷还是需要10分钟左右的，有点小远，但优点是还算安静。 事先沟通过是蜜月，希望房间安排的安静一点。但还是安排在了2楼对着楼道，这个很不好。大多数房间都是阳台对着泳池的，我们的房间对着楼梯，窗帘都不敢拉开。 房间wifi要收费，lobby公用电脑也要收费，只有lobby的wifi 是免费的。 6楼的泳池永远不开，明明是开放时间，可就是不开。

Hyvä siisti hotelli. Aamiainen ei sisältynyt hintaan, mutta oli todella hyvä. Patong alueena ei ollut mieleisemme, mutta hotelli oli kiva. Ilmainen wifi olli vain yleisissä tiloissa, ei hotellihuoneissa.

Meget bra hotell, er å anbefale.

Excellente prestation de services. Chambres calmes et bien isolées, propres, spacieuses, piscine trés accueillante. Le personnel est trés sympa. De vraies vacances mais demander chambres poolsize Supérieures ou deluxe. J'y retournerai volontier.

Voudrait jouer dans la cour des grands, mais ne s'en donne pas les moyens. La notion de service est complètement absente de cet établissement

L'hotel est très bien situé, en plein coeur de la rue la plus animé ce qui nous permettais le soir de se promener à pied pour le shopping et proche des restaurants. Il possède une grande piscine agréable et une petite sur le toit, les chambre sont propres et sympas et le personnel aussi.
