Das Hotel liegt nur 200 Meter vom Piccadilly station . Man muss bloß der richtige Ausgang finden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Man ist nur 5-10 Minuten Marsch im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind groß , das Bad auch. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Was wünscht man sich mehr. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Zentral am Bahnhof gelegen und mit allen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für sightseeing und shopping. Fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Arndale Center. Hotel modern,sauber und guter Comfort und Service. Personal spricht starken Akzent und ist auch für Leute mit guten Englischkenntnissen schweer verstehbar. Was OK but expected so much more, a little restrictive and on the point of being unhelpful. Small things, sorry not special coffee with room service, only filter coffee. I i wanted to go down to the bar I can get one myself? And with one of the single most expensive tray charges I have seen £5.00 I expect a bit more. There are much much better hotels […] in Manchester, but by no means is this a bad hotel, and I would go back if as this time all the better ones were booked. Mehr

bar staff very helpful room comfortable and good value, excellent service

This was our fourth stay, and we have not been disappointed. The staff are the friendliest we have seen and nothing is too much trouble, helping with directions, places to go, taxis etc. Excited to be booked in again next week for my birthday as it always feels like a special experience. Would recommend to anyone for business or pleasure.

Bit of commotion around reception area, when trying to check-in. Eventually got checked-in and staff were friendly enough. Mini bar dirty inside and not stocked. Too much effort to complain after travelling. Some wear and tear around room/bathroom. Expect a bit better for 4* Very convenient location.

I chose this hotel due to it's central location as I had business appointments nearby. Generally the quality of this hotel was very good , it is modern and well serviced. Breakfast service is a little slow but considering the size of this hotel it's hardly surprising. \the real shock is the parking charge. The hotel has its own car park which is secure […] and cctv camera coverage reassures you too. this comes at a price. £18 to stay overnight!!! Mehr

Comfortable and clean and luxurious. Always a great standard whenever we stay.

Stayed at this hotel many times and loved it. When i went to book in this time i was told that we had been given an upgrade to the panoramic rooms and wow what rooms they are. If you can afford or its a special occasion i would defiantly recommend this hotel and that room,. Cant wait to go again

was ideal for our purposes. We had a 4 minute walk from the train station to the hotel, and again was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Manchester Appollo. Excellent & curteous staff The Standard room is huge Equal to Hilton standards at a sensible price Great position 3 mins walk from Piccadilly Can`t recomend highly enough

Hotel was literally over the road from the train station (but no noise) Room was great - very comfortable, great shower & everything you need Check in & out very easily & quickly Advice - room service breakie basket isn't really worth the money & don't book a taxi via hotel - quicker & cheaper to walk to train station to get a black cab.

I have now stayed at the Macdonalds on two occasions and the quality of the room and service was very good. The rooms on both visits were sumptuous and made me wish I was spending more time just in the room. Next time I will! The restaurant location requires direction as I went looking based on looking for signs and somehow ended up in the Spa. A discovery […] given that I'd only used to hotel for business. This is a nice hotel and very close to Manchester Piccadilly station which makes it ideal for somewhere to crash when you are travelling on business. It was disappointing that the gym was closed on my arrival in the evening. I travel all around the world and hotel gyms are normally open much longer hours. I booked this hotel because it had a gym and […] with an early start the following day I didn't get to use it. The room was nice however the TV was a little small given how far away you are when in bed. There was a lot of room so I would suggest a sofa or lounge area in the room would be better. I would suggest you offer more flexible pricing on the cost of breakfast. My bowl of granola and a coffee were very expensive being priced the same as a full english. Mehr

Lovely as always. I have stayed now regularly over the last 6 months and will definately book again because of the cleanliness and standard.

I expected the hotel to be nice and clean etc and i am happy to say It surpassed my expectations. It was beautiful, stylish, and comfortable. My first thought was "wow i like this!" The bedding looked brand new and the room was quite big. The en suite was really smart and the whole place was exceptionally clean. Me and my boyfriend stayed here while we went to see a United game as it was convenient to us to stay as it was at the weekend and he is from america so we could explore as well. The hotel is right off mancunian way and at first i thought it would be nosey but as soon as we entered our HUGE room it was so quiet. We had an superior room and the views […] were amazing. The room was clean and comfy. One of the best hotels we've stayed in and we've stayed in alot of hotels around the world. The Staff we're friendly and there was no job too small. The Parking was secure but a little steep when there's a parking lot just opposite but it wasn't secure, so we opted for the secure option! We ordered room service after the game and it was the best steak ive had in a LONG time. I would go here again and recommend it to anyone. Walk able distance to picadilly, and china town. Lovely location and the people who moan about this hotel have nothing better to do. Don't usually write reviews but thought i would share my experience. Mehr

clean, comfortable and nice staff

Stayed at this hotel previously, rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Great service however hotel needs to sort out its lifts. Long waits as one lift was out of service. This has happened before. Otherwise ideal location and good customer service

The hotel I have stayed at before and its one of the best choices in manchester. Definately value for money and the room is very spacious and rooms have been consistent to a high standard.

Comfortable spacious rooms with all amenities. Excellent breakfast and late check out was a welcome addition to a pleasant stay.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and this time took a slightly cheaper room. The bed was very hard and the over bath shower was very difficult to get in and out of and the grab handle was loose so I did not feel safe.

I chose this hotel based on the sheer amount of positive reviews and I'm very glad I did. Being literally a stones throw away from Piccadilly Train Station and a 10 minute walk into Manchester (Arndale Centre and surrounding streets) the convenience could not have been matched. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to have a spa treatment during our […] long weekend and must say that the facilities, friendly staff and quality were brilliant. I've never felt so relaxed! The recently opened Scottish Steak Club was very reasonably priced and the steaks were cooked to perfection! I would recommend this hotel to anyone when considering a short break in Manchester. Mehr
