Das GHotel zeichnet sich vorallem durch seine zentrale Lage aus. Die Einzelzimmer sind relativ groß und mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW fallen für die Tiefgarage zusätzliche Kosten in Höhe von 9,00 € pro Tag an. Frühstücksbuffet habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das GHOTEL-Nymphenburg ist ein schönes, eher schlicht gehaltenes, aber angenehmes Hotel. Mein Zimmer war eher ein Apartment, sehr geräumig inkl. Küche und Kühlschrank, die Einrichtung schlicht, aber zweckmäßig, das Bad sehr modern. Mit der U-Bahn, welche fast vor der Tür hält (natürlich unterirdisch :-), ist man in drei Stationen am Hauptbahnhof, dazu […] gibt es eine Straßenbahn zum Schloß Nymphenburg. Am angrenzenden Rotkreuzplatz gibt es mehrere Cafés / Restaurants, die "Versorgungslage" ist also gut. Für einen durchschnittlichen Reisenden mit normalen Ansprüchen ist das Hotel insgesamt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Mehr

Sehr saubere Zimmer, reichliches Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wir würden wieder hin.

Gutes und sauberes Hotel, ruhige Lage, mit der U-Bahn ist man rasch im Zentrum

Sehr freundliches Personal. Komfortable Zimmer. Einziger Minuspunkt: Zimmer in den (leiseren) Hof NUR gegen Aufpreis.

In the city centre, very close to tram and metro stops, there is a kitchenette in the room, a great bakery across the street, food shops and restaurants nearby. Recommend the excellent Korean place - Zum Koreaner. The room is comfortable and clean. Only thing - and this was not an issue for me, but I imagine that it may be an issue for somebody - the […] rooms that go out on the street easily pick up traffic noise. I am a tight sleeper, no matter the surroundings, but if you are a sensitive sleeper, take a room which does not go out on the street side. Mehr

Close to the U-bahn. Nothing special, but will do just fine.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I liked Ghotel. We let them know we were driving and they reserved a spot in their secure parking garage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a U-bahn station literally around the corner, so it takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. We did not get breakfast with the room, but […] there are several cafes/bakeries, a McCafe, and a supermarket very close by. This hotel is great for tourists that drive to Munich, as you will miss most of the city traffic. If you want to step outside and be at the Hofbrauhaus, this is not the place for you. We asked for a double bed but came in 2 single beds, no hotel amenities provided.(eg. bath room slippers and shower caps) 5mins walk to underground and supermarket. In-room kitchen provided Other than this everything else is very good!! :)

Good hotel with small kitchenette. Close to U-Bahn to the city center and to the airport (change at railway station into S-Bahn). Staff is very helpful. Internet access in the room for a small fee. On hot days the room can become quit hot without a fan or air conditioning and noisy at nights because you have to open your window. So I recommend in summer […] you pay a bit more and choose a room which faces the back of the hotel. There is also a nice roof garden. Mehr

The hotel was a nice with a large room. There was a cute restaurant just down the street with excellent food. No free wifi, just a code based computer in the lobby.

This hotel is excellently located just right around the corner from the train U-bahn station. ANd right next to the Ubahn station is a market where you can buy food for your room. My room had a kitchenette (stove top, mini fridge, dishes, pots and pans, etc) in it which worked great. They had a great workout room on the main floor with 5-6 different […] machines. The staff was knowledgeable about the local trams and buses which was helpful in getting to the palace. My only complaint was that the room had no ventilation. The only way I could air to move, was to open my window, door to the room and window in the hall and that got a nice cross wind. But it got pretty hot at night and it was only 68-74 outside. The street is kind of loud until around 10:30 and then it gets real quiet. The hotel isn't close to any major sights, but you could easily get somwhere it 10 minutes by the train system. Mehr

A fantastic hotel close to all that we needed. Clean with friendly staff who had a knowledge of the area.

The hotel is good, very clean, very nice. The room is big, the bathroom is very clean. It's a smell, awful I could say in the bathroom but you don't spend so much time here, so it's ok. The rooms are big and clean. Every day someone come and clean our room. One girl from the reception didn't like how she andswered when I ask her help, and for this I […] would give a bad note. GHOTEL is conveniently located near Grocery stores, Deutsch Bank, Metro, and restaurants. Kitchenette was also a nice bonus to reheat food and refrigerate some beverages. However, the convenience of the GHOTEL location was not good enough for us to return. Our room (facing the street) during May was quite warm, even at night, since there was no air-conditioning. […] With the window ajar, noise level was loud with Buses and Tram #12 passing through. But the most disappointment we had was the lack of knowledge from the Receptionists. They failed to inform us regarding events around town (another Hotel near Nymphenburg Palace mentioned lots of different events during our stay) and had poor knowledge regarding the transit system. Instead of walking 20 minutes to Nymphenburg Palace (which we were told), one can take Tram #12 to Romanplatz and walk about 5 minutes to the Palace to save some time. Thus, poor Customer Service and lack of air-conditioning makes GHOTEL an unsatisfied stay. Mehr

Quite neighbourhood and just 3 stops from city center main station on the tube. Tube just 100 m from Hotel. Rooms really clean and staff friendly and helpful. Small kitchen in the room and a supermarket just on the corner, which is good for tigh budgets. Really good quality and value for price.

This hotel was really nice and in a great neighborhood. It's next to the underground train in Zone 2. The layout was really nice, and it was a modern hotel. I would recommend staying here for the price and being a block away from train and tram stops. It is a little outside of the city center, but it makes it good for longer walks if interested.

My fiance and I just returned from a two-week trip to Europe. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in 3-different countries, this was our favorite. Check-in was efficient and they held our bags until our room was available. We arrived early and the lady at the front desk arranged to have our room cleaned first so we could check in at noon. She was also […] very helpful with providing maps and points of interest around the city and local area. As for internet service, wes, the wifi is expensive at the hotel so we decided to use the free wifi that we found in a cafe at Marienplatz or other stops during our trip. No, that's not convenient, but we weren't needing internet for anything besides checking email occasionally. The room, while a bit more narrow than anticipated, was comfortable and very clean. The kitchenette provided is great, should you decide to eat in your room. Euro-style bedding on the two twin beds pushed together (two twin coverlets, no sheet), pretty standard fare among the places we stayed. The shower had great pressure and regulated temperature well. The one thing we noticed between a US hotel and this one was the lack of an on-off fan in the bathroom to ventilate, but this wasn't in any of the 3 places we stayed. We didn't partake of breakfast at the hotel as the price seemed kind of steep, so we ventured outside and snagged coffee and pastries/sandwiches to tide us over until lunch. If you're looking for a traditional US-style breakfast, you'd probably best get the hotel offering, as there weren't really any places we found that had what we were craving (eggs, bacon, etc.), but we did go to Europe to experience different cultures! After a bit of trial and error, we successfully navigated to the hotel from the airport. From the MUC airport, all you need to do is take the S8 to the Hauptbanhof, then hop the U1 to Rotkreuzplatz (stay to the rear of the train and exit to the street using the stairs immediately behind you). Wish I had free WiFi in the room. There's only 30 mins of free WiFi allowed in the lobby. Really bothered me. It cost $20 a day for WiFi.

Excellent facilities and attention from staff. Comfortable and well-located. The ONLY problem was that, even in February, with the heating off and the window open, it seemed impossible to cool the room down. (We like a cool room at nights)

Perfect for what I wanted: less than a block from the U-Bahn, clean and comfortable. Good space and a nice bathroom. Friendly desk clerks. Good neighborhood if you want to grab some food locally.

Very nice staff, clean and safe rooms. Breakfast was a little pricy, but you aren't going to find anything else close by. Great access to the public transit system. Won't need your car when you stay there, as the transit system is more convenient. Wi FI- super, super expensive. Cost more per day to have internet than it did to park the car. Hotel was great. No free internet and it is expensive to get internet in the room. Kitchen was great and well stocked, no frying pan or oven. No AC. Location was good (close to S-bahn and underground). Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very expensive (15 euros/person). We were satisfied with this hotel overall. It is exactly as described – we stayed in the “apartment” room that included a small kitchenette and separate bathroom. While we did not use the facilities in our one night stay, it was easy to see that the kitchen could add a lot of value over a long-term stay. Breakfast was not included but could be purchased […] for 12 euros per person – steep price when there are so many breakfast options nearby. We were a bit disappointed as one of the previous posts indicated cheap internet access and as well, we emailed the hotel in advance to inquire of the cost for access and were told it would be 17 euro per 24 hours. With this in mind, we booked the hotel and upon check-in, found that there were two options only available for access: 8 euro for one hour or 29 euro for 30 days of access – the 17 euro option outlined in the email from the hotel was not offered. The neighborhood around the hotel was very nice and appeared to be more of a neighborhood for locals than a touristy area. There were plenty of food options nearby and the transit station stop was less than a five minute walk to and from the hotel. Mehr

Small kitchen in the room very useful

Jag förväntade mig ett hotel där jag och min flickvän kunde sova. Fick ett rum nära en väg som trafikerades utav 2 spårvagnslinjer och 1 buss linje som körde natttrafik. Ungefär 50 % utav hotellets rum hade detta läge. Alltså, 50 % chans att ni inte kan sova.
