Schön grosses Appartement mit Küche und grossem Tisch zum essen. Auch die Poolanlage war toll mit den Kindern, inkl. Kleinkinderbereich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

By peeking into other rooms we noticed all rooms were nicer then oursm. Our room was the smallest room located above the parking garage entrance. Closet was located on opposite side of bathroom (very inconvenient) and the bathroom door faced the foot of the bed forcing you to look into the bathroom. A/C vent "adjustment sliders" were broken, so when […] you are in bed, you get blasted with cold air. Other option was turning it off and then you get extremely hot. Room was so small that the hide-a-bed (opened) was right in front of the refrigerator and cabinets. It takes 10 minutes for shower water to warm up. Pool complaint: Pool is beautiful but there are two security guards at each gate making sure you don't bring drinks / food in - not even water!!! We had an empty plastic cup next to our chair by the pool and security was ready to take it. The large abundance of security guards make you feel like you are in a prison yard. Not very relaxing. This being a timeshare, I would be very upset if I was an owner and could not bring my own things in. You can order food at the bar, but there is no restaurant / snack bar on the premises. Pool towels are kept in room so if you want to use the pool on checkout day, you have no towel. Checkout is too early (10:00am) ... I stayed here about 15 years ago and was very impressed at that time. The place has definitely gone downhill and I will not stay here again. Mehr

Fun place to stay with the kids.... Seems to be under a little construction... Ice machine broke in building and entranceway to the pool closed off which made for some incovience... Staff very kind and would definitely return.

Room: Some of the blinds were missing. We had to move some of them to cover up the window so no one could see in while we were sleeping. The TV has horrible reception, very fuzzy. The towel rule is something else. The towels from the bedroom are also used at the pool. If you don't bring one from the room, then you're outta luck, even though they have […] a towel station. We had checked out and were still allowed to spend time at the pool, so when I turned in my towel, the towel employee got smart with me and told me I needed to take it back to the room. LOL..I told him I was already checked out. He didn't have a clue on what I was talking about, he just kept drilling me on where I got the towel from and I told him I had just got it from him 10 minutes ago to dry off...LOL..Super Lame. Good Luck with the towels at the Palm Canyon Resort.One more thing: Guests are allowed to bring there towels from their room and put them on a lounge chair to save their chair. In the meantime, other guests are trying to find a place to sit down but can't because there are towels taking up chairs. I noticed that these towels layed on the chairs for hours without a guest on them. Seems to be a lot ot issues and problems with towels...LOL. I won't be returning to the Palm Canyon Resort. Mehr

we rented 4 two bedroom, full kitchen units. they had a nice patio and were quite spacious and not very expensive. the pool and grounds are great. they have two water slides..one for young folks and another for teens and adults and they have a lifeguard. the food at the poolside restaurant was surprisingly good. the pizzas were excellent and reasonable.my […] only suggestion for them is to change checkout time to 11 and not 10am.. I think it was fine the two first days, when it was not crowded. But then, this place became impossible:- the room was not cleaned for two days: I had to fight to obtain finally a replacement of the dirty towels and a quick cleaning of the room. Swimming-pool and Jacuzzi were overpopulated and I gave up

It was a resort, not a motel was better than a hotel. Its up scale, with central A/C control in each room which will be needed this summer. We Didn't use it 4-12-13. Excellent service staff. Probably 3 miles from city center. Various amenities.

It took awhile for us to get the right temperature, thus wasting water because we had to let it run until it cooled, regardless of how the knob was adhusted. First they didnt know who I was when I arrived and had a 45 minute check in while they didnt have the reservation and had to fudge their system that nobody knew how to use. The five nights I was there the room was cleaned only twice....the sink would back up. The property is great....pool and spas are top quality.....nice in door sports facility.

We loved our first stay at this resort. Beautiful view of Mtns. This time we had no view at all...except close view of neighbor's window. Was told wi-fi would cost per day. Bought it. It was sooooo slow and almost non-existent due to Canyon Mtns. Wi-fi refunded us after one day. Great location to hiking Indian Canyon. Pool was fabulous with 2 large […] hot tubs and a fun pool slide. So all in all, a great place to stay especially if you have kids-- unless you need wi-fi. junior suite had a kitchette, so our stay was comfortable and convienient. Price was great considering the other hotels in the area. I think the reason the hotel listed the room was to draw in potential customers to buy time shares in the hotel.

Been to this hotel several years in a row for my Moms b-day/family reunion. Of the 6 rooms reserved 4 of us had to change rooms. Problems ranging from a slab leak to entering a room that hadn't been cleaned. It is a organizational mess with new owners who need to upgrade all aspects of this resort including the mattresses. This property was wonderful. I stay in hotels about 12 nights a month and do not understand past reviews. Three of us traveled for a gals birthday weekend getaway and it was perfect! The resort is in need of updating and repair! The staff is not very helpful and you don't get your linens changed daily. You also are preasured into sitting in a presentation on this resorts time-share program. Unless you are looking for a time-share purchase, I would not recommend this resort. The reason we come to this hotel is for the pool and spa. The location is a little far from the main strip so walking isn't an option if you want to go out for dinner/drinks. But it's a couple minute drive.

From the day we checked in....everything was AWESOME....very very COZY SURROUNDINGS...the Staff very HELPFUL....of ALL our STAYS....we are looking FORWARD to another STAY....I recommend this Hotel if you children......we didn't want to leave...There is a water slide water fall....it's PARADISE....without having to go to Hawaii....THANK YOU

I stayed at the property last year and really enjoyed myself. The reason I go there is because of the pool area as I have a grandson. The pool lifeguard Fred was absolutely wonderful, he is very observant and does a great job for the resort and is a real asset to them. The building we were in last year was the same as this year (Room 1232) needs a renovation...but […] this did not in any way fringe on our vacation. Would be helpful if the staff could give directions on how to get there! The hard sell for the timeshare when we 1st got there was unwelcome. We were tired after a long trip and the last thing we wanted when we were checking in was a timeshare pitch. We just wanted to get to our room.

The stay is always pleasant. The rooms unfortunately need to be updated. They have sofa beds that you cannot sleep on because the mattress is very unconfortable. The rooms are always clean, but as stated they need to be updated.

Everything was great about the stay until our last day to check out. We were advised that there is no late checkout, you have to be out by 10am, no exceptions. What a crock that is! We planned to spend our last day enjoying the wonder pools, and the terrific staff poolside. Instead, we were basically booted out by the front desk staff without an empathy […] for our situation. Really liked that fact that it was an apartment with a kitchen. Enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Splash pool bar served pretty good food for lunch, service was excellent. My 6 year old had so much fun in the 2 pools - kids pool went from 1 1/2 feet to 4 feet and had a really cool children's slide.
