Ein klasse Hotel, das wir sehr günstig buchen konnten. Die Zimmeraustattung ist 5 Sterne verdächtig - der Preis war aber nur wie bei einem Mittelklassehotel. Das Hotel ist leicht mit der Metro/U Bahn zu erreichen. Die letzte U-Bahn fährt gegen 23 Uhr. Zum weggehen ist das Hotel somit nicht so gut geeignet, da Taxis von Hongkong zum Hotel recht teuer […] sind. Um Hongkong zu erkunden, Sightseeing und shoppen ist das Hotel aber sehr zu empfehlen. The hotel itself was good and for the price it was a very, very, very good deal. We stayed on the 60-something floor which allowed us a great view on Hong Kong harbour and Hong Kong Island. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the building and the room very clean and modern. Unfortunately, I can just give a 4 for cleanliness as there was a […] very mouldy smell in the room. I think, it's the result of frequently using the air con because of the subtropical weather outside and because the windows can't be opened. Tsuen Wan station is a half mile walk away, from there you'll get to the Hong Kong hot spots without changing the line. To get to Admiralty takes you half an hour. It's a bit difficult to find the hotel by yourself, just ask a local for "Nina hotel" - everybody knows it - guaranteed. Furthermore, there is a direct bus connection from the airport to the New Territories which stops near the hotel, ask the driver for the nearest stop to the hotel. It's very much cheaper than buying an airport express ticket. We managed to cover an entire weekend with a pre-paid oyster card using the default value, so no expensive tourist card needed. The huge hotel complex is comdined with a shopping mall which is even bigger. So, you can get out to get your supplies for your stay and/or to go out for dinner at one of the numerous restaurants. Tsuen Wan is a little outside of the tourist hot spots, hence it's more frequented by real locals or Chinese tourists respectively. Mehr

We had the deluxe room with sea view. Very close to the subway, yet about 45 min from central. The windows in the room were so dirty, that it was literally impossible to enjoy the nice view on Lantau island. We had to clean it ourselves, then the potential was fully reached. Spacious rooms, clean, fridge, a small safe, good mattress, extra dressing […] room. Extremely well frequented by hundreds of mainland Chinese, check-in or out can take a while. Internet costs extra and is rather slow. No WiFi. A good recommendation all in all. Mehr

Es liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum aber ist nahe der MTR Station. Zudem findet man im nahe gelegenen riesigen Shoppingkomplex alles was man braucht. Preis / Leistung ist topp.

Nachdem ich schon viele Male in HK war und dieses Mal die Wahl auf Hotel Nina fiel, war ich etwas skeptisch da die Lage nicht allzu Zentrumsnahe war. Jedoch war ich allesamt voll zufrieden. Der Transfer vom Flughafen war unkompliziert - mit dem Airport Express zur Tsing Yi Station und von dort mit dem Taxi ca. 10min ins Hotel. Alleine schon die Hotellobby […] ist gross im Vgl. zu Hotels in HK Island und so sind auch die Zimmer. Schöner Holzboden (oder Laminat), geräumiges Badezimmer, grosse Glasfenster mit schönem Blick auf das Meer, Riesen Flatscreen, gemütliches (hohes) Bett. Manko: Kein Bademantel, kein Wireless - das wäre in diesen Zeiten bei neuen Hotels wirklich angebracht. Generelle Kritik: In HK muss man die Klimaanlage nicht auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit anstellen um zu kühlen. Es war draussen nicht warm, da muss man nicht auch noch im Zimmer abkühlen. Und jedes Mal am Abend lief die Klimaanlage wieder. Energieverschwendung und ungemütlich. Das ist aber eine Kleinigkeit - ein generelles Problem, nicht nur in HK. Das Frühstück ist 5* tauglich, ebenso das Abendbuffet. Das Liftewechseln um in die Etagen >65 zu kommen ist ein Nachteil aber nicht problematisch. Taxis sind immer verfügbar vor dem Hotel und das Personal nimmt einem diese Arbeit immer ab. Zusammenfassend kann ich das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen, die Anschlüsse zur U-Bahn sind nicht weit entfernt und können per kurzem Fussmarsch erreicht werden. Gut Gelungen! Mehr

The AC was very noisy

For the whole night while we slept in the room. We could hear when our next door neighbour when to go to their toliets, showers and talking. The water drainge system was block and the water did not go away for an hour. It is defintely a ONE star hotel but needed to pay for a FIVE star room rate. We would never ever come back and recommended anyone […] to stay in this hotel Mehr

It was our first family trip to HK and we are very glad we stayed in this hotel. My wife said that our HK experience has been defined by our stay in this hotel - majestic views of the harbor from our 70th floor suite! The kids loved the view as much as Disney! Location is perfect - a few minutes walk from the MTR (connected to the hotel) and the surrounding […] area gives a good glimpse of local HK life - the wet markets, the small shops, the restaurants (where one needs sign language becaue nobody spoke English), the convenience shops where we bought everyday needs like bottled water, diapers, snakc foods, etc. Overall a great experience and great value for money. If I were to nitpick, we just wish the rooms were a tad cleaner. There was a lot of dust under the beds and other furniture. But with such a huge hotel, this can't be avoided. Mehr

The hotel did not disappoint. Chose hotel after reading reviews from others who stayed there before me. Specially like the 2 Queen beds available in the room. Size of room is generous considering size of hotels in town. Surroundings in Tsuen Wan is worth at least a day of exploration. Plenty of value for money eateries and markets near hotel. Hotel […] well connected to 2 shopping centres across the street. Took public bus from airport to hotel. Cost only HK$19.00 per pax and takes about 30 minutes to reached hotel. Fantastic view!

The hotel is nice and have very nice rooms, but it is too farmfrom the center and there is no wirelessinternet in the rooms (only cable)

this hotel exceeded our expectations., The room is so nice. location is very accessible to MTR . Far yet quiet neighborhood., park is near where one can just spend the afternoon sitting with the bay as background. From now on., we will always get this hotel.

Nice hotel and no complaints on anything except that they will way over change you on the internet charge. The cost is HK $300 for a whole month!! There is an hourly rate, and a daily rate and then it goes right up to a full month rate. What happened to a fair daily or weekly rate? I complained but they simply do not care. They more or less told you […] to take it or leave it. Wait! The internet charges gets even worse. Yes. Also, that rate is PER device. Not PER room. So if you have 2 laptops or other internet devices in your room they will nail you PER DEVICE. Can you believe that? The hotel is very greedy and non-responsive on this matter. There is a new hotel being built by the Cable TV tower just down the road so we'll see what they have to offer next time. Other than the internet charges, the hotel is very good. Mehr

I scored a corner suite, very reasonably priced in terms of Hong Kong rates, with panoramic views of city and water and with a small office on the side. Very nice, modern decor. Loved the room. The lobby is super busy and very crowded/noisy because of all the large groups this hotel seems to accommodate -- I was expecting slow or bad service because […] of all the activity, but the staff was quick, efficient and helpful in getting me checked in. And once you get past the front desk, it's fairly peaceful. Lively neighborhood with lots of "authentic" dining options and shopping in walking distance. Best hotel ever only one lackness, quite far from point of interest in hongkong even there is a shuttle bus to reach the POI but we must pay $15 each person. There is 4* Hotel nearby they provided free shuttle bus to airport and Tsim tsa sui. Too bad L Hotel Nina dont have that kind of facility.

First I have to say that the service in that hotel is great, it couldn't be better. The room looks nice, it's very clean and I had a great view over Tsuen Wan. And it's not very far away from an MTR station.

A very nice hotel in a nice environment and only five minutes walk to the metro station Tsuen Wan West.

1)We booked through hotel.com. & mentioned that we have 2 adult and 2 .children but the front deck staff said only one King side bed was requested on the record document.I did't understand what the problem was?Although they arranged another room with 2 twin bed for us later but some time was wasted and delayed our journey. 2)Health club facility and […] swimming pool is still under construction and inconvenient for use. 3)Overall,it is a nice hotel to stay. Not too far from airport. Tsuen wan is better than Mongkok and Tsim Hsa Tsui for family getaway. Near to disneyland. Not too crowded as in Kowloon area. Very relaxing place where you can do your shopping at the few large shopping malls such as Citywalk 1 , Citywalk 2 , Tsuen Wan Plaza and etc. etc. Plentiful of local delicacy and fruits stall nearby. Great […] place for family outings unlike in Kowloon area where it is too crowded and difficult to move around with kids in tow. Booked a standard harbour view room but was upgraded to Deluxe harbour view room. The receptionist was kind and helpful. For your info, the reception is always crowded with tourists from mainland china but has separate reception for family and individual guest. When the lift is crowded, please wait for the next available one cos' the mainland china tourists will squeeze in as many of them as possible making you like a sardine. That will be very uncomfortable for you and your family. Other than that , L'Nina is a great hotel with nice view, big room, modern bath room and good house keeping. The hotel is a 3-5-minute walk away from the train station which takes you to Kowloon or Hong Kong island. Maybe 20 minutes to Kowloon and 30 to Hong Kong with a transfer. Conveniently located close to the MTR station. Has a shopping mall attached to it, and one across the roads. Much better shopping then in crowded areas in regular Honkong shopping areas. The best thing about the hotel is the large size of the room and the lovely swimming pool.

is a very nice hotel to stay, big, clean, with super comfortable bed and wonderful view (I was staying @ 83th Floor). enviorment is like a 4/5-stars, but since this hotel is mainly occupied by mainland package tours, amenities provided is so simple, just like a business hotel. also nothing provided in the fridge, as expected. nice that many good restaurants […] / convenience stores are just nearby. you can get whatever needed easily. will not comment transportation, i am local so it is no problem for me. I got a harbor view room on the 75th floor by luck of the draw. I only paid for a regular room, but they were pretty full. The view was AMAZING! Room was larger than all the other rooms I have ever had in HK. Couldn't be happier, I will certainly try to stay there again!

Staff at the Concierge was quite helpful. However, service by staff at the check-in/out counter & at lobby front was not as expected for a 5-star hotel. Did not even provide tiolet facility at the lobby for hotel guests. They would need to go to the shopping mall next to the hotel, to the restaurant at the 7th storey or go up to your hotel room be it […] at the 50th floor. Mehr

Very high skycraper. Great!! Nice room. Amazing bath tube. Convenient for 1-night-stay from airport: stop at Tsing Yi from airport express train then taxi (~40HKD) to hotel. Drivers will know the place. Not convenient if u plan to shop in downtown.

Will be great if there is ice dispensing machine at each level.

The property is nice and we were fortunate in having got the harbor facing room on 60th floor - wow! House keeping was very helpful and immaculate at its job: rooms were always done up at our convenience. The neighborhood is ordinary with both HK and Kowloon hub needing half an hour. While it is still managable, the conceirge service is horrible. […] People are rude, un cooperative and have loads of attitude for reasons only best known to them. The hotel seesm to be more tuned to handling group tours and perhaps is insensitive to families on personal holiday. Overall, certainly livable place and with more customer empathy, can be one of the good places to be in.... Mehr

This was my family's 3rd visit to this hotel. While it's not near the Hong Kong tourist action, it is nice and comfortable. The beds are not as hard as most hotel beds in HK so we like it. It's right next door to a MTR station so getting to the harbour just takes 25-30 minutes. In central HK, rooms tend to be small and expensive. So one reason we use […] this hotel is because the room size fits 2 adults with 2 kids (can even fit 4 adults) very comfotably. The bathroom is a nice size with separate shower and bath tub. The view is incredible with the Harbour View rooms and we were upgraded once to a bigger room. So over all, if you want a nice hotel, clean hotel, comfortable hotel and you don't mind the travel time to the tourist section, then I highly recommend it. Also, while the restruant is expensive, there is a nice shopping mall next door with lots of places to eat, Starbucks, McD's near by and a nice small supermarket in the hotel building. Mehr
