There is a club right next to this hotel. We stayed here on a Friday night and it was very noisy until about 3 am in the morning. It kept us up it was so noisy. The crowds of people at this club made it sound like there were riots right outside our window, and we were on the 4th floor. Very unhappy about this. 3rd time I've stayed over in Baltimore and this will definitely be my hotel of choice for future visits. Nice 'true' double suite, comfortable room, plenty of elevators, helpful staff, great location for Power Plant and Inner Harbor!

This hotel is located only 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor so it's very easy to walk everywhere. We even walked to Powerplant in heels which wasn't bad at as all. You are also near the Harborplace Mall. There is a parking garage one street up from the hotel for $20 instead of paying $32 for valet. The rooms are great. We got the one king bed and sofabed […] so the room, if you wanted, could really sleep 5. Free hot breakfast consisted of oatmeal, waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, asst juices, and coffee. Get there before 9:30 to get the waffles. Nothing bad about this hotel, we will def stay there again! Mehr

My wife and I like this hotel very much. The only issue we had was that my wife is very sensitive to particles in the air and was bothered by a mold-like smell in the check in/out area. Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night following a long trip. When we first arrived at the hotel we were amazed at how nice the hotel was and how modern and clean our room was. After a long day of traveling we crashed hard. Our room was located on the front corner of the hotel (on the corner of E. Redwood Street and Calvert Street). Around 1:30 a.m. […] we were awoken by a lot of noise out front. We looked out the window to find a large crowd of people leaving a club across the street and multiple police officers (mounted and motorcycle) patrolling the streets and trying to calm people down. Luckily the noise didn't last too long and the police did a good job of getting the crowd cleared out. But being woken up in the middle of the night definitely made me wish I had stayed somewhere else! I would stay at this hotel again just for the simple fact that the room was awesome! Next time I'll just request a room on the opposite side of the hotel and away from the street! Mehr

Spent my Birthday weekend at this hotel and I'm glad I did.This hotel is in the heart of Baltimore Inner Harbor. It was clean and very comfortable. The front desk attendants were very helpful and pleasant. So were the valet parkers. Very close to the Gallery Mall and just minutes to Fells Point. Will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

charge to much for parking and order a king bed and got two double beds

We were told that we couldhave a smoking room and passed on other better deals because we were told we could have one there. Disappointing but the hotel itself was very nice.

The staff was excellent. The only complaint I have is the room we stayed in did not look like the pictures online. The TV's were literally 3ft apart, so it was impossible to watch two different shows. This was part of our decision to choose this hotel do to two young children.

Beautiful hotel and room. We had a king size bed, roomy bathroom, and sitting room. Two flat panel tvs. All standard, at a great price. Complimentary breakfast had a lot to chose from. Cheap parking one block away. My only complaint was that the pillows kinda sucked.

The hotel staff were all exceptionally nice/helpful, the rooms are pleasant and decent sized, the location is great. Love the free WIFI and breakfast. The rooms were overall clean but the bathroom could have used a little more work and the mattress was not great. Al in all, this is a good value for the money.

Excellent choice in the Inner Harbor area -- will be my choice in the future. Marriott has a well run hotel here!!

Loved the hotel. It was very nice, clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very close to the harbour area. Very easy to get to places to eat, places to shop and to the conference center. As a person who was running most mornings while over in Baltimore the hotel was perfectly placed for runs either way along the waterfront, or out towards Fort Mc Henry. Like most of Baltimore the hotel suffers from the emergency […] services love of their sirens when flying about the city and i was woken some evenings due to this. Rooms were clean, well furnished, and nice enough to spend some time in during the evening. Staff were excellent, polite and friendly, very helpful when i wanted to get to DC on a whim. (Amtrak station about 20mins walk from hotel). The breakfasts are great to see in a US hotel, however the layout of the buffet and the lack of seats had me standing some mornings. This was probably due to the lacross games, and baseball games being on the same day and the hotel being packed, but was frustrating. overall an excellent hotel and great staff, good location, but the breakfast layout was confusing at first. Free coffee in the lounge made up for it! Mehr

Room was very nice- best I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great- as was the attendant- very pleasant. We walked back from our conference every night- just 5 blocks but I did not like the last 2 blocks at night. The streets were dark and surrounding neighborhood seemed questionable.

This hotel was previously a bank. The building is over 100 years old. The building was remodeled into a hotel 2 years ago. The original vault still sits in the basement which is accessible to the public to view. The room interiors are remarkably well done,comfortable and clean. The bed linen was pristine, not standard. The main lobby is updated as shown […] in the pictures and a little detail was left behind from the old bank in the lobby and halls. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everyday you were acknowledged and enjoying your stay. Even the buffet staff was very friendly. The hotel is located a short walking distance from the Baltimore Convention Center and harbor where most of the action is. The only downfall was the surrounding neighborhood. Being downtown, there was quit a few homeless but no matter which hotel you pick in downtown Inner harbor it is the same. I travel often and must say this hotel is one of my top picks. Mehr

I booked this trip for my parents and while they enjoyed their room, after having their car parked by VALET in the gated lot for 2 days, the car was returned and had been broken into ! The valet staff was accomodating but the front desk would NOT waive the $56 parking fee for my parents. They did cover the cost of getting the window fixed but my parents […] are still out $56. In my opnion this should not happen in a secured lot in which 2 people are attending 24/7 ! Mehr
