It was a convenient location. The gentlemen at the front desk were very professional and polite. We felt welcomed.

I was happy with the stay, friendly staff, covered parking area and lots of parking, breakfast was good and included with my stay, wifi had week signal in my room but plenty for my needs.

the staff were very friendly. I wish I had stayed at another Days Inn. Overall, I enjoyed California.

Checked in this hotel and checked out in 1 hour. My Booking was for 3 days nonrefundable, when I said to receptionist that I am checking out in an hour, He did not even ask is there any difficulty or inconvenience. Never suggest this hotel to anyone. You will feel insecure and very uncomfortable.

We checked into this hotel and thought it was in an odd area - mostly abandoned strip mall. We both stay in hotels regularly for business and pleasure, and have had good experiences with Days Inn - well, not this time. We stayed there for Christmas weekend and got more presents than we expected. We left covered in bed bug bites. We couldn't believe […] it. We both work in professional atmospheres where we have to keep up our appearances, and it was awful. Not worth the reasonable rate, as I've lost more money in medicine, lost time at work and just my sanity! Do not stay here if you value your health!!!!! Mehr

Days Inn perfectly located to go and visit Relatives and Hotel was excellent

room looked recently renovated, decent location, allowed to check in one hour early. Breakfast was ok, nothing special

I was lied to and misled by the clerk @ the front desk concerning room upgrade. I was extrremely clear in my communication and we reached agreement. As soon as I booked through Hotels.com he claimed he misunderstood (he was lying). The hotel manager is not the least bit helpful or interested in responsding to customer issues. He was rude and unprofessional […] in the way he talked to me. Also, after this, the housekeeper left my door ajar after cleaning and room was unlocked. for several hours. The front desk refused to take any type of report despite my request that they file a report. They w/lie to you and mislead you and then claim either they "misunderstood" or you must have misunderstood. The worst hotel experience, I, or my fiance, ever had. We will NEVER stay @ ANY Days Inn EVER again. Mehr

We stayed two nights in a non-smoking, double queen suite on the second floor and were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliess. But if you are a light sleeper, you might find the oddly noisy AC and mini-fridge distressing. Other than that, excellent deal! We'll definitely return!

Wasn't sure what I was going to get with this place as I booked it online and only went by the location and pictures. But, I must say, the staff was very good. The rooms were clean and cozy. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were a nice size and had plenty of amenities such as iron, ironing board, cable, free wireless internet, available power outlet […] sockets (you would be amazed at how many hotels do not have available power outlets for cellphones, laptops and etc.). It was also located right next to a 24 hour Walgreens which was very convenient. McDonalds just across the street. Gas stations and places to eat nearby as well. Liked my stay here. In fact, I stayed her twice during my West Coast trip. Mehr

i would stay there again

Business trip needing to visit clients in the surrounding 40 mile area. Worked great and price competitive. Would stay again. I've spent a lot more on other places and didn't receive anything better.

Friendly staff, room is clean and confortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn in Artesia. We were there for 5 days for business. The hotel is in a good Asian area. If you like Asian food, you don't have to go anywhere far: just walk across the road. Apart from having noisy neighbors, we were very happy with our stay.

Rather disappointed with this hotel. It is much older than it looks from the picture of the front. Walls and floors very thin, with little sound proofing. Continental breakfast and wifi were acceptable, but cleanliness of pool was not - with what looked like paper tissue in the bottom.

This hotel was very close to disney and Knotts. Service was very pleasant. Continental breakfast also included oatmeal, juices, teas, breads, etc. microwave and fridge! Pho noodle house down the street was open until 11. Great food, prices. the desk attendant told us about it. tv was fine. had a very pleasant stay. big room and clean safe place

was a good one.the price was ok in our long trip to LA. the hotel location was good to disneyland. if you are planing to go to disney I suggest to get this one.

We checked in. Room was small but satisfactory. Went out to eat right away and returned about 8 p.m. My wife used the bathroom and when she flushed it, it wouldn't flush--it was obviously stopped up. I tried flushing it and I was afraid it would overflow, so I went to the front desk and asked the clerk to get someone to fix it or to give us another […] room. He said he didn't have any more rooms and that I needed a plunger. I said I wasn't going to fix it. He said if he called a plumber and if paper stopped it up, I would be charged for the repair. I said that we didn't stop it up and I wasn't fixing it or paying to have it fixed. He said he would call the manager. After 30 minutes or so, he finally gave us another room. The AC in that room was very noisy, but at least we could use the bathroom. I have stayed at Days Inn many times, and this is the first time I have encountered such poor service. There were 5 in our group and we had 3 rooms. I doubt if any of us would stay at a Days Inn again for fear of finding other inconsiderate employees or poorly maintained facilities. Mehr

Very clean a quite hotel. Where it is located is alittle hard to see for the first time. Small sign and it is located amongest other shops in a strip mall setting.

My stay was good. The only thing I did not like was the fact tha people could smoke. Although I had a non-smoking room, I had to deal with peple smoking outside my room and by the pool. I was unable to get to my room without having to go through smoke. That will keep me from staying at the hotel again. This hotel is located in a strip mall which is a first time experience for me, but if you are just looking for a decent place to sleep and shower for a low price, then this is the place. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, but enough to get your day started.

Staff was very friendly. This is a good hotel for families, but my reservation was for an accesible room with a King bed inestead I got a room in the back of the hotel with a small bed. I'm not sure if I will go back there. I like to get what I request and pay with out ask.

Nice clean big room, wonderful helping staff, close to restaurants.

This is situated on a convenient location on Pioneer Blvd. Hop on distance on many of the eat outs. Nice and economical.

Very quaint, low budget motel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very helpful and polite, the room was clean and neat. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Neat little courtyards within the hotel were a great plus. We will be staying there again :-)

This hotel is tucked away in part of a building that is also offices and strip mall stores, kind of weird. And the parking situation is strange, to access the hotel after 7 PM you have to go through the main entrance, can't access the parking directly. Other than that the hotel seems well-run. It is on a busy street and there is little in the way of […] atmosphere but it is one of the more affordable options in the vicinity as far as name-brand motels go. Good place to stay if you need to do things in the area and just need a clean, safe, comfortable place to sleep. We stayed here for five days during our visit to southern California. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and quiet. We liked the location: there are places to eat nearby and freeway access is close. We will stay here again on a return visit.

The Days Inn was all that my boyfriend and I needed when we were in town. It wasn't anything special but we just needed a room to sleep in. The ONE complaint I have is a policy to take a photocopy of my credit card and liscense. At check in they said they would return it to me at check out and when I asked for it, the gentleman mocked me!! He told me […] I was the only one that has ever made this request. This day and age I have to protect my credit and this man should understand!! He then handed me MY info and we were on our way... Mehr
