The only downside to the trip was that the pool was not open when it was ninety degrees outside!

Looks good at first but it is not what u expected for 4stars hotel.

Best place to stay, already booking trips at that hotel!! Very friendly, everything you need is either at the hotel or a block away

I was so pleased with the room and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. I really like how the room was set up I will be back.

After a two week East Coast road-trip, Twelve Centennial Park was a great new hotel to end our vacation at. The twin queen-bedded suite was huge, with a fantastically equipped kitchen and lounge area. Shame we couldn't stay longer.

The hotel was dirty and with staines on the couch and uder the pullout mattress plus the carpet had a 18inch stickey stain seeking full refune.

Ok What really annoyed me about this Hotel is the fact that the y charged 26 dollars to park. This was after being told that hotel guest aren't charged. I had some guests come to visit and was told by the staff that if we used the Hotel dinning room that their parking would be validated. It wasn't. I was manipulated into services just to get more money […] out of me and my visiting friends. I will Go elsewhere from now on. I will never stay there again. Mehr

The staff was very accomodating and the room was outstanding. Kept the patio door to the downtown sounds open all night. Wonderful stay!

There was two middle aged ladies and three twenty-something ladies in our party. The hotel is a beautiful, upscale hotel with a modern theme. Extremely friendly and helpful staff from the valet to the concierge, to the wait staff, to the maintenance crew (the t.v. in the living area had a problem with the connection and needed to be adjusted) met our […] needs and answered our questions completely. The living area and both bedrooms had floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom also had a roomy balcony. The kitchen had full size appliances and a dishwasher, too! Our view was of a neighboring high rise, the interstate highway, residental areas nearby and the mountains in the distance...something for everyone. This was the most elegant hotel we had ever stayed in, yet we were made to feel comfortable and welcomed by the hotel staff. We also felt very safe since the elevators would not work without a guest's room key being engaged. We had had a very late lunch on Saturday and weren't sure about our dinner plans. We returned to the hotel after a long day and relaxed in the room, then went down to the bar sitting area for a change of scene. The bar is designed with a row if tables on one side of the bar area...it wasn't busy, so I asked the hostess if we could sit at one of the tables to play cards. It was such a comfortable area, that we played cards and stayed for dinner, as well, Very nice ending to our stay. Mehr

We enjoyed our stay at the Twelve Centennial Park. We were there to spend a few days over spring break. The hotel was within walking distance to the aquarium, centennial park, world of coca cola, and the Georgia Dome. Hotel didn't have many close options for breakfast, and the neighborhood was not the best to walk in at night. Overall was a good selection […] for us, and would stay there again. Mehr

I stayed in a one bedroom suite at Twelve and I was impressed with how spacious it was. The suite was very clean and felt very new. The hotel is located right next to the Civic Center MARTA station, so the location was perfect for me. It's also within walking distance to the Aquarium, World of Coke, and CNN Center. There are a handful of restaurants […] within walking distance. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

it was nice...just disappointed that the pool wasn't available..and the pull out bed in the living area was very uncomfortable...

Very modern deco, comfortable, very friendly helpful staff including the valet, lOvely big walk in showers, near restaurants and shopping (Atlantic station) if you driving, good tv chanel selection, Internet wifi in rooms. I would stay here over and over again!!

Great hotel and will stay again there if I get a chance. It's close to everything downtown and the room was amazing.

This hotel has a wonderful pet policy; pets stay free and you only pay if there are damages to the room. The only issue I had was there was no grass for the dogs to relieve themselves. A small patch would be nice. Other than this minor issue, great stay! Also - the Hotels.Com weights accepted are incorrect; dogs cannot be up to 40 kg (88lbs). They […] must be under 25 lbs. Hotel management did accommodate my 50 lb dog, regardless of this error. Mehr

The room was spotless beautiful view and great room servies loved it.

Man I enjoyed every second of being there wish my home was as comfortable an convenient.

Great Hotel! Neighborhood a little sketchy at night but that is pretty much all of ATL. I would def stay again.

Excellent accommodations and staffing. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Atlanta. Close to the sights and mega hotels.

This is my second year in a row staying at TWELVE! This hotel is amazing in every way. It is modern, clean, the staff is wonderful, etc, etc. Staying here is like staying in a one bedroom apartment...the full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances is to die for. I had an awesome stay at this hotel. Everything from the time we arrived till the time we checked out was amazing. We we there for an event at the World Congress Center which was in walking distance, Also walikg distance to Coke factory, and Aquarium. We took the Marta from airport and the station right next door to hotel we took maybe 30 steps to the […] front door of hotel. Staff was freindly and helpful,Amenities were beautiful full kitchen, dining for two. desk, duel sink bathrom, shower with seperate bath, modern decor very beautiful. Used the gym 2 of the three days we were there nice and clean. Our room had a computer and an on line service to buy different groceries that could be delivered to your room. That was huge we were able to order the night before our breakfast and had it delivered to the room that evening. this made our moring so easy. I would recommend ths hotel to everyone. My daughter and I came to Atlanta for Cheersport Nationals. Her team stayed at another hotel and when her friends came to visit they were all envious of our suite! Hotel staff courteous! Room was wonderful!!

We absolutely had the best time at this hotel. Our daughter was competing at Cheersport at the World Congress Center. This hotel was in a great location to be able to just walk around dowtown. Thanks for the hospitable service that you extended to our family.

Special weekend in a very special Hotel. Easy access to the arena for the Hawks vs. Heat game and the room amenities are just as pictured. The full kitchen and sitting area were perfect for our friends who dropped by as well as fixing breakfast. Awesome stay!

Nice stay except the shower didnt stay hot long.

I LOVED this hotel. It was one of my all time best! My room was very large with a full kitchen - with all of the bells and whistles, a dining area, a sitting area, a separate bedroom area, and most importantly for me....an nice bathroom! The soaking tub was good...not great...but the extra large shower made up the difference. This will be my hotel whenever […] I am in Atlanta!! In 20 years of travelling around the world in luxury hotels, I can clearly say that TWELVE is amongst the top 3, right up there with the Ritz Carlton Singapore - 6 stars. Amazing. Delighted. Fantastic!
