Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal. Wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten.

Remember to bring your own lotion and conditioner for hair because none are supplied. Oh the coffee maker in the room has no carafe and does not have even flow...have a towel handy. Microwave would not stop beeping without unplugging it. Asked for assistance with noisy guests partying in the hall not once but twice before something was done about it. […] A Motel 6 stay would have given us the same ambiance. Clean hotel with good amenities; indoor pool, great breakfast, friendly staff. A few miles outside of the tourist spots, but easy to get to everywhere.

We booked the hotel based on location first then indoor pool second. When we arrived we found the pool was closed for cleaning then the pool heater was out. Even though the pool was indoor the water was frigid so no swimming. If I would have known first I would have stayed somewhere else. Other than thar everything was great

The location is great - not in the center of all the traffic but convenient to shopping and attractions

Being new at bringing my dog to a hotel, my expectations were low. I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, the rooms smelled fresh and clean (the window was open to bring in the fresh air from the beautifully warm weather we were exoeriencing in Nov!) Other guests even seemed to embrace dogs. The bed was comfortable with an ample amount […] of pillows. The shower was average, but clean. Breakfast was simple but well stocked. Room was fine but hallways showed heavy use - dinged walls, stained carpets.

Great breakfast, nice room, the couch hide a bed was visably worn and dirty. Dan, the evening man at the desk was very nice and helpful!!

Excellent inn. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Had stayed at this hotel a week prior and was very satisfied. This time however, when we arrived our room was locked from the inside. Third floor room. moved to a second floor room near the elevator. Very much noise. Many children, slamming doors, and jetted tub next door that began at about 5 am. And the icing on the cake when we returned, we found […] a tacky note from housekeeping that said because personal items were left on the bed (a kids multi-colored blanket) they were unable to clean the room. Management supported this position. Room has damage on the ceiling on both sides (appox. center Rm 212) Not a pleasant or restful stay this time. Will seek other accomadations next time. Took photos of the personal items on the bed and will be taking it up to the corperate level. Common sense is no where to be found. Hope you find this infromation helpful when planning future travels. Mehr

Excellent stay on our way to resort setting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Hallways very warm and indoor pool so warm not usable. Breakfast had great variety and was plentiful.

This is a very nice hotel located near everything. Loved that it was pet friendly. It has a nice indoor pool and a up to date fitness center. The breakfast needed some help, but it would get you through the day. I will stay again with this hotel.

We really enjoyed this hotel very much. Being a pet friendly hotel, sometimes you have to deal with smell, but I can honestly say that this hotel was very clean, and no smells. We only had two problems, one, our air conditioning didn't work, and two, the dog in the next room barked continually. Being that we had our own little dog with us, you never […] heard a peep out of her. She is well behaved. This dog was left alone way too long and we believe that was the problem. We enjoyed our stay at this La Quinta location, but my main complaint was with the swimming pool. Having an indoor pool was a big draw for our family with children, but this pool was more like a hot tub. It was way too hot and uncomfortable to swim in. It wasn't even that cold outside, so I'm not sure why it had to be so hot. The room was also kind […] of cramped. There was a comfortable chair and ottoman next to the beds, but it seemed there was too much in the living area. The TV was kind of old and the decor was dated. There was a refrigerator, which we appreciated and a nice-sized closet. It would be interesting to stay in the summer and see if things are the same. Also, the location is on a hill, so good luck finding level parking if you're towing anything. Mehr

This hotel is an older hotel but very pet friendly. They did say at check in that the hotel was under renovation and that they were doing the best they could to make our stay better. The pets did have a safe place to use the outside, with a bucket available next to it to dispose of the droppings. The outside pool was not available but they did have […] a small inside pool that was very warm and our child did enjoy being in it. The rooms were of good size, with a frig and microwave in our room. The bed was comfortable, but we really needed heaver blankets. The Sleeper sofa was a bit hard but ok. AC worked good and the drapes did close completely. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with danish, waffles, fruit, cereal and juices. There was even some biscuits and gravy. Great for someone who does not need to watch intake of simple Carbs. Not good if you have Diabetes. Hotel staff was very friendly. When asked to fix our toilet seat, It was fixed right away. Over all the hotel needs some work, but they are doing that. It was a good location to be in. about half way between the downtown area and the freeway. With a traffic light available to make left hand turns as needed. If I was traveling in this area again with my pets, I would stay here. Mehr

This is a so-so hotel in the Smoky Mountain area with a very nice, friendly and accomodating staff. Good breakfast. It is about 15-20 miles to all the attractions.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location was horrible. I did not realize how far away it is from everything.

This was our first visit to the area. Too many attractions were too far away.

We chose this hotel mainly because it took pets, but it surpassed our expectations. The staff was super friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable and the area to walk you dog was large and kept very clean( did not have to watch where you stepped). No extra charge for our dog was an added PLUS! We will for sure be staying at this La Quinta Inn […] on our next stay. Mehr

i have nothing BAD to say about the hotel. It was nice that there were 2 pools because the one indoors (that is also the hot tub) was very small. also- when I asked if any animals had staying in the room we were using, the response I got was that they dont keep track, although the rooms are cleaned very well after each visit. If you are alergic or have […] sensitivity to animals, be aware of this condition. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean, and confortable for our 1 night stay. Mehr

Overall good. Good value to explore tourist area (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge). The indoor spa (pool) was not heated. Staff was trying to get it fixed, but not in time for us (Saturday evening). Booked two rooms. Both rooms were labeled non-smoking. One had odor of smoke.

Found Hotel to be Superb in all areas of cosideration.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites Sevierville. The room was quite big. We found every thing in the room very neat and clean. Only thing seemed bit unusual to me was poor condition of the shrubs and plants around the hotel building. They definitely need to pay more attention to ground maintenance isssues.

Nice hotel for the money. Very clean. Breakfast was good.
