I never leave a hotel with a feeling of complete satisfaction but I guess their is a first time for everything. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower was great and the service was top notch.

This hotel was very nice. The room was very comfortable.

FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. DIDN'T LIKE THAT THE MAIDS TURN HEAT DOWN IN ROOM IN THE COLD WEATHER. BUT OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. GOOD BREAKFAST SERVED IN DINING AREA.

Exterior door would not accept our room keys or others' keys for the 2 days we were there. Wireless internet would not work at all during our stay, even though it was advertised as having it.

Nice room, comfortable bed, welcoming lobby. Only issue was that the free breakfast was not good. I'd go again, but skip the breakfast.

Exceptionally friendly and professional service, clean rooms, great breakfast options and free, well lit parking make this hands down the best hotel in Elk Grove.

Only problem was that the bathroom light is on a timer which can't be adjusted. Light went off in middle of shower. Fortunately, there were others in the room that could turn light back on.

Elk Grove's Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. I stayed there last fall and loved it, so it was a simple decision about where to stay when I returned to the area last week. The hospitality makes this hotel stand out. Everyone -- from the front desk workers to the cleaning staff to the breakfast buffet workers -- treat you so well. The hotel was very nice. Nice hot breakfast with eggs and potatoes along with many other items. The neighborhood has gas stations and a couple of fast food chains next to the hotel. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was well attended and very clean and fresh. I would stay here again.

Nice, comfortable hotel, with great breakfast buffet.

Personnel were gracious, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were there with friends and family and were allowed to linger & visit in the breakfast area. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.

We had a great stay here. It was quiet in our room and the beds were great. The staff went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was even good. Overall, it was a great place.

Location is excellent: right off freeway, close to facilities. Environment is quiet. Rooms are very clean and pleasant. Breakfast variety was good and eating areas "homey".

This is an excellent Hotel in a great area. The desk clerk was extremely helpful helping us find restaurants in the area when we checked in. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds even had two different types of pillows (firm and soft). There were plenty of towels and hygiene available. We were just passing through but I would stay again.

Great hotel. The breakfasts were very good.

Tht hotel staff were very cooperative, the room was very clean and nice looking. I enjoyed the room internet hook-up. The breakfast had many choices and check in & out was easy. Pleanty of prking, no problems at all. I had seen where some people had problems with the noise but I didn't here anything.

Very relaxing stay, close to freeway, and shopping center at laguna blvd.

Good location, easy to find, KFC within walking distance, about a half-hour drive from Sacramento, free parking, excellent Continental breakfast (warm omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, make-your-own waffles), excellent customer service by check-in staff and breakfast staff, comfortable queen-size beds. Also close to major street so traffic sounds filtered into room. No towel bars in bathroom so couldn't reuse towels for next day. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The service we received from the employees were great. The ladies that served breakfast were exceptional. They were all friendly and always wanted to know if they can get us something else.
