Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Relativ ruhige Unterkunft. Türschliessen der anderen Gäste deutlich zu hören, da automatische Türschliesser. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffen. Lüfttungsanlage nicht abschaltbar.

The room was comfortable and clean. In addition, the breakfast selections [buffet] were excellent.

Took an hour for the hotel to arrange a shuttle bus from Malpensa. I called three times and every time I was assured it would arrived shortly, even that the driver was already at the airport. The shuttle did not arrive. It was late and I had an early appointment the next morning. The driver was not apologetic, nor did I receive any explanation for the […] delay. Also, the internet in the rooms was not working, and appeared not to have been working for quite some time. There are closer hotels to the airport that, I expect, deliver superior service. Mehr

It's just a hotel. Nothing like US Hilton Garden Inns, and not near Malpensa. It was 25 minutes away.

Wonderful surprise and wonderful hotel for MXP convenience. Very very convenient to MXP. Very clean and very friendly. Good price for product. Only concern is accessibility. Local gps didn't come close to how convenient it is to MXP and made the directions inordinately hard to follow. One of the most uncleaned Hiltons I have ever stayed in, there were eve big holes in the sheets !!!

Airport hotels are generally for one purpose - arrival or departure and generally only for a place to sleep for one night. This property was much newer and nicer than the other Malpensa hotels I have stayed and price was reasonable. There were two things to be aware of: (1) wireless Internet was only possible from lobby and was free - this was explained […] as temporary and should be available from room soon (2) the hotel is several miles from airport as all are except Sheraton that is at the international terminal. They provide a free shuttle if you call - lower level door 7 pick up - as well as return. Hotel is in quiet residential location - restaurant was expensive - walking to neighborhood places possible with 10 minute walk. Rooms were excellent in every way. Staff was accommodating. Mehr

Great place to get organized for a next day flight out of MALPENSA. Courteous people, great little bar and good restaurant. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. However, when I arrived at the airport no one at the airport (not even information) could tell me where to find their shuttle. Call the hotel immediately and they will tell you where to go […] and how many minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Shuttle back and forth is extremely convenient. Mehr

This hotel is very modern and great location. We were very pleased with all of the staff members that we had contact with. It was a little tricky to find because of all the round-abouts but that is Italy! I think next time that I will turn our car in early and use their shuttle! Great Find!

Very modern and new hotel located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle was available and very prompt. The negative was that there was limited activities outside of the Hotel

very nice modern well-managed hotel BUT the green-police have decided that you need to sleep in a room of 74 degrees F or warmer. the thermostat will not set below 23 C. i know 21 C will use more power than 23C, and i'd pay for the extra electricity, but that's not an option. uncomfortable night at that temperature.

We were staying the night before flying out. Hotels.com rate seemed really reasonable. Room was a little small for all the furniture, but was clean and comfortable. Other reviews warned about the reliability of the free airport shuttle. I do not know whether there is a regular pickup schedule at the airport, so we called the hotel upon arrival. It took […] them about 30 minutes to pick us up. In the morning we made double sure of securing seats on the van with a reservation and giving ourselves plenty of time to arrive at the airport in case of any mix-ups. Van has room for only 7 people. It all worked out for us although the van did leave about ten minutes late. Restaurant was high quality with excellent food and service. A little more upscale than I expected for a Hilton Garden Inn. Because of some last minute changes to our travel plans, we were flying in to Milan late in the evening and flying out the next morning. We booked the room on hotels.com at the last minute and the hotel shuttle bus logistics weren’t too clear. It was about 10pm when we arrived at Malpensa and we didn’t know if we were expected to call the hotel for […] the shuttle or if it arrived routinely. We exited the terminal were we saw other hotel shuttle buses. We waited about 20-minutes and were trying to decide how we could call the hotel when the clearly marked van arrived…we were so pleased! The ride to the hotel is about 20-minutes. There were about 6 people on the shuttle with us. And we all walked up to the front desk at once. The staff handled everyone quickly. We were in our room within minutes. The room is modern and more comfortable than some 5-star hotels! The double bed (two twins pushed together) didn’t look like anything special. But it was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! Although we arrived late and departed early, we got a great night of sleep. The little touches, like the complimentary bottles of water chilling in the mini-fridge, really set the hotel apart from others. The breakfast and the cappuccino were wonderful. Even though we were there at the same time as a large tour group, we got good service and plenty of food. The airport shuttle promptly arrived at our reserved time and safely delivered us to the airport. This is a great airport hotel. Mehr

Somma Lombardo is a very old historic town, narrow streets, bad or no stret lights and virtually NO VISIBLE SIGNS TO THE HOTEL. If you drive a car - GPS is a necessity, if you arrive at night, even more so. The hotel is modern, the air-conditioning is poor, and inadequate. The rooms are relatively small and 'crowded' by furniture. Workspace is limited, […] and on my visit, the Internet connection was faulty and flawed; connections were frequently lost, and logging in was plagued by warnings about the authenticity of the connection. This is not good in a business hotel. The service desk was under-staffed. Although the gentlemen did their best they were constantly interrupted by phone-calls. The restaurant was stiff and noisy, the food was fairly good. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and below the standard expected at a Hilton Garden Inn. Significant improvements are necessary. Mehr

We liked most everything about this hotel. The location near the airport is good, the interior is sleek and modern and our room arrangement and cleanliness were outstanding. And the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had on this trip. Unfortunately our stay was marred by a problem with the bathroom. It seems there was no shower curtain and […] when we called the desk to ask they didn't believe us. After two calls, they sent a staff member to look at the bathroom and he said he would try to find a shower curtain since there was a rod and clips. Several minutes later he called back and said they had no shower curtains and there was nothing the hotel could do to solve the problem. So we had a very wet bathroom the next morning. Too bad an otherwise pleasant stay had to be spoiled by this problem Mehr

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff was capable and caring. We were especially surprised how good the food and wine were at the restaurant. No need to dine out. All in all a convenient spot to spend a night to minimize airport hassles.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed after we finally found it. I would recommend turning your car in at the airport the night before your flight. Car return completely unsigned. The only problem with our room was the inability to adjust the air conditioning system. Only adjusted 2 degrees and the window wouldn't open. Had to go down to the lobby […] to get a window key but then had to return it immediately. Otherwise, great hotel. Food excellent. Best staff. The young woman in the bar went out of her way to be of service. I wish I'd gotten her name. Mehr

Great hotel if you are flying in or out of Milan. Super shuttle service.

If you are going to stay here, do it only because you will be on the first flight out in the morning, or arriving on the last one in that night. This is a really great hotel, but it's absolutley in the middle of nowhere. There will be no walking to a restaurant/bar/shop outside of the hotel. Once you pass through their doors, you're stuck until your […] airport shuttle takes you back to Malpensa. That said, the restaurant is decent, the staff spoke outstanding English, and the rooms were fantastically comfortable. The airport shuttle was clean, though the 45 minute wait seemed excessive. We spent two days at this hotel. We chose this property because of an early returning flight out of Malpensa Airport. The shuttle service to the airport, which we used to connect to the train and bus service into Milan as well as to catch a very early return flight was always prompt and friendly. The train and bus was about 45 min. to an hour into Milan […] and was no big deal to negotiate. Overall we would gladly recommend this hotel. Mehr

We needed a hotel close to the airport and this definitely fit the bill. It also was clean and very nicely decorated. We had one of the best meals we had in Italy at the restaurant. It was quiet and the staff was friendly and informative when asked questions.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered this hotel as the outside does not appear to be anything special. The public rooms are spacious and the guest rooms, though small, have everything from bidets to free internet connections. We had to fill up the gas tank and return our rental car, so the van had us follow it to a gas station, where the driver […] pumped the gas for me and then led me to the rental returns and waited to take me back to the hotel. We reserved our shuttle time for our morning flight. Otherwise, you can call when you arrive at the bus terminal, train station or airport. If you are driving-it is difficult tofind this hotel. Poor signage leading to here. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Excellent rate through Hotels.com. Free shuttle to and from Malpensa Airport, even though we arrived late in the evening. Excellent breakfast buffet for 10 euro. Would highly recommend.

clean, quiet, close to Milan Malpensa--this was the last night of our honeymoon before we hopped on a morning flight--the staff was fantastic, restaurant was very good, a calm, relaxing end to a wonderful trip

We stayed here the night before an early flight out of Malpensa, which is a good deal outside of the center of Milan. The rate was extremely reasonable for our relatively large room (by European standards). The airport shuttle worked well both ways (requires a phone call when you arrive at the airport, but it came quickly). It takes between 5-10 minutes […] to get to and from the airport, but you don't have all of the flight noise during the night. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the gentleman who checked us out very early in the morning when we were not quite awake. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in and out of Malpensa airport. Mehr

Отель вполне подходит, что бы переночевать перед вылетом из а-та Мльпенса. вполне не плохой ужин в ресторане, даже с претензией на высокую кухню. В номерах пропал и-нет, и по словам портье его нет уже три дня. и всех это устраивает. Если вам нужна сеть. есть шнурок в бизнес-центре. Утром не нашлось хлеба к началу завтрака, и пришлось ждать мин 15, пока […] его все таки привезли, правда сто раз извинились. Mehr

Very convenient location near Malpensa Airport. Nice hotel with helpful staff, very clean rooms and satisfactory breakfast. The hotel restaurant also has quality food at reasonable prices.

Bra hotell nära Malpensa med 24/7 hotellbuss (ca 12 minuter) från flygplatsen till hotellet. Mycket bra frukost. Perfekt om man ska vidare från Malpensa.

Próximo al aeropuerto, con transporte gratuito y eficaz a Malpensa. Cómodo como hotel de aeropuerto, dispone de una zona de venta de diversos productos abierta las 24 horas que puede ser útil.

空港から少し離れていますが、無料のシャトルバスがあるので特に不便は感じませんでした。ただ、事前にシャトルバスに関する情報をホテルに問い合わせておくことはお勧めします。ホテルは静かで清潔だったので快適でした。ホテルのレストランの料理・ワインも実に満足できるレベルで価格もリーズナブルでした。日本語堪能な親切なイタリア人がレセプションにいたので(2010年5月)受付時にホっとしたのをよく覚えています。

L'hotel è molto accogliente però sinceramente le camerette non sono molto grandi rispetto a quanto costa. diciamo che è ottimo ma se si trova un'offerta altrimenti non ha buona qualità prezzo. tutto quello che è extra ha un costo assurdo! ho lasciato il caricabatterie del cellulare e mi hanno chiesto 60 euro per inviarmelo a Roma!
