My stay was very nice, the mattress was hard but the breakfast was excellent. The staff was great and very friendly and professional.
The hotel was packed the night we were there with soccer teams, hockey camps, etc. But...at 10 pm everything was quiet. We really appreciated that.

Great location - close to shopping and restaurants. Varied breakfast was good - lots of choices, and a very nice attendant. Room was quiet, clean and everything worked. Plan to stay again on next trip.

"kid friendly and the Best breakfast ever"
This hotel is just a block away from the shopping hub of Kelowna and is kid friendly too. My daughter loved the outdoor waterside and we all loved the extensive breakfast selection of hot and cold items. I travel a lot and thIs was the best contenential breakfast I have had. Well done!

I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and staff were helpful. Good value. Great selection of restauarants close by.

"What a surprise..."
Checking in at the Fairfield Inn was definitely a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, modern and updated. We had a normal double Queen room and it was very spacious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful in directing us to the places we wanted to visit in our short 2 night stay. The 4 storey water slide is a definite hit for young and old. Breakfast […] service was a bit chaotic (I think the junior hockey teams were there) but the self service is probably the most efficient way to get everyone fed as quickly as possible. Love the fact that it's a pet friendly hotel even though we did not have our dog with us, it's always nice to "pet" somebody else's. Mehr

"Convenient, price was right, location excellent"
Another stay at a Marriott was most satisfactory. The service was very good for check-in and check-out. Courteous, professional but friendly. The continental breakfast saved us some time in the morning and the price was right.
"Great Hotel for 12 yr old boys"
Lots of young baseball players in the hotel. This meant the pool was full of 12 yr old boys. We tried to use the pool at 9:45 pm hoping we could get some adult time. We were met by dozens of young boys rough housing in the pool and hot tub. Tried again the next day but same. We would strongly suggest the hotel set aside perhaps from 9pm onward for adults […] only in the pool. I like to see children have fun but we certainly could not enjoy the pool at anytime during our stary. Mehr

"Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kelowna disappointing"
This hotel had all the makings of a decent accomodation, but the cleanliness left much to be desired (I stayed 2 nights, the towels were not frefreshed, and the garbages not emptied, not to mention long black hairs in the shower - I have short red hair, so know this was not my doing). The location was fairly noisy, but given the proximity to the highway, […] that wasn't too surprising. The bed was uncomfortable, and I found this hotel lacking the basic ammenities that make me feel like a valued guest (bottled waters, etc). Even when I left I remarked about my dissatisfaction and the front desk girl couldn't care less. I travel an awful lot for business, and will take my business elsewhere in the future. On the positive side, Debbie the breakfast lady was lovely - chatting with the guests, and making sure people were taken care of. Maybe she should train the rest of the staff. Mehr
