Sleep Inn And Suites Laurel - Laurel

It was as expected, nothing out of the ordinary, Downtown Laurel is lovely, but this property is in a more sketchy area, that is really the only thing i found as a minus. I will add that once on the property, you did not feel this.

We stayed here over the weekend because we attended a softball tournament in Laurel. We booked rooms through hotels.com and directly. We booked a total of 8 rooms. The front desk was wonderful when we were checking in. Later in the evening, Debra at the front desk bent over backwards to accomodate us and with 10, 11- 13 year old girls we kept her busy! […] Rooms, pool and hotel in general was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning didn't work , couldn't get clean towels from housekeeper . Ask for a bag for laundry and was told none was available. Vending machines were too expensive for a hotel !!!!

The hotel smelled like smoke, even though it was nonsmoking. The ENTIRE hotel. When we asked about that, the front desk employee was very rude. The hotel was ok for a quick stop but we were very disappointed with our stay.

I was happy with location, bar/restaurant within quarter mile. Late night food and drinks. Clean room and hotel. Next to everything in laurel. Good place to stay while on biz for sure.

Area is a bit industrial and rightm on very busy Rt. 1 but very convenient to shopping and dining and close to both Baltimore and DC. Nice stay for the price.

If you have a car and don't mind driving, this is a very inexpensive place to stay that is clean, has big rooms, and a good number of amenities to ensure a very comfortable stay. Parking is free. My stay at the Sleep inn in laurel md was not as plan.There pool was fun and clean .Our first night there was ok even though the bed made my back hurt.That wasn't even what spoiled the stay though.It was when my husband saw a "BED BUG" right near my head on the pillow .I was so terrified and degusted .He killed it and we hurry to the front desk.They […] didn't take this issue serious ,they wanted to give me a new room with 10% off which didnt mean anything .Later on that day my my husband found bits on his arm and shoulder .Sleep inn is lucky my kids didn't get any .Over all I will never stay hear with my family.We ended back to our DoubleTree Hotel Mehr

The staff here is very pleasant and accommodating. Upon check in we were given a 1st floor room. I prefer to be off street level. They had no problem with my request and were able to change the room immediately. The room was tidied up every day. There is a pool and a weight room at this hotel. We did not make use of them this year but last year we did. […] I noticed they added handicap chair access to the pool. Nice for those who need it. Unfortunately we were there for the terrible storms that ripped through MD and had to cut our stay short as there was no power anywhere - including the hotel. Again, the staff was very quick to help in any way they could but understood when we checked out early. My only location observation about this hotel is also the reason I picked again, second year in a row. It is not close to any highways. There are no fast on and off. Therefore, there is no highway noise which is a bonus for me. BUT it is easy to get everywhere if you give a little time. I like that it's between Baltimore and DC so both are easy to get to. Mehr

Stayed there for 3 days on business visit and like this hotel. Condition of property and room is great. close to many locations. Very friendly staff. Rooms are equip with good amenities, does not smell and shower works well. TV is still old one but i do not care as i am not watching it. Internet access is there but not fast enough as not able to download […] email with 10 mb attachement. The hotel itself was nice enough, clean, comfortable. The room we were given had people above who were up all night, kids running, things being dropped, people yelling. At 01300, called front desk to complain, was told it would be taken care of. Ten minutes later the people above began stomping and bouncing a ball. This went on for half an hour. At […] 0330, the noise finally stopped, only to start again at 0420 when the kids got up and the adults started yelling at them, then at each other. In the morning, the front desk personnel stated that this was an ongoing issue with these guests, who were there for an extended stay, and moved us to a different room. Exceptionally neat looking compared to the surroundings. We stayed with family for 2 nights. The surroundings are not so good looking. The room was comfortable and clean. We found it a bit difficult to locate this hotel, as my gps wasn't showing the right place.

Nice big room, clean, good service, friendly staff. Breakfast was what we expected, OK. Not the greatest location if you want to walk anywhere but felt secure. Will recommend and stay again.

We had two experiences where we found a woman manager (in the restaurant) to be just plain unfriendly and rude. No horrible experiences here, just not what I would expect from the nice atmosphere. Hotel staff was very nice though. I had accidentally left some valuables in the room and they were still there when I came back.
